AI said the office was open until 5:00. So we showed up at 3:30 and signed in. Promptly we were told by the real people there that they were short-handed and if we wanted to pick up our glasses but not get them fitted, we can take them and come back later. LOL This was a fine reputable business under Gary Freestone and his crew, but ever since this corporation took over, it's been nothing but bad service. Freestone is gone and so are his wonderful and helpful employees. All that is left are apologies. I expect that we shall be looking for a new optometrist next year.

NorthPoint is located on the 2nd floor and the optometrist suite is very large and modern. They have the latest equipment and looks to have a very large selection of frames to choose from. I especially like the automated assistant used when you call to make an appointment. They do text reminders and you can complete forms online. The optometrist at NorthPoint is great!

After I purchased them, the lady who gave them to me said they would be under year warranty.And if anything happened to the frames, just return, and they will replace them for free!!!!
