I would give this place zero stars if i could. I went to get my nails done on Monday 9/23 for a dip mani on my natural nails after learning the salon was offering 50% a nail service to new clients. I was really excited because I was referred to this place by a former nail tech but she wasnt sure if the person who she knew still worked here at this location. I went willingly mostly because the instagram page for this salon was really put together and the nail art looked great. I get to my appointment and the nail technician informed me the products she needed to apply dip to my nails werent available i.e the polish bottle thats used to bond the dip to my nails. Instead, she mixed together random products that i later learned was used for acrylic nails (see image 1). The application process was absolutely horrendous (see image 2) and everytime i asked questions the nail technician Jasmine had a horrible attitude saying things like "girl ive been doing nails for a long time i know what im doing" which is very unprofessional. During my service, Jasmine also seemed bothered by the fact that I expressed hurt/pain when she cut my fingers using the cuticle cutter. Again, lacking professional and basic care/compassion for clients. I paid the service fee which came to $51 which i think is absolutely ridiculous for how the final product of my nails turned out (see image 3). I then followed up with the alleged store owner Kendra. I explained my experience and asked for a refund but her response was "i cant offer a refund because I didnt even make any money off your nail service since it was already discounted" which was red flag #1 and only highlights the fact that this salon owner only cares about money and not about the clientele. The owner Kendra then excused her Technicians behavior with "you and Jasmine probably didnt vibe" insinuating thats probable cause and justification for why my nails turned out horribly. She offered for me to go back in to get the service fixed by another nail technician named Tatianna who did a good job cleaning up the mess that was made at my initial appointment (see image 4&5). Overall, the professionalism is absolutely not there and very disappointing i even spent money coming here and wont be back. I hope the store owner sees this review and views this as a learning opportunity and not a knock to their business. I really wanted to support this black owned business in the neighborhood but unfortunate circumstances such as this make it extremely daunting. Update: later that same night on 9/24, i got two charge alerts from my bank showing this business tried to charge my card on file twice (see last two images) for the repair service that was free of charge by the store owner. When i left the salon, i didnt pay anything because the service was free of charge so im confused why someone from this business waited until 10:46pm to attempt to charge my card when there was no receipt or signature of mine provided. Stay away from this business.

I just spent entirely too much money on the nail tech not understanding anything I wanted and gaslighting me as if I wasn't clear. I used inspiration pictures, but when I tried explaining the colors I wanted it seemed like everything was getting messed up and blamed on me. The girl before me seemed to have the same issue with the same tech. I would've stayed to get them fixed but she was rushing me out because I was past my time even though what I wanted wasn't achieved. I hate hate hate leaving bad reviews but for $170 I don't like getting reprimanded, having my natural nail exposed (I was going to say something but she was already so annoyed by me), being told I can't achieve the style I want with shorter nails, having a meh design (see inspiration pics) nails -- that was again blamed on me because "I kept moving to see my nails" even though I wasn't. She was pinching my finger in a way that was counterproductive and I tried explaining that. If you pinch where there's a joint it will make your hands move into a stiff position -- and then rushing at the end because time was more of a concern than getting it right. I wanted to support Black business, but this was not it. I decided to treat myself (a rare occasion) and instead left in a bad mood.

I no longer come here because whenever I would get used to a nail tech she is gone within a few months. my last gel mani did not last a day and the nail tech was kind enough to do it over. Two weeks later I decided to get my nails done over and it took forever to remove the gel. I don't trust what the heck could be in those bottles. I feel a substitute was used of non great quality and I also noticed my nails were not flourishing. It was cool while it lasted. My last great nail appointment was with symphony then another young lady who I believed used crap in a bottle on my nails. So I am good on them.

