If i could put 0 starts i honestly would, Ive been coming here for a VERY long time and I've enjoyed my experiences up until this point. I went in and brought my wife so she could get her glasses her because i raved about this place so much, but unfortunately while we were seeing what we wanted added on to my wife's glasses the worker KIM was absolutely rude &' condescending to me when i said we were going to do the upgrade for insurance instead of the free "ain't reflection" because i knew it would be cheaper to do the upgrade on the frames and she completely underminded me said "no it will not lets see how much it comes out to" with an attitude and rude condescending tone. And when i was RIGHT about the prices she acted like nothing happened. After that she saw i was looking for my glasses in the designer brands and came up to us playing nice and trying to start a conversation and complimenting me im guessing because i was looking at expensive frames. And when i was told i needed a manager in order to put two of my insurances on one frame she told me only a manager could do that when thats never been the case beforehand. And when i asked when the manager would be in she told me the next day after @12pm and when i called the next day @12pm they said the manager would be there and went that day in person after their lunch they said the manager called off and wasnt going to be in and they wouldnt know when. So i would NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE so rude and condescending and now i will have to find a much better place to get frames after years of being there !! read more

Just moved to Fontana and found this vision clinic nearby. I need new prescription glasses and lenses. Made my appointment in-person to get the feel of the place. They are all welcoming and was happy to accommodate my questions. With Thanksgiving holiday and busy days, I finally got my new glasses. They have variety of glasses to choose from. My issue is the difficulty in finding the right fit of eyewear for my low nose bridge. I found it here! Finally! I can see better again, but with a featherweight lenses. I came in today to see if they can fix my glasses and at the time when I came in, they were at lunch they saw me waiting waiting outside the door and they still helped me during their lunch break.
