I came to them 2 weeks ago for lash extensions and I admit they did come out nice but during the process of getting them done no instructions were given (such as keep your eyes open & try not to blink) & afterwards no aftercare instructions were given. The lady told me have a seat, poured a liquid on my eyelid , gave no instructions and walked away. I'm sitting there with my eyes closed for 10 mins while the workers chit chat on their phones. My eye then starts to burn so I start cussing and freaking out and what do the workers do? Nothing but laugh. I asked for a napkin , the lady gave me one.
