Love the eye doctors but the office ladies are pushy and rude. They never want to give us our prescription for glasses and contacts because they want us to buy from them. read more

Went to Yucaipa Optometry down the road and was not impressed by the wrong prescription I was given. Was also not impressed to see they gave me astigmatism contacts without telling me how to properly use them. I decided to give this Wonderful place a go, and was impressed by the quality of the work by the staff. So efficient and such a thorough eye check. Thank you for correcting my vision and teaching me the right way to wear my contacts, I now have perfect vision. Thank you for all your help! You guys are professional and wonderful! read more

I wrote a review for Dr. Dosaj, but wanted to write a blanket review for Miller Optometry. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, and the care I received. Follow-up calls were received after my visit. After many (many) years, I switched from hard contact lenses to soft lenses (I had always been told I could not wear soft lenses because my vision is so "wonky"). Well, I have been wearing soft lenses for a month now, and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly without being silly or condescending (I am 64). My husband is also a client, and he had never been diagnosed with dry eyes. He now has drops, and his comfort level has increased dramatically. Truly....the best.... read more

Great experience and helpful professional team of caring staff and doctors who are ready to help!

We have been going here for about three years and Dr. D is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, answers all my questions, and never makes us feel rushed when we are there for an examine. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an eye doctor in Yucaipa. read more

I came to Miller optometry after being disappointed by a few optometrists in Yucaipa. I have very bad eyes and require a little extra TLC and time. Miller Optometry was GREAT. He took his time and was very helpful. He cared about getting me the best prescription possible. He was professional, enthusiastic and helped me see better. Some places just want you to get in and out or shy away from challenging cases. Not Miller. Thanks again! read more

Wow- I made the mistake of going to another place down the street, (Focus Vision), and had all kinds of problems. After having taken their exam, and waiting for my glasses, they had messed up my glasses and didn't give the correct prescription. After waiting for the glasses, again, they told me after 2 weeks, that they had been broke at the lab. I waited for my glasses and didn't hear anything from them. I called and called and eventually I learned from them telling me, that they had been sent to the wrong store. I asked them if they would make an allowance on my credit card for all this hassle due to their negligence, and they told me "no", and would not give me an allowance for all this wait, (getting the prescription wrong, my waiting for the right one's, breaking the glasses, waiting again, and sending them to the wrong store, and waiting a third time). This place didn't have a good, cool selection, and they also tried to say that I was wrong. That they had corrected my account, by adding a credit. The credit was at the very beginning over the weekend when their lab hadn't even started making my glasses, and I had wished to downgrade to bifocals, in order to save some of their huge cost of over $600.00 So I got the glasses and they really were not that clear, but I had signed an agreement to accept them in "Whatever condition". So, I guess that they/you can say that it was my fault. After three weeks of wearing the cheap glasses from F.V., I had enough, and came to Steven Miller. I was immediately impressed with Steven Miller's huge selection, of name brands. Wow- So many name brands to choose from. For the men, their his Harley Davidson, Ray Ban, etc. For the lady's, their is Gucci, Sacs, and many other's that I am not familiar with. I chose the Harley Davidson one's and had my old prescription faxed over. The glasses were done... In less than a week. Although they tell you 12 days or less, the other place had me waiting the full 12-13 days each time! (And I had waited 3 times). The glasses were even lighter and better looking at the previous pair I purchased. The vision was unbelievable- for being the same exact prescription that F.V. had used to make my previous pair. Crystal clear detail on everything!!! The staff is overwhelmingly nice. They made sure that I had the proper fit, before leaving. And, I still paid less than I had paid at F.V. Don't be a fool like I was and go anywhere else. read more

Best place for your eyes! I pay out of pocket just to go here because of the service and hospitality! I see Dr. Dosaj and he has made glasses actually worth having. The selection of frames is really good and the entire staff is very friendly. I will continue to go here as long as they are around! read more

I was diagnosed with keratoconus in both eyes roughly 20yrs ago; my left had gotten progressively worse so in 2009 i had an Intac implant surgically placed in my left cornea. I was under some fantastic eye care while living in Las Vegas for 8yrs. Moving to the Inland Empire for work, I selected Miller Optometry in Yucaipa where we live for the next chapter in my life. Long story short, with my glasses i was able to see 20/100 in my left eye. That's when the miracle begins. Over the course of the last couple months, Dr Dosaj began the process of introducing and custom-fitting me for SCLERA contact lenses. I can now see 20/20 (and even better in my right eye). He has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions, stay late for follow up appointments (sometimes my corporate America career isn't too flexible) and he sees my wife and 3 children. The office staff is great, i ordered a new pair of glasses too, they arrived in less than a week and were offered at the most competitive price i could find. Southern CA is a large area and it is not easy to find an excellent optometrist, not to mention someone who specializes in ocular disease. Dr Dosaj and Miller Optometry gave me my life back and for that, i will be forever grateful. Check them out ASAP, you will be glad you did. read more

