This nail salon was recommended to me by a friend. The services turned out so well I came back with my mom. I love the cleanliness skill and the large amount of colors to chose from. I wanted a mani pedi without gel. I hadn't had mg nails professionally nail since January. I like that no one attempted to pressure me into getting gel on my hands or feet. read more

Came for the first time recently and had a great experience. I went in for a spa pedicure and didn't need an appointment. It was about a 5 minute wait before I was seated, which was fine. The ladies who work there are nice and considering it was a Saturday and a bit busy, they were still very attentive. Space is clean, and my spa pedicure was so relaxing and my polish came out cute! Prices are fair as well. read more

Visited this nail salon for the first time about a month ago. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable. The nail technician did a decent job cleaning and shaping my nails, and the polish was applied neatly. My nails looked great, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Price was okay in comparison to other salons, I believe I paid about $48 for a mani pedi, including quick dry plus tip. An overall good experience and I would return to try some of their other services. read more

Rude service! I used to come here when they first opened all the time. I came here on Wednesday around 5:00 to get SNS manicure and gel pedicure. The SNS came out horrible bc the technician wanted to put gel on top. The gel came out horrible and I stayed til 8:30 for her to fix it. I saw everyone was ready to leave so I said don't worry I will come back tomorrow to fix so they can all go home. She told her co-worker to take care of me bc she's off the next day. I came back the next day and they were so RUDE! There was a lot of people and she told me I had to wait. I didn't mind waiting but I was there for over 3 hours the night before. I told them I would come back in a few and one of the girls started yelling at me they don't take anyone after 6. I should've been inconsiderate and made them stay late to fix my nail. If you want good service, don't come here! read more

I decided to revisit this salon I visited regularly. While the service was decent, I was left feeling let down as my nail tech cut me several times during the appointment. And one of the nails had lifted the next day, leaving me to fix it myself with glue. read more

I went during my lunch break and was able to get a gel manicure, regular pedicure and waxed eyebrows done under an hour. I didn't get the name of the lady but she did a great job. I shared a picture of the updated pricing. The only annoyance is trying to find parking. But I got lucky parking right across the street. read more

For the neighborhood, this salon is extremely clean and has an amazing color selection. The technicians seems to really know what they're doing as well. My pedicure was perfect and the shape of my nails (I'm picky AF) never had me giving directions to fix. BUT here's why you're not getting 5 stars: I moved to the area from an expensive neighborhood to live in, and the salons there used to charge $15-20 extra for a 10 nail hand painted design. Bisou's IG makes it seem like they're eager to do designs from hand painted to full stones- but they had the nerve to tell me it would be an extra $40 on top of my already $35 SNS manicure! HELL NO! Who can afford that or be willing to throw away that much $? Not me! So, will I be back? Yep, I live a block and a half away and I'm all about convenience. Sadly though, my nails will not be as creative and fun as I'm used to. If I turn into a basic bitch- I'll blame them. (J/K- but also not really) read more

NEW NAIL SALON!! The store is super bright. There is a LARGEEEE selections of color for regular polish, gel polish and SNS. Walls full of polish. Theres a basket of colors just for SNS Dip powder. SNS with tips are $40. Bathroom located in the back. The nail stations are on high bar stools. Personally my cuticles are super sensitive, the nail technician did come close several times in cutting it. Decor is super chic and modern. When I got my nails done, I have been thrown around several times between 3 technicians. One for removing my existing SNS, one for applying my tips and one for SNS. The technician helping me apply my tips, didnt pay much attention. read more

My first time here and I had a good experience. I loved how my nail tech had attention to detail and took her time with me. They have a huge selection of colors!! Overwhelming amount of colors. I'm definitely going back to get myself pampered. For the neighborhood it is a bit pricey but good work comes with a cost. read more

Great nail salon in this part of Brooklyn! It's very modern and pretty inside. They are mostly very good with following COVID guidelines...except social distancing. Everyone that works is pretty much great at doing nails so don't think you can really go wrong with whomever you choose. The nail color selection is truly massive and of course they do designs, but just come knowing what you want because I don't remember them having samples to choose from. They do pedicures with the squishy gel stuff or just plain old water, whichever you want just know that you will have to pay for it. Also FYI know that they service men for mani's and pedi's too and they do eyebrows so it's pretty much a full service salon. read more

