Sonia went above and beyond for me today and made me getting a new pair easy. Thanks again!

I went to pick up my glasses today and immediately noticed that they felt very heavy. I have a strong prescription, so I understand that the lenses may be thicker, but I was expecting them to be thinner like my current glasses. I really liked the frames, so I decided to give them a chance, especially since there's a 30-day return policy. After picking them up, I sat outside the store and tried them on again. A few minutes later, I realized they were simply too heavy, so I went back inside to return them. I asked if there were thinner lens options and was told there weren't for Transitions lenses. I then asked to return the glasses. The associate asked for my receipt, and I showed them my emailed receipt. I was told that wouldn't work and that I needed to find somewhere to print a physical copy and come back. I had literally picked up the glasses about five minutes earlier. If a physical receipt is required, you would think the store would have a way to print one for the customer. I asked if I still had 30 days to return them and was told yes. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating, and unfortunately, it has made me hesitant to shop at LensCrafters again read more

There was at least six employees and only me and my daughter in the entire store I had to go to the counter three times to ask for help no one ever greeted us, spoke with us or tried to be helpful. read more

Highly recommend this location. Staff is friendly and attentive. We received our daughters glasses promptly.

Sad there's such bad reviews for this place. I've had a great experience at this place on multiple visits, great customer service and great selection compared with Ontario. Quick eye exams too! My only fault with the place is they forget to call when your glasses are in. I've called ahead when glasses were repaired or new glasses were to be picked up and they were ready but no one called. They forget to call or get too busy. read more

On September 18, 2025 I purchased 2 pair of glasses, When I went to pick them up they were not made correctly. I am a 73 year old disabled man. On 2 more trips down a dangerous mountain road the glasses were not made correctly. I requested a refund (this is 6+weeks after initial purchase) and they refused. They are refusing to refund and return my MEDICARE EYE BENEFITS. I have no other recourse than to contact the Federal Trade Commission to resolve this issue read more

I had purchased new glasses recently from my optometrist in Pomona and accidentally damaged them but thankfully there was a LensCrafters near by my home and Paul fixed my glasses free of charge in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend LensCrafters. Great customer service! read more

Elizabeth assisted me today and she was very kind and efficient, last time I was here she assisted me. I damaged my glasses and she ordered me a new pair with my warranty, paid for 2 years and my glasses are kinda delicate. Great service and friendly staff. read more

I was having problems to find an optometrist that accepts blue vision insurance. So happy I found this location. They have many appointments available i chose to coming in Saturday so I won't be in a rush. I was greeted with a big smile by front dest and was offered to look at the glasses while I waited to be called. Once inside the dr was the best. Highly recommended this location. read more

My glasses (which i did not buy at LensCrafters) broke and I tried to fix them myself, only to end up with a worse mess in my hands. In desperation I went to LensCrafters and they were able to fix my glasses in less than 20 minutes, for free. I really appreciate this customer service and definitely recommend them for your glasses needs. read more

I had an appointment with Dr Batoul Moradzadeh, and she is by far the best Optometrist I have ever had. She was just so patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. She is just the sweetest doctor ever and LensCrafters is my new favorite place for anything vision related. The staff were also very friendly. Josh helped me out so much and was super kind. By far, amazing customer service and best experience ever. Fast and easy process with scheduling an appointment. I scheduled it online and then my appointment went smoothly. No unnecessary or long wait times. read more

My husband ordered a pair of glasses but they were crooked. We went here to get them adjusted. The eye technician was so nice and friendly and fixed them so fast. We like the selection of glasses that they sell here so maybe next year we'll come back and purchase some from this store. read more

Not only are the desk attendants here super rude and stuck up , but the doctor dawaldi doesn't value its patients times!!! I had an appointment at 11 sat there until 12:05 WAITING, WHY EVEN MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOURE GOING TO BE DISRESPECTFUL OF PEOPLES TIMES ??? I came in 2019 and had a completely different experience- the staff upfront looks like it hurts them to smile and then having to wait. What a damn joke AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF read more

Honestly I will just find another eye glass provider. I went into the to have my dolce and Gabbana eyeglasses repaired. Diana came off very rude and immediately asked if I purchased the glasses and if they belonged to me. After I advised her that it was an online order she told me that I need to call customer service because they could not assist me. I was offended by her accusations & felt that I was racially profiled. I spoke with the supervisor Amanda and she was equally as rude. The culture in this store is not warming or welcoming for African-Americans and I will not shop there anymore. read more

I've been going to this Lens Crafter for several years, we had an appointment and hit a lot of traffic so we're 10 minutes late and turned away being told "sorry grace period is over the Dr left". I then called a week later and asked if they take walk ins. I am told yes we take walk ins but you may have to wait around 30 minutes. So I drive 20 minutes to get to this location just to be told they don't take walk ins. Then they say if you want to wait an hour we can take you, so I agreed to wait. It was for my son and myself. Then the Asst Manager Alex says, "oh no we can only take 1 not 2". This is 2 times at this same location! Ive been coming to this location for many years and buy glasses and contacts and get my families exams from here and I always purchase expensive name brand glasses not the cheap ones! Well they just lost a good customer due to poor customer service! read more

