My husband something stuck in his eye. We used eye drops trying to get it out but since he rubbed it in it ended up irritating his eye. The eye drops & eye flush wasn't helping at all so I was calling around a bunch of places no one would see him. Until I called vision express. They made him a appointment same day. We were in & out in about an hour. The staff was nice. Everyone had gloves & a mask on. Social distancing was enforced. There was hand sanitizer available & they sanitized after each person. Brought my Fiancee here to get her glasses for the first time. The optometrist was good, but that was all. They apparently just can't get glasses to you. We were told a day they would be ready, called, they weren't ready and were told another day. Called that day, they weren't ready and were told another day. Then today a third time same thing. Went and got our perscription which they want to make you pay for even though you already paid for the exam and everything, took it to lens crafters and had glasses with in hour. A week ago, I had an appointment but still waited 50 minutes to be seen by the optometrist. My eye exam indicated I only needed reading glasses and I was on the fence about paying $60 for reading glasses (with my VSP plan covering $170). Today, I decided to buy the Oakley reading glasses, checked in, was seated, and was advised it would be a 15 minute wait. I decided to leave as time is money. Their inefficiency was proven on day 1 with a crowded office and today the office only had 1 other person in the waiting area. How hard is it to submit an order and take my payment. Went to a different eye doctor and 2 totally different prescription., what they do here and not tell you is make you buy glasses and once you pick up and leave there's no exchange or a refund but at the other place they have a 30-60 days if not satisfy with your frame, if I were you spend your money somewhere-else, it's not worth coming here or also get a second opinion somewhere else. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!My husband had metal in his left eye so we came Saturday 12, 2022. She remove a small piece. She told us to come back Tuesday to remove more because she didn't want to damage the eye. Well Tuesday after removing another small piece she told us to come back Thursday to remove more. My husband was in so much pain that we decided Wednesday morning to go to another optometrist in Walmart in rialto. When the doctor saw my husband he told us that what the other optometrist did was so wrong first she didn't wash the eye second she had to remove the metal item that same day that my husband was seen because my husband was getting a eye infection. I had a very good experience the day I went into this Optometry office, all the girls are very helpful and knowledgeable on the best things to add onto my lenses. They had so much patience especially with me because it took me forever just to find something i like to fit my face type. Making an appointment was a VERY good idea, right when I arrived for my appointment time the tech called my name to be seen...once I picked up my glasses they fit a bit loose but one of the lady's was able to help with that and did what she could to have the frame fit my face nice and snug. I wouldn't recommend this place, the first time I went I had a young female doctor, she was really friendly and I had a good experience. The second time I went I had an older man and my experience with him was really bad, he wouldn't listen when I tried to tell him that the prescription he chose for me didn't feel right and dismissed my concerns about my slight double vision from an old brain injury. I never got glasses with that prescription. I did let the office know all this when they tried to schedule another appointment a year later and was told that he no longer worked there. I didn't make another appointment at the time but made one a week ago and I asked for the doctor's name. I went to my old prescription and it was the same doctor, why would they say he no longer worked there if he still does. I quickly canceled my appointment and already went elsewhere, my new doctor added prism correction to help with my double vision why was this never offered to me here? Ordered expensive sunglasses for a vacation I was going on, I asked the girl if my sunglasses would arrive on time for me to take on my vacation she said yes, that they would take 2-3 weeks. I called on the second week and they said that they would be there beginning of the following week, which would've been the third week. So I call Wednesday of the third week, they had me on hold for about ten minutes just to tell me that my sunglasses were gonna take another two weeks. So I had no prescription sunglasses to take on my trip. Never again will I come back to this place. read more

I've been coming here for a few year I like the place my kids love it. The glasses opinion is decent but for youth they need more to choose from. It's quick service. There very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to move around. There very patient and don't try to rush you they let you take the time you need to make the right decision on the perfect frame. I love that they go over opinions for you to choose from when it comes to your frame and lenses. It takes anywhere from one week to two weeks to get your glasses in. read more

I've been going here for 3 years, and I was very satisfied until recently. 3 months ago I got new glasses. I splurged and got myself an expensive pair. I really like them. But they became really loose, and kept slipping off my face. The arm wouldn't got over my ears, instead they sat right on top. I returned to have them adjusted. The young lady made them fit more snug to my face, but the arm still wouldn't fit over the ears. And they were crooked when looking at them head on. I asked if they could be adjusted better. She said "No. The arms are too short. Sorry." They fit when I bought them! read more

Stopped by yesterday for my twin 10-year-old daughter's eye exam. The doctor was so sweet, professional, and patient with my girls. She took the time to explain the process to them, while also answered all their questions. All the staff was very welcoming. Optician was knowledgeable, and made our time in choosing glasses an easy process. Scheduled an appointment for just one of my girls, and staff was very accommodating to add sister to the schedule. It was my first time going to Vision Express Optometry. First off the staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. The eye exam went very well. The doctor did a CT scan on my eye and we were able to see what the back of my eye looks like with the way my nerves are formed and blood vessels... I've never had an eye exam quite like this one it was very cool to be able to experience something like this! When it comes to picking frames I am very indecisive and there were so many cute frames to chose from here. Cristina actually helped me pick out which ones fit me best and I'm so excited to receive my glasses this next week! This business has great customer service and friendly staff. I have never encountered any problems with my insurance. Needed an appointment within a few days. I was scheduled quickly and given an appointment at the time I needed. The young lady on the phone was able to assist me with verifying my benefits. Upon arrival, I was checked in quickly and seen for my pre-exam and actual exam fairly quick. The Dr. was knowledgeable and very polite. I was happy with the selection on frames. Pick-up for my glasses was easy and I appreciated the text message letting me know they were ready. The only thing I would be mindful of is the upsell for additional screenings and add-on options because the cost can add up quickly. I understand this is how must companies increase their revenue, though it can be overwhelming to be offered so many options you may not be able to afford. That being said, I never felt pressured to pay for anything extra, staff just suggested and politely allowed me to decline most additional items.