Great salon with great service! I've been going here for a few months now after a long and stressful search for a salon that would do acrylics. (A dying art it seems?) this is a great place for any acrylic ladies out there! You can make appointments online and they always keep them on time- I have rarely had to wait at all when I arrive. Prices are reasonable and upfront- no nickel and dimeing here. Tips have to be in cash fyi and there is a deli across the street with an atm. Staff is friendly and funny, and offer a drink upon arrival. I've been seeing Dana and she does a fabulous job! Great smooth acrylic work with perfect polish application. Highly recommend this salon, and especially Dana!

I had such a great time tonight getting my nails done with Tiffany! I had lost my pinkie acrylic this morning and I was panicking because I need to have my hands professional for work. Luckily Millennial Nails could get me in for the last appointment! The salon was clean and I felt comfortable there. Tiffany was great and she took great care of my nails. I would go back again anytime. Update: nails still going strong, going to get them refilled today!

How is this salon not rated 5 stars on Yelp?! Yes it is expensive but I've learnt in my many decades of life, "you get what you pay for" and this salon was worth every dime I spent. Black owned, high quality products and quality time spent on every service to ensure customer satisfaction. I visited millennial nails twice and I must say that I always leave feeling satisfied. Phillys is an amazing nail tech, talented and friendly. Both times, I came in with a design in mind but decided not to do those designs due to price. Personally, I don't want to spend over $100 on my nails unless it's for a special event. Phyllis looked at the designs and was able to recommend another design that looks much better than my original design and was within my price range. I will be returning back to millennial and will be going to Phyllis. I love my nails. Thank you Phyllis. The place is beautiful and great ambience. I haven't done a pedicure there but planning on it soon. Maybe for my next appointment. I think they provide refreshments during your pedicure, not sure. If so, I'll definitely be looking forward to it.

Great Vibes! Ambiance: Cute, comfy and clean. Foot soaking bowls look like a clear hard plastic or glass that you can see through. Lots of Neo Soul sounds from 80s and 90s. Cleanliness: Everyone is required to wash their hands when they come in. Tools are sterilized in liquid and hand towels are white. Fri-Sun is crowded and it is impossible to social distance but everyone wears a mask. Service: All the ladies are nice and cheerful. Service is always timely otherwise they call me to let me know if a nail tech is running late. Very accomodating. I've seen 4 different nail techs and I love 4 out of 4. Value: A bit Overpriced. They charge more depending on your nail shape, nail length, color(s),etc. Matte color and rhimestones designs are also additional etc. Some prices are per nail. I easily spend $90 including cash tip everytime I come here for Acrylic powder Or Acrylic Gel nail fill-in with design (disclaimer: I always get designs). Overall this is a nice place that is clean with good vibes even though it is a bit pricey. I would like it if there were more color options (Browns/Nudes/Reds/Grays/Pastel). Keep up the great work Ladies. Tip: Book through their website. RSVP is a MUST! Yes there is a ATM inside.

This is my second time getting my nails done by Tatiana. The first time was about two months ago and again today. Tatiana did such a wonderful job with this natural long nail. My nails lasted forever last time and I am sure this look will also last a long time again.

I was searching for a last minute nail spot near me and found Millennial nails. I was able to book an appointment online. It is certainly a no frills spot, and not worth the price in comparison to the quality offered. I opted for a normal SNS manicure, and unfortunately experienced chipping shortly thereafter. Not the best quality compared to other places that I've gotten manicures at. In addition, they charged an extra $15 to remove my previous SNS manicure. For the removal process, my hands were drenched in acetone and it burned super badly lol. My nail technician, Tatiana, was really sweet though. Did it basically do the job? I guess. Would I return? Probably not

I have mixed feelings about this establishment. My first experience there was lovely and that was a few months ago. I was their first customer that day. I got my nails done a few days ago in the afternoon and it was horrible! Tatiana is great for pedicures FIRST thing in the morning, but a mani during mid day...BEWARE. She was so rough with my nail bed and was super distracted on her phone. I booked these services with this salon and had no problem paying for QUALITY service, but I did not receive that. My cuticles were not cut properly, she was very rough, just push them back with a nail file she used with another client. She applied such a thick layer of nail polish, my nails started chipping within 24 hrs of receiving the service! Her station was messy, she spilled water on me! It was a mess and I still tipped ..smh I'm not saying don't go here. I'm saying know who to book and when to come!

