    Staff and Dr were all amazing here! I can't say enough great things about the dr. He seen myself and 2 kiddos all in the same visit. He was kind and very patient with the little ones. He explained everything thoroughly and I didn't feel pressured to purchase or pressured into needing a bunch of extras. The opticians were so kind and worked with my oldest trying on lots of lenses to ensure he picked a winner. She truly took her time and gave him her undivided attention until he felt confident in his glasses. I love this place so much I even made an appointment for my husband. Can't wait to get my glasses. Staff was on top of temperature readings as well as sanitation! Much appreciated during these crazy times.

    I went in for a routine eye exam and a few days later, I had a horrible eye infection and eye pain . I called trying to go in and see the doctor since my primary dr couldn't do much about it. I called and the receptionist ,(the very large woman at the front desk ) told me in a rude way , that I was lying and that there was no way I could have had an eye infection just from going to the eye doctor . I tried to explain that I was put on the equipment to do my vision exam as well as the eye pressure check , and I could have gotten it from one of those , she laughed and said it was impossible and if I wanted to see the eye doctor it would be 85 dollars. She was also very rude when I had gone in for my eye exam. I didn't catch her name but she was the only extremely obese person working there .

    What's the normal wait time for glasses? The lady that said she would put my order on rush (I'm having headaches and a hard time focusing at my design job.) but it has been a week now. I'm guessing its 2-3 weeks for the normal time?

    These optometrists are phenomenal I dealt with Dr Kim and she corrected an issue that was a major…read moremiss the mark, for an optometrist from a very renowned practice. I'm talking way off when I got the glasses I couldn't see anything it made me dizzy nauseated but Dr Kim was able to reevaluate and get me the proper glasses for both distance and for reading and they were awesome in that place they had no problem helping me fix this in fact they comped me the eye exam because of the issue!! When Dr Kim examined my eyes, and they sent the glasses back that were a prescription from a different doctor, I could not believe the difference and I was so happy because the office manager was so nice she bent over backwards to help me! I recommend you go there I was apprehensive because I didn't realize that they had some of the finest optometrists in the country within their company!! But they do and I highly recommend you go, tell them Tammi sent you, and enjoy the ride you're going to be able to see beautifully when they're done with you! Ok...I kind of spoke too soon. THAT experience up above WAS wonderful. But TODAY'S....... DEFINITELY NOT. My husband had an appointment today for a new prescription, so I came with him because I need prescription sunglasses. So, he went to the waiting area for HIS eye exam and I told the girl, in my regular LOUD voice, that I needed my prescription in sunglasses. She told me to take a seat. I watched people come in, get helped and leave. I watched 3 of the workers sit at the desk talking with each other. I waited 20 minutes and NOT ONE of them came and helped me. Horrible customer service when the certain lady manager isn't here. Very disappointing considering how much money my husband spends here. Funny, my experiences were like night and day. I'm still here now waiting for my husband. Bummer because I found cute sunglasses. I'll go to Lens Crafters.

    This is 2nd time in 2 years I've stopped by this store to purchase 2 pair of glasses…read more.. Not one single person looked up and acknowledged me... I was in the store over 20 minutes and not one single employee acknowledged me.. I will never frequent this establishment...and do not recommend wasting your time visiting America's best...

    I went there in October 1924. It was my first time going there and originally I had an appointment…read morethe next day at Costco to get my glasses done. Someone had suggested I try the app and my glasses broke so I gave him a shot. Got the eye exam on and I thought they were a little pushy on the add-ons. I got the prescription and I made it knowing that I have an appointment next day and how I appreciate them getting me in checked out. I got one pair of glasses with photo lens and progression lenses. The girl that was helping me and I'm sorry I don't know her name and I cannot find my paperwork, seem to be a little bit, unsure of things and he kept asking questions. I'm fine with that. At one point, she told me my lenses come with scratch proof coatings and it's a lifetime warranty. I asked what do you mean a lifetime do you mean till I get my next prescription in my a couple of years and she said yes and I said are you sure because usually I know it's like one year at the most. She got up she went over. She asked her manager. She came back and said because I'm getting the progression lenses it's got a lifetime warranty. Recently I've been having little scratches developing so I called today to try to figure out how to use the warranty. To my dismay, I was told that they only give a one year warranty, regardless of the lenses you choose. I simply explained to the person on the phone today that I honestly don't feel that the person was very well-versed in their procedures, and therefore I was given bad information. Of course she offered to have me come in for another exam and get new glasses. I told her no I think I should just go to Costco like I originally planned even though vision works was a preferred vendor by my insurance company I spent almost $400 between frames and lenses. For $270 my wife got three pairs of glasses, one for around the home one for driving at one for computers. And they're all photo lens.

    my glasses broke. I brought them here in hopes they could salavagr them. As i told the front desk…read moreladies. They did not listen nor answer if they could salvage them or not. Instead, they took them to the back and removed my lenses from my original frames. Called my name forty minutes later saying that I need to pay them forty five dollars. I was confused because I only asked them to salvage my frames and they never replied just took my glasses. After I questioned them multiple times they finally admitted my original frames were totaled.If you will. I told them no, thank you because they did this Without asking me. I took my original frames and lenses home. days later i returned for the clear frames they originally offered for forty five and bought the forty five dollar frames 2/3/26 around closing time (against many advisors who told me to just purchase online, which I should have). After I purchased them, the lady who gave them to me said they would be under year warranty.And if anything happened to the frames, just return, and they will replace them for free!!!! Two weeks later, the the lenses I bought from them broke. 2/15/26. So today I go in 2/16/26 and the same front desk ladies say 45$ for new frames that r clear purple. I said the woman who gave these.to me said it a year warranty. If anything happens to the frames. Come back and yall replace them She said yea oh then 20$ I said ?????? I thought warranty was a warranty to replace them but u saying to pay? She said well shipping I said so u saying 20$ for shipping or 20 for frames under warranty? She said, unsure, yes. Smh I took my frames and left. What in the unprofessionalism!!!