WORST customer service EVER. I came in excited and motivated to purchase some new lenses. My boyfriend and I walked around for about 20 minutes and not ONE person acknowledged us. I get a better greeting at fast food restaurants, seriously. The sad part is that other customers came in and they were acknowledged so it almost felt like we were being stereotyped. So I ended up taking a photo of the lenses I liked and will be getting them elsewhere. Dear manager, if you read this, please talk to your staff. This is unacceptable. read more

I, of course, came when this fear of Corona virus is at large. But I have been in need of glasses for 2 years and always trusted lens crafters since I could wear glasses. Made an appointment online, got there and the lady told me that she was going to charge extra for a retina scan because the eye doctor is old and it eliminates patient contact. It was an extra 40$ and I was mad, thought about walking out because that's not my fault, but like I said I need glasses. The exam went good, I always feel I struggle because I'm bad at choosing what number is clearer than the other. He was nice and gave me my time to choose. When all was said and done, they took money off because of the unnecessary scan and took some more money off for my glasses. I'm beyond happy that I didn't spend 500$ on glasses and through all this mess about the virus, they were nice. Thanks guys! read more

I showed up without an appointment and didn't realize how busy this location was. Amanda greeted us and explained their COVID policy and how we could wait to see if an unconfirmed appointment would not show. After a short while the floor was clear for me to look at frames. I believe it was Kelly who helped with the endless parade of frames I looked at. Everyone was so professional and I can't believe they were able to get me in and out within a couple hours. COVID has affected so many businesses and i feel like this location has a good model for service and safety. read more

Review for Joshua Johnson- helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with. Helped me with a frame restyle.

Well I came to this location to fill a prescription and they had my lenses and frames and told me to come back the next day after noon... so I ask why my glasses can't be ready it's only 7pm you close at 8pm one girl told me they stop doing glasses at 7pm then I asked where dose it say that? Because no where dose it say they stop a hr before closing! So I ask for a manager and got a ugly attitude then was told they stop doing glasses at 6pm then I asked again what time then she changed it to 6:30pm!! Like what time do they stop ? 7pm 6:30pm 6pm?!?! It was almost as if I was bugging her talking and asking why my stuff can't be done right now! Mind you they had everything to put them together!! I walked over where they put them together and dude was back there! He was back there when I had sat down infront of his window then 15 minutes later he disappeared? Like get real.....: read more

Matt was the eye technician who helped me with my eye exam. He was a very sweet guy and he took the time to explain all the tests well. This place has terrible customer service except for the Doctor, she was pleasant. It should never take 3 months to get some prescribed contact lenses. My boyfriend has called and went up here countless times and no one never knows what is going on. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The only thing, the staff up front knows how to do, is stand around and have personal conversations. The only thing this place is good at doing, is wasting peoples time. We definitely will not return back to this establishment. read more

Worst customer service ever. Girl with the blonde hair is extremely rude. Had me waiting for over an hour in the front lobby and ignored me, I had to get up and ask how much longer was my wait time since I had an appointment (people that walked in after me went inside before me) she just looked at me and told me I was suppose to be waiting " all the way in the back", but when I checked in she told me to have a seat in the front. read more

Very Dissatisfied with my experience there. The glasses I ordered took over twice as long to get and they were single vision and not progressives. I can't read with them and my prescription is high. I will never go back to Lenscraffters again. read more

As I waited for my appointment i saw an elderly man get conned into $1000 worth of eye glasses. Three pairs! $1000! What a shame! No conscience from young people. I told the man i world help him order glasses thru Zenni Optical ...i gave him my # and the store tech moved him to an area far away so she could wrap up her sale. read more

Absolutely hate this place. Like other people have experienced, having an appointment means nothing: They will take walk-ins before you while you wonder what the point of making an appointment was in the first place. The namesake / owner did a horrible job measuring me for glasses. I can't see out of one side. The bifocals they made me get (whether I needed it or not) rendered my ability to do my hobbies useless. Each time I got glasses here, I still have to read my phone inches from my face because their bifocals are crap. Also, I have to remove my glasses in order to see. Never getting bifocals again. I decided to pay extra to get contacts and the other doctor tried to hide how much of a difference his measurements were from hers. My contact lenses were far better than my glasses, but the bifocal portion still made it impossible to work on my machines. Finally, their choice of glasses leave much to be desired. read more

Waited over an hour to get any kind of assistance after already picking out the pair I liked and wanted to purchase. I went another time to exchange the pair and was told it had to be a manager for returns so they had me wait again for over an hour and a half and the manager was condescending. If I could give minus 5, I would! I've used eyeglasses for over 40 years and so has my wife. This is the worst pair of glasses we have both had. I understand that glasses do scratch, but they offered anti-scratch glasses for which we paid extra, we also bought the "insurance" with our glasses , came to the store to have the glasses "replaced" but I'm not sure they did because not even a month later the glasses scratched in the exact same place, which has led me to believe that they did not replace the glasses for my wife. My case is worse, since my glasses have never allowed me to see appropriately. I've been to the store 4 times so far and all they do is readjust the frame to the point that I have to wear my glasses all the way up in my face.... extremely awkward and uncomfortable, but that's the only solution they offered. Now I'm stuck with glasses that don't work for me and can't change them because I used up all my benefits for the year. If you can avoid using this store.... run the other way! read more
