this is by far one of the worst place of business I have ever been too poor customer service, the doctor does not care for the patients there. I have been waiting a little over a month to get my glasses every day I call a they tell me the same thing. no one is able to track the glasses or anything an when I ask about them all they tell me is that they will call you back an NEVER do. they are willing to let the patients there just be blind. they dont care to do any type of due diligence to contact their labs to see where the glasses may be or anything read more

Great customer service and optometrists. My first visit was for a new prescription, and it was a pleasant experience. I had an eye emergency a couple of months later and they were able to see me/prescribe medication same day within a couple of hours. read more

Don't waste your time, money or patience! The women are rude have bad customer service. When I asked for my prescription they gave me a three year old script. The manger could care less about his staffs negligence, and is very unprofessional. The doctor could not find my contact script after a year of following up over and over so gave up and Costco got it the 1st time LOL! Enough said!! read more

My first 2016 Yelp of the year goes to.... Henry Nguyen Optometry up in Fontana! I'm all about businesses that truly puts a lot of love and attention towards their customers and I truly felt that way when I walked in at Henry Nguyen Optometry. The two people that really stood out in my mind was both Dr. Chau and the manager Allen. Dr. Chau was such a kind, sweet optometrist who was able to answer all my questions regarding my eyes and if they were doing fine. I'm the type of person who doesn't get their eyes checked every year knowing that my eyes haven't changed much. However, she did check my eyes and realized that I have been wearing my contacts for too long, which helps me understand why my left eye has been hurting a little more than usual. Allen on the other hand has such a relaxed, kind and welcoming personality. He too was able to help me out by choosing specific frames for lenses that I already had. Originally they were fine until I realized they didn't fit my face so I came in asking if I could return the frames and get a totally different style. He hooked it up and more. I'm forever thankful for that. The only downside is that I wish they had more lenses to choose from but other than that, this is a great place to get your eyes checked, to get your contacts, frames, and more. Also, if I recall correctly, your first pair of contacts is free and they also take IHAP. I didn't have my card at the time but when I walked in for my check up, I overheard that they'll take it. So don't be like me and forget your card. My experience with these two individuals made my visit worth it. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Been coming here for years, front desk and all the doctors there are great. They take most insurances, variety of great frames to choose from. One thing I like about this place they will take walk in appointments, most places don't. 7-10 business days to receive orders, which is great ! My third visit here. My first to have my son's eye exam. The selection for my tween son eye glasses are limited. Nonetheless he found one that suits him. Went here to get my lenses done because my friend gave me a Gucci eyeglasses frame without prescriptions lenses as a birthday gift. This place by far was the cheapest. I went to Walmart and they wanted 120 bucks just for the lenses. The lenses only cost 40 bucks here. :) read more

First time here and Dr was precise with the exam. I got a contacts exam and eye glasses exam is included in the price! I even left trying out my new contacts which O like very much. The staff was very nice, taught me how to put on contacts since its been years since I last wore them. Definitely will be doing my eye exams here from now on! read more

I went in for a contact prescription and I guess they didn't have the contacts I wanted in stock for me to try so they had to order them. I've called twice and they said that they only have the right eye contact and the left one has not arrived, it's been two weeks my glasses are broken I went in because I needed them ASAP. The doctor was great and friendly but this is an inconvenience for sure. read more

Went to this so called place today and the Doctor was nice and cool, but the front staff especially Allan, shouldn't be working there, he cared more about the damn Cartoon movie that's coming out this week instead of being professional, wouldn't recommend anyone to this place, found another place around the corner much much better and better glasses selection to choose from. read more

My family and I had been getting all of our vision exams here since 2012. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know what happen this year. They must have hired new staff. I called on Wednesday to make my appointment for Friday witch was great. I informed the receptionist that I would be going in for a contact exam only. Also that I currently have straight medical. She then informed me that the exam was covered but I would have to pay for each individual box of contacts up to $160. And I was perfectly OK with that. At the end of our call I asked ounce again just to make sure that the exam was covered and she reassured that it was. Today Friday I show up to my appointment and the manager informs me that the contact exam is not covered and that I would have to pay a extra $45. And he suggested I get a exam for eyeglasses since I was already there. Why would I need a exam for glasses when I informed the lady and on the phone and the manager that I only wanted contacts. So that you can bill medical for something I don't need. No thank you. The staff clearly needs to be retrained. Or maybe not answer calls so that they don't misinform their patients. If they don't know what they're talking about. Maybe I should have asked her a third or forth time to have gonetten a correct answer out of her. read more
