Jimmy, I think his name is the person who helped me, told me that I would have to wait three weeks and that I still had the problem and that I would call them. I went back. I left my glasses with them supposedly to fix the paid a lot of money for my glasses They never called me back . Two month past went back. They didn't Fix the problem with my glasses. They made me pay for another doctor check up. Gave a new prescription, they wanted me to pay for other glasses. I don't recommend this place. I'd rather go somewhere else and pay money to another doctor than pay this guys. Not satisfied never going back.

These optometrists are phenomenal I dealt with Dr Kim and she corrected an issue that was a major…read moremiss the mark, for an optometrist from a very renowned practice. I'm talking way off when I got the glasses I couldn't see anything it made me dizzy nauseated but Dr Kim was able to reevaluate and get me the proper glasses for both distance and for reading and they were awesome in that place they had no problem helping me fix this in fact they comped me the eye exam because of the issue!! When Dr Kim examined my eyes, and they sent the glasses back that were a prescription from a different doctor, I could not believe the difference and I was so happy because the office manager was so nice she bent over backwards to help me! I recommend you go there I was apprehensive because I didn't realize that they had some of the finest optometrists in the country within their company!! But they do and I highly recommend you go, tell them Tammi sent you, and enjoy the ride you're going to be able to see beautifully when they're done with you! Ok...I kind of spoke too soon. THAT experience up above WAS wonderful. But TODAY'S....... DEFINITELY NOT. My husband had an appointment today for a new prescription, so I came with him because I need prescription sunglasses. So, he went to the waiting area for HIS eye exam and I told the girl, in my regular LOUD voice, that I needed my prescription in sunglasses. She told me to take a seat. I watched people come in, get helped and leave. I watched 3 of the workers sit at the desk talking with each other. I waited 20 minutes and NOT ONE of them came and helped me. Horrible customer service when the certain lady manager isn't here. Very disappointing considering how much money my husband spends here. Funny, my experiences were like night and day. I'm still here now waiting for my husband. Bummer because I found cute sunglasses. I'll go to Lens Crafters.

This is a great location with exceptional service. I started a new driving job today and I broke…read morethe wire (a figure 8 wire apparently) that retains the polycarbonate lens in place on the Oakley frames. This location is by appointment only so I called and spoke with (I believe) Mariano who told me to come on down but he did caution me that most metal frames are repairable while plastic ones are not (my Oakley frames are plastic). My heart kind of sank at this point as my new job that requires daily driving started in a little over three hours. When I arrived and showed him the glasses, I told him about the predicament I was in and he said he would do his best. There was hope for my glasses as the plastic was not damaged or broken, only the wiring was snapped (and largely missing). Mariano did not have the replacement wiring in store but he managed to use wiring from an in-office sample frame to effect the repair. He did not have to do that but he did and it only took 5 minutes and I was on my way and I got to work on time. Thanks man, greatly appreciated.