I spent hours trying to find a black owned nail salon with decent reviews. I finally came across Millennial Nails which is a short bus ride from my home so I went on their website and booked the Acrylic Ombré nails. When I walked in, the ambience was cute and comfy. I was greeted by the cashier and she walked me to the back where I washed my hands(Onepointfor Covid safety measure). Hilda(I think that was her name), did my Ombré nails wonderfully. I'm satisfied. My only problem was the nickle and diming. I can not believe that there's a price difference for medium to medium long nail length. read more

Not a good experience. I called ahead and made an appointment for dip powder. When I sat down I showed my technician what I wanted, a nude ombre to which she said she doesn't do ombre. She showed me the colors and I picked a nude she came back and said she didn't have enough powder in that color so I'd have to pick a different color which I did. I told her because I had two broken nails the last time I got my nails done I had on two acrylic ones. Luckily by this time one of my nails had grown out enough but the other hadn't so I just needed one acrylic- she brought over three people to consult because she said she doesn't do acrylics. She soaked my nails took off most of my polish and then started pushing down my cuticles with no lubricant or oils which hurt. I specifically asked if she could use an oil of some sort and she said "no I can't, but I'll be gentle" after doing my right hand that way she abandoned my cuticles all together and just started filling. When she called over another technician to simply glue an acrylic on I told them both I was feeling uncomfortable and maybe I needed to have another technician help me but I was told everyone else was booked so id have to make another appointment with someone at another time (there were three other technicians sitting around who did not have clients...) but she said "I can do the dip it's just the acrylic I don't do" so I stayed reluctantly. To sum it all up: Everyone there is very nice but based on the fact I didn't get nearly what I wanted but paid the price for what I actually wanted is extremely dissapointing. My edges are rough and unbuffed, my cuticles were never taken care of, and I still have some red on my nails from my prior color. The fact that I specifically said I felt uncomfortable yet they didn't make it a point to make sure I was, is really disheartening. I just got my nails done yet it looks like I need to get them done. read more

I think I just found my new neighborhood nail salon!!! Finding a quality salon that's convenient and reasonably priced can feel impossible. Brooklyn has an abundance of cheapy, unsanitary, unfriendly spots that I've vowed to no longer support. One evening, I was frantically looking for somewhere to take me for a last-minute appointment when I very doubtfully messaged Millennial Nails on Yelp about any availabilities (first time I used this feature...it works!). "No way they can see me on such short notice," I thought. Wrong! The manager promptly responded to my surprise and we found a time that worked. Yay! I was warmly welcomed and seen immediately for my gel soak off and gel manicure. I loved that they use these clips to keep the acetone-soaked cotton balls on your nails instead of flimsy foil, which can move around or completely come off. I also love that they don't just lazily dunk your hands in a bowl of harsh acetone. I even had a muchneeded glass of wine with my mani and was able to relax and enjoy the pampering after a long day at work. Ahhh. Overall, I was pleased with the gel manicure. There's a nice color selection and the nail tech took her time shaping my nails perfectly, cleaning up any mistakes and checking to see if I liked the color. Also, the space is clean and super cute. The gel manicure cost $30. Soak off was $5. Make sure you bring cash to tip! My only compliant is that the woman doing my nails took a few short phone calls on her headset while doing my mani. I understand people have a life outside their jobs, maybe it was an emergency, etc. but it's just not professional. I would've preferred that she excused herself for a couple of mins. Other than that, service was top notch. I'll be back Millennial Nails! read more