My husband and I went to Dr. Dosaj and we are very impressed with his professionalism. The staff is very friendly and helpful with selecting the perfect glasses. Thank you Dena! Since coming to this office, both of our prescriptions are spot on and will continue to visit Dr. Dosaj! read more

I got my first pair of glasses in middle school right here at Miller Optometry. I love the experience, the friendly and knowledgeable staff make a trip to the optometrist easy and enjoyable. I have since moved out of Yucaipa but still take a day off work in order to make the drive because I will not ever go to another optometrist. These guys are the greatest I look forward to my next appointment! read more

I have been coming to this Optometry for years since elementary school. The last 3 times I have been I have had nothing but problem and will not be coming back. There front office lady is very pushy and super RUDE!!! When she was contacting my insurance company to make sure I could get both a contact and Glasses prescription she argues with me and said I could not. She tried to force me to sign the 70 dollar contract that they charge to fit you for contacts. Again I had told her to call my insurance as she did I was contacting them I got some one on the phone and walked over to give her the phone she would not speak with them. Finally she got someone on the phone and they let her know that I am able to get both. As she satiated just so you know I've done nothing wrong! The time before they told me that doesn't happen and they deal with this on a daily basis again my insurance covered both! Instead of apologizing they just brush you off !! They are very rude and do not listen. I was going to purchase my glasses threw them but I could not make up my mind the trial set of contacts they gave me one fell out of my eye and since I order my contacts threw Costco because they are cheaper I asked them if they could please supply me one one trial that fell out of my eye and PATTY the owner stated she would not and to contact Costco. They are ordering my contacts but didn't have them I stock I live in the same town as the optometry and they will not help because I am not ordering them threw them. Even though I will be purchasing my glasses threw them. Which will now not be happening!! The ownership is not customer service oriented or helpful at all!! I will no be coming back there and hope other people read this and think twice and make sure they know what there insurance covers before you go in because they think they know it all when they do not!!! read more

I was looking for a specific eyewear frame from Ray-Ban. After searching online, seeing the previous reviews & finding that Miller Optometry was an authorized Ray-Ban dealer I paid a visit to their offices. They didn't have the specific Ray-Ban frame I was interested in but Dena ordered the frames from Ray-Ban. She received the frames in several days, rather quick I might say, she notified me of there arrival. I went in the next day and the frames were exactly what I wanted. I ordered one pair of eyeglasses & one pair of sunglasses. She was able to order the with glass lenses instead of plastic which I prefer. Their customer service is A-1, they receptionist remembered who I was even though I had on been in once previously. Their pricing is competitive with what you'll find doing research with online eyewear firms, the advantage with Miller Optometry is their experience, customer service & insuring what you want is correct for you (frame size & design for your face shape). The quality of service they provide is perfect. read more

I REALLY wanted to like this place, and support a local yucaipa business as they have been here for many years. (Side note: this review doesn't have to do with the doctors or actual exams)I came in yesterday to pick out some glasses, as I already have a prescription. And I will say they have a good selection of glasses and are helpful in picking out what looks best on you. The lady that helped me was very nice, HOWEVER I'm not sure if they just thought I didn't speak Spanish because I'm white? But I overheard the other girls in the office area talking about me in Spanish while I was trying on glasses. Totally unprofessional and shocked that an office staff could treat a potential customer like that. I chose to come here because of the great reviews they have, but sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. The 3 stars are simply for the sweet lady who helped me, and the wide variety of frames to choose from, but probably should re think the people working the office. read more

Absolutely love Miller Optometry. I have had to use glasses since I was a little girl and I have always had a very high prescription, so as you can imagine I visit the optometrist fairly often. Throughout my life I have gone to many different optometrist, but one has never felt right. I never felt comfortable or overly pleased at any particular optometry office. That is until Miller Optometry. Dr. Sahil Dosaj was amazing. He was thorough and explained everything to me, even things I never knew about my own eyes. Dr. Dosaj answered all of my questions and more. He also showed me some images of my eyes and explained what everything meant and how he read it and why everything looked great! No other optometrists ever went out of their way like Dr. Dosaj did to explain in detail how he read the information about my vision. I left feeling more knowledgeable and informed about my eye sight. And the staff was marvelous! Very helpful and polite. They even have bilingual staff so its great for people who speak Spanish as well. Their collection of glasses was vast with many designer glasses! Their staff helped me pick out some Ray Bans that I am completely in love with now. And their return time was impeccable! Over all, I can say I have officially found an optometry office in which I feel comfortable and exceedingly pleased. read more
