The office feels understaffed, and the overall patient experience has slipped, particularly around communication and flow. On my last visit, I waited more than thirty minutes past my scheduled appointment and still had not completed the intake process, largely because the focus seemed to be on sales rather than patient care. Eventually I made the call to leave without being seen, which was frustrating and not a decision I took lightly. After years of loyalty, this experience made it clear that I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope the practice is able to refocus on patient service in the future.

I called on 5/1 and was told the glasses would be available on Monday. Monday passed--again, no communication. I called that evening before closing and was told they would have my glasses on Tuesday, 5/5. It is now the afternoon of 5/5, and I still have not received any updates. When I called again, I was told the glasses had not arrived and that they "might" be available sometime this week, but no specific timeline could be provided. It has now been 12 business days, and there seems to be no sense of urgency or concern for the customer experience. Payment was collected promptly, but the product has yet to be delivered, and communication has been consistently lacking. Based on this experience, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Dr. Espinosa is cool, approachable, and clearly cares about his patients. On my most recent visit, I saw their newer doctor, Dr. Fabrizio, and she took great care of me as well, super attentive and professional. They always have a great selection of lenses and frames, they take insurance, and what I really appreciate is how helpful they are when it comes to choosing frames. They actually give honest feedback and help you decide what looks best, instead of leaving you to figure it out on your own. If you're single and need someone to externally process frames with you, this is definitely the place to go, they've got you covered! Overall, it's just a fun, friendly, welcoming office. My first and foremost reason, when it comes to their business model of shopping, it is well documented and known by Costco employees that the stores PURPOSEFULLY most items around. Even their very popular ones! That makes it difficult to run in, find an item or two, pay, and run out when you need to. That is a total garbage model and time waster for smaller busier families. Not everybody has the luxury of shopping with Mrs. Daisy and make a visit to Costco a wonderful family outing and be forced to explore shop, and encounter new products while looking common popular items. Secondly, on my last two trips here, the store was either out one or more of my favorite staple Costco items OR no one knows where they are at. Dr. Lee then replied, "Are we going to do this or what?" which completely shocked us. I explained that there is a respectful way to speak to families, especially those already dealing with stressful medical concerns and children with autism. We came in worried because my daughter is having issues with her right eye and were already going through a lot trying to get her help.