I Honestly couldn't say how long I've looked for a great nail tech whom I could trust blindly. Hilda is such a skilled nail artist and to someone that maybe wasn't so comfortable with trusting someone with her nails she sure did an amazing job giving me exactly what I wanted. She was gentle with removing my gel nail and placing a new gel coat. I've been coming here for a long time now and can certainly say I'll never go anywhere else. Hilda's such a sweet soul making the whole experience of going to get ur nails done feel like how it's supposed to feel like. Best nail salon experience since moving to NYC. I moved to the city about a year ago and have tried a handful of salons. I always have issues with techs not listening, not following COVID protocols or having issues with timeliness. My experience at Millennial has been far better than any of the others. Great customer service, timeliness and cleanliness. Sammy was bomb. She listened and gave me what I wanted. I have weak nails and typically have a hard time finding a tech who not file or buff my nails. Sammy understood my concerns and did as I asked. Already made my second appointment with her! read more

This was my third trip to Millennial Nails and certainly won't be my last. Y'all have a customer for life! I wanted birthday nails that were disco themed - I showed Elizabeth my inspiration pics & told her to let it rip with whatever she wanted & she did not disappoint. I had seen her work on Insta & here & it looked great, but in person it was even better!! She's soooo talented. Prices are definitely fair for the quality of the job & for the atmosphere - everyone that works there is so sweet. Also, I've had Dani do my pedicure twice & she's the best! Needed a pedicure at the last minute and came across Millenial Nails, which is only 4 blocks from my girl's apt where i'm staying for the month i'm in town. They were all booked up the day I walked in so I made an appt for 10am the next morning. My experience was so good and relaxing! Dana did my pedi and not only did she do an amazing job but she is so sweet and has SUCH amazing energy. I was a bit bummed to find out at the end that tips were cash only (I didn't see the sign upon walking in and didn't have any cash on me) but i'll be going back for a different service in 2 days (full set / builder gel) and will be sure to slide Dana her ends then. Booking process was seamless and the women at reception were SO nice and accomodating, both when I walked-in (on the day they were booked up) and when I ended up calling later to make my appts. Super pleased and glad to have a go-to spot in Bed-stuy! Also PLEASE wear your mask! The ladies here are following their precautions so it's expected for you, receiving a service, to do so as well :) read more

So, I had Andy who worked on my nails and he was a true pleasure. He listened to everything I wanted and even made a few helpful tweaks when needed. The ambiance of the salon was what you'd expect when arriving to a nail salon-glamorous and clean . It's definitely a gem in bed-stuy and sets itself apart from all the local nail salons. Tori was awesome. Very attentive. Did an excellent job and made sure my nails were dry. And they were. However, the polish used was old and sticky. The three nails that she did last messed up over an hour after I left. I have been getting my nails done for years and over the years, the salons that I frequent have done a good job of not allowing their salon to smell like chemicals. I walked in and I was assaulted. They were also out of certain products like quick dry. The layout of the room is very tight too. read more

I try to always support Black-owned businesses when I can, but this place is way too disorganized. I called and asked the receptionist if they offer eyebrow WAXING services. She said yes and gave me an appointment slot for the next day. The day of, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. They told me they don't see my name anywhere on the schedule and asked if I had booked under a different name? Not sure how this was possible since this was my 2nd time as a customer and the receptionist had confirmed my name and phone number were already in their system. Since I was already there, I decided to wait for the eyebrow technician to become available. I was sitting there for almost an hour while she worked on someone's pedicure. I could tell she was being rushed so I tried not to get too annoyed. Finally she comes over, apologizes for the wait, and leads me over to her station. She then informs me that she only offers eyebrow THREADING services and cannot do waxing. I told her I had explicitly asked a receptionist on the phone the night before if they did waxing and I was told yes. There was a ton of confusion and they apologized multiple times but I walked out without any service done and an hour of my day wasted. read more

