The technician pointed to the polish wall, which was about 15 feet away, and asked me to choose a color from there. I asked if they had a sample book or display to make it easier to choose, and she handed me a gel polish sample set instead. I selected a color from that set, but when she went to the wall and came back, she brought two completely different colors. When I explained that those weren't the colors I had chosen, my concern was ignored. Another employee spoke to her about it, and there seemed to be some tension between them. The coworker then told me those were the only regular polish colors available, which would have been completely fine if that had simply been explained from the beginning instead of applying a different color without clarification. Additionally, moisturizer was not applied at the end of the manicure, which is usually a standard part of the basic process. When it was time for my feet to dry, I was not notified about their status and another staff member had to come over and double-check. My polish was still wet, and the service overall did not feel very efficient. When the coworker mentioned something to her about it, she appeared frustrated or upset. I'm not completely certain due to the language barrier, but based on body language it seemed that way. No apology was given. Overall, the experience felt rushed and poorly communicated. Clear communication about available polish options and better attention to the finishing steps of the service would have made the visit much smoother.

No membership was offered to me though and everyone looked overwhelmed while I was leaving so I didn't ask. They were as packed as some of the other local nail salons. The staff were friendly. When I sat down in the chair the first thing I noticed was how old the chair was. The nail technician came a few minutes later and put a multicolored towel for me to rest my feet on. Because they are multicolored it is hard to see how clean they are but they didnt look very clean. Im not even sure where they would wash them. When they were done they just tossed them into the bathroom sink. The actual pedicure was ok. A little bit rushed. The bottom of my feet weren't exfoliated well but they did a good job on the toes. They used a electric sander to smooth the nails as opposed to hand smoothing them which is fine but when i got home my nails were left dry and scratched because they weren't properly oiled and moisturized after. All of this was for $17 so Im going to give 2 stars but unless this place gets renovated I am one and done.
