my glasses broke. I brought them here in hopes they could salavagr them. As i told the front desk ladies. They did not listen nor answer if they could salvage them or not. Instead, they took them to the back and removed my lenses from my original frames. Called my name forty minutes later saying that I need to pay them forty five dollars. I was confused because I only asked them to salvage my frames and they never replied just took my glasses. After I questioned them multiple times they finally admitted my original frames were totaled.If you will. I told them no, thank you because they did this Without asking me. I took my original frames and lenses home. days later i returned for the clear frames they originally offered for forty five and bought the forty five dollar frames 2/3/26 around closing time (against many advisors who told me to just purchase online, which I should have). After I purchased them, the lady who gave them to me said they would be under year warranty.And if anything happened to the frames, just return, and they will replace them for free!!!! Two weeks later, the the lenses I bought from them broke. 2/15/26. So today I go in 2/16/26 and the same front desk ladies say 45$ for new frames that r clear purple. I said the woman who gave these.to me said it a year warranty. If anything happens to the frames. Come back and yall replace them She said yea oh then 20$ I said ?????? I thought warranty was a warranty to replace them but u saying to pay? She said well shipping I said so u saying 20$ for shipping or 20 for frames under warranty? She said, unsure, yes. Wanted to stay because I absolutely love the optometrist I not only brought my children, but myself and husband a family of five to her service. As for some of her office staff they are unprofessional always have an attitude it's an inconvenience when you call in or come into the office never wanting to throughly do their job, on numerous occasions to the point where my husband has had to step in and ask what the issue is when I am attempting to communicate with office staff. Today I spoke with Jocelyn who was in a rush to get off the phone when I called in to set two appointments, she was cutting me off and attempting to hang up before I could even complete explaining why I was calling in I requested to be transferred to Crystal her supervisor thinking I would get better assistance, who was of not much help either just as rude as her associate. In a matter of eleven minutes the office staff lost their employer a family of five. read more

Look, this place used to be my go-to since I was a kid--practically had my doctor's name tattooed on my loyalty card. But wow, has it gone downhill. The service? Let's just say it's a masterclass in how not to treat customers. The front desk staff could give lessons in indifference, and the employees seem to think "customer service" is just a fancy term for eye-rolling and rudeness. Competence? Apparently optional. It's a shame, but this place has become a hot mess--unacceptable and frankly, a bit gross. I'm done. I've been coming here for YEARS since I was about 11/12 years old I'm now 25 and the front desk staff are AWFUL. I love Dr. Peterson but the front desk staff definitely need training on customer service and how you treat people. The hours say they open at 9am and I'm standing outside the door at 9am when they all walk in together LATE and say NOTHING to me. Walk right past me as if I'm not there at the door. No good morning, no how are you? Nothing, they walked right in and said nothing to me. I ask to speak to a manger to complain and it's one of the ladies who walked in late with the group and said nothing. I have never experienced this with Dr. Peterson's office. Although I enjoyed coming here for years, it's time for me to go elsewhere. I will no longer be treated poorly for simply trying to get a check up. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly and decided to bite my tongue out of RESPECT for Dr. Peterson, but it's clear the staff don't treat anyone with respect. I had another situation where the frame to the glasses I purchased kept breaking and I was trying to explain to one of the workers the issue I had and she was extremely dismissive and it was clear she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Not to mention I was quoted a price and then all of a sudden the price changed and then I was told I would have to buy a new frame a few months later. Like what? Extremely disappointing how the front desk treat patients here. It's evident they couldn't care less about the patients or how they're treatment towards the makes them feel. Sad this is what it has to come to this after all my years with Dr. Peterson due to the poor front desk staff. And based off of the reviews, it appears this has been an ongoing issue with the front desk staff. Very disappointing and sad they're bringing the business down like this. read more

Based on reviews I decided to give this place a try First I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Peterson when I got there I was seen by another doctor. I was a new patient. But he said he couldn't prescribe the contact lenses I have been using for years because he doesn't work with that brand. Fine I tried the different trials he suggested. Finally, I got something I'm kind of comfortable with and work okay for my eyes. The one thing that has led me to write a review is. At first they didn't want to give me a prescription since they wanted me to purchase at their office. Finally, I received got my prescription with the wrong brand contact recommendation. When I tried to purchase at a different store, which by the way were much more inexpensive than what Dr. Peterson's staff offered. The prescription had a hold because it appeared I had already purchased contacts. It took a few calls with between my insurance and office to get issue resolved. What leads me to complain is how many people are cheated and tricked by this office. read more

Dr. Peterson has no idea her patients are/were being treated with absolutely NO integrity from the "Pretending like I'm working" front the front desk clerks. They get double Zero's.. Now the 2 employees that helped me purchase frames. Oh My Goodness they get a Billion stars!!! My son broke my glasses so I called here to schedule a new patient appointment. Unfortunately they didn't have any openings for a few weeks but that was fine. Today was my appointment and I was very happy with my visit. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The dr was very sweet and informative. They answered all my questions regarding my eyes and insurance. The wait time was not long at all. I was probably there for about an hour for exam, pick frames, and go over insurance. Very rude customer service. For the past three years I have been going in to order my contacts and for the past three years they can never seem to find my insurance and tell me my insurance is inactive when the staff does not know how to properly look up my information. It is always a hassle with them and not once did anyone on the staff apologize for the inconvenience. I get it people make mistakes but have empathy for the frustration your patients are feeling. Came in on a Friday and it was quite busy. However the ladies that work there all apologized for the delay and tried to get through us all as quickly as possible which I appreciate. Glasses selection is nice and there are plenty to choose from. I however am on a budget so they just handed me my prescription so I may try to get my glasses at a lower price online. read more

I was looking for an optometrist a lot closer to where I lived and found this one. They are really quick with the exam and help you feel very comfortable. The drs were also very nice as well as the girls up front. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from and they call you when your glasses arrive. The lady that helps in the back with the glasses is really nice. When I received my glasses she was able to adjust them for me. I had to come back to adjust them again and she fixed them for me and did what she could to fix them. Really recommend you come here! read more

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid for both glasses and contacts and I still love it! The experience is always amazing and it's all because of the doctor and her wonderful team!!! They offer a wide variety of frames that you can choose from and the quality and durability is great.... seriously, I've fallen asleep with mine before and they did not get bent or broken. My lens are a little on the thicker side, but I usually opt for the poly lens to make them look thinner, combine that with a fantastic frame and you've got an awesome pair of glasses that you don't have to be ashamed of and can wear anywhere If you're anything like me and typically hate going to another eye doctor because of how uncomfortable it can be you'll love it here. read more