I been coming here after I stop giving my money to racist ass Asians who don't know how to do my nails properly. For those who had a negative experience sorry for ya this place always shows their customers respect and professionalism! The nail techs will inspect your nails let you know what type of work needs to get done, of ya nails got an infection they won't do ya nails period! Respect this salon as they will not jeopardize any of their clients! I always book with Destiny! Having someone who goes above and beyond for my nails is what professionals do. I wanted to support a black owned nail salon post quarantine and I found this place. I booked the appointment via website. First let me say, all the nail technicians wear facial mask and they ask everyone to wash their hands before entering. The appointment went well and there was no wait time. Ms. Elizabeth did an amazing job on my nails. The nail tech and I discussed nail design and pricing before service. I would say that the prices are on the high end but the service is up to par. Every client is offered water, tea or wine during service. I would definitely go back and left feeling amazing. read more

Super cute nail salon! Eleisa did my gel fill and they look awesome! She reshaped my nails perfectly and was very kind and attentive. The only downside is that the salon only accepts cash tips and I never carry cash :/ Definitely recommend! read more

Regarding the atmosphere here is nice. The music is always good and the decor is appealing. The prices are a bit high, as they charge for every little thing. But, you definitely get what you pay for so it's not a bother to me! Now the real reason I'm writing this review is for my nail tech!!! My nail tech Kashonna is amazing. I recently moved to the area and found them on google so I looked up there instagram account and saw Kashonna's work. To me what makes a great nail tech is SHAPE SHAPE SHAPE!!!! Needless to say her skills are IMMACULATE! Her fresh set lasted me 4 weeks and it literally barely lifted. I was complimented EVERY DAY for 4 weeks LOL. I honestly could've pushed it another week until my refill but I had something to do and wanted a new design. Her shaping and bomb and on top of that she's funny and down to earth. This was my first experience at Millenial Nails. I received a pedicure deluxe and acrylic full set with nail art from Dana, who was professional, thorough, detailed and friendly. They probably do false nails really well here but I got an amazingly terrible gel manicure on my natural nails. It's bumpy, messy and after 2 days, it's already chipping. Because I also had a soak off, it was almost $50 with tip. And, while everyone was really nice there, it took 1.5 hours to complete my appointment, which again, was just a soak off and a gel manicure. I'm disappointed and truly feel like I wasted my money. I saw a few women getting false nails and they all looked really amazing. I just wish this place wouldn't offer services that they execute so poorly. I've gone to Millennial Nails twice so I'll give my overall experience. Upon entering both staff and clients are to wash their hands. There wasn't much of a wait time, so I was able to be seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. I enjoy the selection of pedicures they offer. I booked an acrylic fullset both times, my first time with Hilda and my second time with Destiny. The first full set was great , however my last fullset was disappointing. I got my nails done on 10/16 and my nails have been lifting since the 22nd. I was hoping this set would last at least two weeks but they're either lifting or have come off (no trauma) . read more

Not sure which tech is doing those gorgeous nails in the photos but know not everyone in here can do nails. I love the people; they are great conversationalists and are service oriented. However, the service itself is TERRIBLE! I made an appointment same day for two people (acrylics, gel pedicure, gel manicure and regular pedicure). They had availability at 3. I should up at 3:05 and my friend at 2:40. We did not leave until 6:00! It should not take 3 hours to get nails done, especially when we being serviced by different techs at the same time. I paid $105 for gel manicure and pedicure with soak off on hands and toes. My toes are chipping away. It's been 2 DAYS. My pedicure never chipped in 2 days. Please spend your money somewhere else or just don't go to any tech in there. read more

