I was seated immediately and the nail tech started my nails. The prices are great, along with their customer service. They can do lots of designs, whether it's from a photo inspiration, or freestyle. My nails have kept up pretty good. The only downside I have is, the acrylic application is a bit thin for my liking. If the acrylic application was thicker, this establishment is an easy 5 stars. I got my nails done and it was fair as the tech appeared tense as well as rushed. This was an "ehhhh" on the first visit. The second experience was MUCH better. My nails were done by Star, who was incredibly pleasant, professional, and clearly very talented. She took her time and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning to see her again. Highly recommend asking for Star! I believe this salon needs more techs like Star. The customer service can be better if they spoke more to the customers and was more engaging. Also, they need to figure out a way of letting people know when they are eligible for a free drink without having to ask for it. Also why is the front desk receptionist so unfriendly both on the phone and in person? There are several other areas they should be focusing on to make the visit even more pleasurable.