Bisou Nail Spa - SNS with my real nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

The place is a really nice place to go to and for the most the nail technicians are friendly until you tell them what you actually want done. I didn't like the color I did my pedicure at first and when I was doing my tips I asked if I can change my pedi color to the same color I did my nails in . And the nail tech told me why I didn't say anything before . Then I showed her a picture of how I was my nails and I told her I don't like my nails thick when I do coffin nails and she said okay but didn't listen to anything I said . Then I asked her for 3 coats of the sparkly gel color she said no 2 is enough. I am paying for my nails to be done the way I like them. Then when she finally change my pedicure color she didn't take off the nail polish she polished over them so there is 7 coats of nails polish on my feet. read more

Is busy but handles walk ins well. The bathroom is soooooo clean! The staff are so friendly. Lovely place.

Love this place! Finally a nice, clean and affordable nail spa opens in my area! I get SNS here on a 2-3 week basis. No matter who does my nails, they come out fabulous. My nails haven't been healthier. I have to cut them every time I go back because they grow so fast. Also, their spa pedicure is AMAZING. read more

I had a word gem that fell off, when it did my polish came off too. I needed a simple fix, remove remainder of polish, reapply and then glue my gem back on. They charged me 12 dollars. I'm a nail technician(did my own nails) and traveled without my equipment smh. I wouldn't charge someone 12 bucks, 7 max. Highway robbery! And she did it all wrong. read more

I give credit where it's do but this place definitely fell short in every area. Idk who the person was that did my pedicure but prior to entering I planned to get my feet and hands done when I mentioned I had gel to remove and I wanted a similar color to what I had on my toes my tech rolled her eyes and was breathing heavily. I would never come back ever!!! Then have the nerve to shove a ticket in my face with a price to pay. the hell is wrong with people. No sanitary punches I don't even think my tools were sanitized she also had the nerve to put the tools on the ground brand new auto clave never used I worked as a manager of a nail salon before I know the standards. read more

I had the best spa pedicure I've ever had. Loved how they took their time with me and didn't try to just add things to my pedicure just to add it. Will definitely be back read more

The environment is super cute inside, modern and cleaned very well! SOOOO many color options for regular nail polish, gel polish & Sns powder gel! I typically only get sns, and its usually 35$, but when you want more than one color they charge $38. Now the SNS does last very well & never lifts. I personally think it's silly they charge more because you want more than one color without even mentioning it before. (UPDATE) Never heard of a Nail Salon that doesn't do appointments. I have to remove a star for the inconvenience ‍ read more

They were friendly, and I liked my nails. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. Needless to say I will return.

Many nail polish colors to choose from. The only place i go to for my pedicures. Walk in only Modern decor, CLEAN, covid protocols in place.

went back to this nail salon for the 2nd time. I know. The lady that was doing my nails had on gloves when she was filing and shaping my nails. She started to polish and then the particles from the filing and shaping of my nails went onto the nail polish. I immediately made her aware of this. She told me don't worry about it... She would fix it. I thought that she remove the polish but no she polished over the particles that looks like glitter. If you look closely you'll see it. It's $20 for filling and $10 for both design. read more

This place is awesome! Super Clean, execeptional customer service and local neighborhood prices! Took my daughters here for a treat and we were impressed with their classy style and dedication to our nails looking and feeling fabulous (the nail technician literally insisted on redoing my nails because it was not "perfect". ) Will definitely be our new go to spot! read more

I came in for an SNS and I'm pleased with the results. Zoey did my nails and she was very nice, she helped me decide on a color and was very quick yet efficient. She finished my nails in about 35 mins. The place is clean and modern looking, it's aesthetically pleasing. SNS are $35 (I was originally gonna get a gel mani which is $23 but ended up doing SNS). They take card but there is a dollar and change fee. All in all I had a good experience and since it's close to home I will be back :) read more