Not giving this place a bad rating bc of my nail tech but because they change the price while you're performing service. Also, the floors are so gross here and they only give you a sheet that is thinner than a napkin for your feet and the floor of the place is dirty. My nail tech was really nice but I felt bad for her bc it's obvious the place mismanages timing even with appointments. But she did not do a complete job on my nails and didn't put enough of the chrome ($40 extra). I felt bad bc she had to rush since they have a weird scheduling system. 3 of my nails have broken in less than a week. This has never happened to me before. I left unhappy. There was nailpolish all over my skin, the underside wasn't properly cleaned up so I was picking acrylic out for days, multiple nails were uneven. I don't have time to go back and get anything fixed. From the time I made my appointment, the service was on point !! I never been in a nail salon where I was offered water, wine, or tea while I got my nails done. The ambiance is very relaxing after a long day of work. The shop is super clean and I love the music playlist lol. Nicole did my pedicure and she took her timeeeee. It was so relaxing. The only place that I have ever ever ever gotten a nail infection from. I got my pedicures here regularly for over 1.5 years because there is one person who is amazing. Someone offered to do my nails when she heard I was looking. I was nervous and she did it. First of all, I kept having to hold my hand in a specific position and if I even flinched, she was thrown off. Oh em gee. Never have I ever experienced anything like this before. Ever! A week later, it looked like my nail was getting dark. I followed my gut and got it removed. I had a fungus! I was so disgusted. I have psychological reactions to things like fungus so this was serious for me. I haven't been back and I'm even afraid to go to my normal toenail lady who has been perfect. The place is honestly filthy, there are always flies, the seating area leaves much to be desired. It's just really hard to find a good person who will do a good job so I kept going. If this review was just about the demeanor of the staff I would give 5 stars, everyone in that place was super friendly and fun to be around. But the actual service? Sad to say I've never had a pedicure this bad. It hurt even more because it was double the price of a 'regular' salon. The cutting, filing, cuticle care, pumice stone etc were all extremely rushed, done in a flash. The polish on the other hand took forever, it was almost as if she couldn't see my nails. Never have I seen someone go over the nails with polish to correct mistakes after the top coat is already on, until now. She did this several times and the end result was a super thick application -clumpy and wrinkled. It was late and I had no time to ask for a redo, I walked out sad that I couldn't return, because like I said - everyone was so nice! It's pains me to leave this review and it is strictly based on the customer service. I've frequented this salon many many times over the years and made countless referrals to friends and family. I recently needed to to reschedule - not cancel, but reschedule - due to an emergency and the salon staff were unwilling to accommodate, maintaining that they had to charge me 50% of the cost of the service because it was less than 24 hours. I asked if there was anything they could do in light of my emergency and this being the first time in all of my many visits that I'd ever asked for a similar request. They proceeded to charge my card for 50% of the scheduled service and needless to say, I will be visiting one of the many other great salons in the neighborhood with better customer service - I suggest everyone reading this does the same. updated: it is also extremely unprofessional of the "business owner" to mansplain in the responses to every comment. He is still talking about cancellations in his response when I explicitly called to reschedule. I think there is a comprehension issue. Clearly there is something going on internally if every review has a defensive "explanation" without moving towards resolution. I was looking for a black owned nail salon to patronize and I'm glad I decided to go here. The staff was professional, the salon was clean. As soon as I walked in, I was told to wash my hands. It wasn't crowded...four other customers besides myself. Now I haven't been to a salon since the pandemic started. I was used to getting my acrylic done at my Asian spot. During the pandemic, I did my nails myself and allowed my natural nails to strengthen and grow. I chose a gel mani/pedi, and Nicole did a fabulous job! I HATE leaving bad reviews, especially when it comes to supporting Black-owned businesses but... I was really excited to come by here as my friend recommended it to me. I never got my nails done before nor acrylics but there was only an afternoon reservation left, so I quickly booked with Cheri. But honestly I would never book an afternoon appointment with her again. I personally felt super rushed even though she was 45 minutes late into the appointment with zero acknowledgment or apologies for the wait! Even while I was getting them done I felt rushed as she clearly made it seem like she didn't want to be there anymore as I was her last client. I wanted them painted but she didn't even paint the nails at the end, so I left confused and disappointed. Throughout the appointment she kept getting irritated that my hands were tense (I didn't know the process) so I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. It's clear that her reference images she knows how to do nails, but I did not feel like I received the same high quality service. Honestly I recommend for others to book with someone else in the MORNING. She complains about how busy her days look and complains about customers and other staff members. Not something I want to hear about! For something so expensive? I'm not coming back here for a fill and seeking another business. My nails are already lifting and it has only been a week. It was disappointing to learn that Benefit stopped doing the Birthday Brow Wax--they used to offer…read morea free brow wax during the week of your birthday--but I assume that was a corporate-wide decision, not any individual brow bars' fault. Anyway, after I had made the appointment and realized that they were not doing the birthday special anymore, I decided to still keep my appointment for the brow wax and another waxing service. (They do various facial waxing services and I know they also offer various body waxing options too, although I haven't gone there for that.) Yuliya was great. I have pretty thin brows that don't need much but for some reason I'm a little squeamish when it comes to doing the maintenance on my own. She cleaned them up nicely and I was going to do my own brow makeup afterwards but she offered to put it on me if I wanted so I said sure. She did a really nice job and gave me some great tips for how to apply the makeup to get an arch. We also talked skincare and cosmetics a little bit. She was incredibly gracious, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely come back again when I need more maintenance and maybe check out the tinting services as well!

