This caused over a week of delay to get my glasses that I desperately needed to see. I called the VA and explained to them the unprofessionalism of this location and was referred to Vision Express Optometry where Dr. David Shin did an amazing job in assisting me. Not only was he capable of showing up for his patients; his staff are extremely well trained and know how to follow up with their patients.
