They are…read morefriendly and thorough people who do their utmost to make the entire experience as enjoyable as possible. They also were great when I went in to see about a new pair of glasses. My records showed I didn't need a new exam for a year so I got to use my insurance allowance for the glasses. They're not as inexpensive as Walmart and if I must pay out of pocket it's more cost effective to run over there-BUT they're 100 times better than America's Worst.

"Then I'm getting off my car at the location , receive a call that he doesn't have cash (i payed cash) and to go back tomorrow which is today October 2 . I arrive and explain to the lady at the front what I'm there for and she proceeds to ask if I still want the glasses I said no. She looks for the prescription and said "it's $40 refund , "I said "I don't have my receipt but if that's written yes . "Then she proceeds to get upset , and she started saying well if you don't have your receipt it's not my problem . I told her "I know it's not , but if the receipt says that then I'm not arguing about it I will take that "(she had the money in her hand btw) . She started screaming " here here get out of my freaking office you are a mean person !!", so I start walking to the door trying to prevent altercation and I said "okay you can be quiet already I'm leaving . " I knew she was saying stuff but couldn't understand because I was far away and I said "you are rude ima call my insurance because this is not ok. " She kept mumbling even after being out the door and I said shut up ,You just don't be quiet and it let it be .

I went to pick up my glasses today and immediately noticed that they felt very heavy. I have a…read morestrong prescription, so I understand that the lenses may be thicker, but I was expecting them to be thinner like my current glasses. I really liked the frames, so I decided to give them a chance, especially since there's a 30-day return policy. After picking them up, I sat outside the store and tried them on again. A few minutes later, I realized they were simply too heavy, so I went back inside to return them. I asked if there were thinner lens options and was told there weren't for Transitions lenses. I then asked to return the glasses. The associate asked for my receipt, and I showed them my emailed receipt. I was told that wouldn't work and that I needed to find somewhere to print a physical copy and come back. I had literally picked up the glasses about five minutes earlier. If a physical receipt is required, you would think the store would have a way to print one for the customer. I asked if I still had 30 days to return them and was told yes. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating, and unfortunately, it has made me hesitant to shop at LensCrafters again

I called the Slover location told them what happened and immediately helped me with a new purchase. No lies, great customer service and awesome communication.