Great for nail art. The technicians can draw up almost any design you show them. They very fast and neat. The pedicurists takes their time and cater to your feet. Most people fall asleep in the middle of their service. Beverages like wine water and tea. And the music is always on point. Very clean, the staff here are friendly and welcoming make you feel right at home. Very convenient for customers because this place is open 7 days a week! The hours are the same every single day 10am-8pm. Also offer variety of services ; such as acrylic, hardgel, sns dipping powder, spa pedicures, mink lashes, waxing massages, facials and make-up. You can rent this space out if you wanted to do a ladies night out with your girls. The nail technicians will stay late for you. You just have to set up a date in advance. Even service babies/kids. First off let me start by saying getting my nails done comes like a hobby to me. Millennial Nail Salon is by far one of the best nail salons that I have tried in Brooklyn. The ambiance of the salon is inviting and the girls are amazing. The salon is always clean and good job ladies on making customers feel safe by taking the necessary steps during this covid-19 period. I always get my nails done by Dana. This nail tech is blessed by the nail gods. She makes sure that you are very much satisfied before you leave. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my nails and Dana be making these tips look like they are my natural nails. Her work is clean and her creativity is beyond expectations, trust me when I say this tech is blessed at what she does. She's also very knowledgeable about nails care in general. The best nail salon in bed stuy, it's literally a few blocks away from me . This is my second time here and this time was better than the last . I wanted to wait until my second visit to give a review just Incase my nails fell off but surprisingly they lasted for over a month ( 7 weeks to be exact ) !!! As I came I was seen right away the front desk receptionist was very sweet and attentive. I made a mistake and booked for a hard gel set instead of a gel manicure, he explained to me the difference so now I know for the future ... my pedicure was amazing once again, the paraffin treatment was the icing on top !!! They do offer light refreshments which I feel sets them apart from the rest ... if you're looking for a place to wind down and relax this salon does just that from the music, light refreshments to the poppin foot massage this place is heaven on earth !!!! Ok so i actually made a last minute appointment for the following day which was rather late. They gave me the next morning without a problem which was great. I actually was running late but when i got there everyone immediately rushed to my assist me which is good because i hate to look for assistance. I was offered a beverage wine,coffee, tea or water. Another plus ! Kendra my nail tech was very patient...took her time and did an amazing job with my pedicure and a sns gel manicure. She made sure to work very extensively on both. She addressed any concerns and kept asking if i was ok or if anything was uncomfortable. I was completely satisfied and will be returning. Fast Forward to nearly a month later and my manicure and pedicure is still fresh! It looks as if i just got it done , no chips , no dullness and no cracks ! Overall i was very satisfied. As soon as I walked into this salon I already knew it was gonna be a GREAT experience. It was very organized and so so pretty I was greeted with so many smiles & the workers there are super nice. I felt so welcomed! I was offered a bev and the workers kept making sure I was okay. (I loved that! ) Also, I had an appointment at 6pm & got started on my nails by 6:05pm! I've never had that before. 5 STARS FROM ME! If you ever plan on coming here.. (which you should consider it) I would HANDS DOWN recommend Rhonda. She's so sweet & omg she can make you laugh! If you're looking for an awesome nail salon that's fulfilling, this is the place. Millennial nails is a welcoming, cozy and clean environment. The staff is very professional as they perform the utmost quality service on their customers. I enjoyed getting my gel mani and Millennial pedi. The nail tech took her time. Both my feet/hands felt soooo soft and smooth even days following. I was highly impressed. I could not wait to share this great experience w/others and I got their attention. They provide good products for their customers, unlike some nail salons. Clearly they care about their customers and want them to feel pampered/happy. I went to Millennial Nails on Wednesday and got the BedStuy Luxury Mani/Pedi. The overall experience was an enjoyable one but the finished product was a little subpar for what they charged. The overall service cost is $50 and you get a choice of luxury brand nail polish such as Chanel & Tom Ford however, they use a regular Essie top coat. I got my nails done on Wednesday and already 3 nails have either chipped or peeling nail polish. I would probably go back to get my nails done here but I would definitely do a cheaper service next time so I won't be disappointed UPDATE: The owner reached out to me to come in and have my nails repainted(I couldn't go because of travel). I LOVE good customer service so I will definitely be giving Millennial another chance!!! read more

