I really like the service here. I have been an acrylic girly my whole life and at this place I tried builder gel and I haven't gone back to acrylic so obviously I really like it and I'm glad that this place chose to do it instead of acrylic because I don't think they offer acrylic. It's much quicker and the service is so much faster because there's so many people working. I will say that with so many people working it sometimes downgrade the quality of the nails because maybe some of them don't have as much experience because the people who did my Halloween nails painted the green over the black and didn't realize that it faded the color green because you can't paint on top of black so my nails weren't as vibrant as they could've been which was a downside. But I will say, even though there's a few complaints it's not enough to stop going. I also really like how big the store is and how many seats there are because it makes everything move quicker. My nails used to take four hours at other places and now it takes two, which is a big upgrade because it saves me like half my day.

    Nails by William!

If it wasn't for William I wouldn't come back! The front desk need to be more friendly! Are they trained to greet people like this

Got pampered today! Nancy worked her magic on my feet with the organic spa pedicure and gel. And as for my go-to nail guru (not naming names because I don't want to share! ), I've been loyal since this spot opened, and he never disappoints. He gets my style, so I can just sit back, relax, and let him work his wonders. This week, I'm rocking a pink snake print!

Don't go here if you want acrylic they offer acrylic but then get mad if you ask for it; They want you to get builder gel. It was Chris in particular who did my nails. I def won't be back here; I paid and left because I didn't want to cause a scene. Mind you I came in there wanting designs and a pedicure also I just left with this. Horrible service, the workers hover over each other talking about you in their language if you don't want to serve particular ppl why open an establishment in their community? oh and they only offer drinks to particular customers.

Day 2 (Tuesday): Notices some snagging and realized the powder was chipping.

The visual appeal and novelty of the beverage are charming; however, the experience at the supermarket leaves much to be desired, as does the level of service provided. This marks my third visit, and I am quite dissatisfied, particularly after spending $90 on a manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was satisfactory, the manicure was not up to standard. The nail technician appeared distracted, engaging in conversation with another nail tech throughout my entire visit, which negatively impacted the quality of his work (please refer to the attached images). If you seek a tranquil experience, this establishment is not recommended. If you seek quality work, this might not be it. You may find someone here, but it will take many visits down the aisle to find them. FYI, I have been using powder polish for over five years. I had my nails done at M Nail Bar & Lash on a Saturday, but I noticed chipping by Tuesday, and by Wednesday, all of the polish had come off. And NO, I did not have my hands in a lot of hair oil or water. Lack of care, and just want to grab our money. ISWIS

Pink polish with a chrome powder on top. No design

I really like the work. that they do in the salon but their pricing is a bit all over the place and its not transparent. I never know the price of my nails until I am at the register. I went in for a fill-in, I have no tips on my nails. I asked for a basic light pink polish and I brought my own chrome powder to put over the polish. When I got to the register my total was about $75. The receipt indicated that I was charged $50 for a fill-in, $5.00 to fix a nail, and $15.00 for a chrome design. I inquired about why I had been charged to fix a nail if I don't have tips. The provider told me that it was because he had to file my nails extra. This was not advised during the service. Additionally, what constitutes an extra file job during a filling. I was already annoyed that they charged me $15 to use my own chrome powder on my nails. I don't mind paying but $15 seems excessive, the powder itself only cost $5.

William is the man to go to! He will bring your nail inspo to life.

Very clean inside. I get my nails done by William, make sure you book him when choosing a nail tech.

    Just not worth it

Obsessed with this salon! Truly. Amazing customer service, products and employees…read more I'm so glad I found this gem! Highly recommended.

I've been going to Flatbush Nail Bar for months now and decided to try Element since it was a close…read morewalk for me, 10 minutes as opposed to my usual 20-30. I also figured since they're owned by the same people it would be a similar experience. I could not have been more wrong. I should've gone with my first mind and gone to my usual spot. I came in @ 4:45pm for a soak off & Gel-X full set with regular gel polish and a chrome overlay, no fancy designs !!! at most i should've finished at 6:30... I didn't leave until 7:40. I kid you not I spent my entire evening in the damn nail salon. I've been getting Gel-X sets for years it has NEVER taken 3 HOURS!!!!! I was clearly stuck with the new girl or just the girl who doesn't know what she's doing because it legit took her 50 minutes just to adhere the gel press ons to my nails!! and she had to start over on 3 of them because they looked so crazy. And to make matters worse - she took her sweet time and my nails still look insane!! They charged me $130 for shitty nails and even worse service. Did I mention there were bugs and ants crawling around everywhere too? If you're in the area and thinking of try Element - save yourself the time and the money and DONT!
