My nails were done by Star, who was incredibly pleasant, professional, and clearly very talented. She took her time and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning to see her again. Highly recommend asking for Star! I believe this salon needs more techs like Star. The customer service can be better if they spoke more to the customers and was more engaging. Also, they need to figure out a way of letting people know when they are eligible for a free drink without having to ask for it. Also why is the front desk receptionist so unfriendly both on the phone and in person? There are several other areas they should be focusing on to make the visit even more pleasurable.