I went to so many places in the area and this nail salon is my favorite by far. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is very attentive, clean, and punctual!!!!! The minute I walked in I was address and seated, this is my first time ever coming to a salon with an appt and be seen on my actual appointment time !!!! Thumbs up to you guys. My Sns Manicure was great and shaped to the T ( they have a great color selection ) My pedicure from Mariel was the best pedicure ever and I have some rough feet . My first time here & im glad I've made this choice I'm Having an amazing time & the nail tech who took care of me is named Aiyana. I was greeted nicely once I sat down I was offered wine "which I love Btw" She was so caring I got the charcoal detox pedicure it was amazing she asked me if the water temperature was ok for me & if I wanted more drinking water wine Etc. she took her time everything I had asked her to check up she did. Absolutely horrible afterwords. nails looked cute for not even a full week and i started to experience bruising and swelling under each nail bed. I went in thinking my set was going to be roughy 65-70$, considering I only had a design that required one random jagged line on each nail and no gel. Ended up leaving spending a little over 100$. That's not including my fiancés mani which was About 45$??? Completely outrageous and I blame myself for thinking a nail salon would be suitable. Trust your in home artists!!!! read more

Wow, this salon is just everything. I love the fact that this salon is so clean unlike a lot in the Bedford Stuyvesant area.As soon as you walk in the music/vibe is great they're welcoming you right away , even the gentlemen at the front desk was so kind & they offer you a glass of wine too during the service.My nail tech was LUCY and she slayed my nails with perfection. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to get my nails done but I met this amazing girl named Niki and she made me feel like I had to come back and let her do my nails. Second time here and I must admit their keeping up the great hospitality. Bought my fiancé and mother, Rosario did a phenomenal job on my fiancé fullset and some nice designs. I just went there to get my nails with this awesome ex- employee Eli. The boss was very racist just because we both shared taking 2 languages English & Spanish ! . The boss gets mad, racist if someone dares to say anything in Spanish. I could see that the owner treats really bad to their employees by making them work more than they supposed too.I totally don't support this place's values it's just undermining. read more

They just practically scammed me. Got charged on their system when I payed in cash. The place has changed a lot over the years. Definitely not good change because it's not even same look and feel. The gel dryer was broke and coming down on my hand. The nail tech was good but nope I knew I was gone for years for a reason. Won't be back.
