The polish and the removal do not destroy my nails like Vanity Projects and other comparable nail shops. Everyone is sweet. I book online at Vagaro. You do need to plan ahead. I usually book my appointment right after I get my manicure. I can usually go 4-5 weeks and I rarely have chipped nails.

I was standing right in front of her and she continued texting and didn't give me my change until she finished on her phone. That is very unprofessional. They use aromatherapy and even have the cutest doggy pet in their shop. He's so quiet and friendly. The owner, I believe, was just so nice. She even massaged my shoulders and neck free of charge. My feet were in bad shape (I walk 10-15k steps/day, wear heels to the office 4 days a week and hadn't gotten a pedicure since I was in Greece... in early June) and my hands were even worse. Neither were a challenge for Abby! She did an incredible job and was maybe the most gentle nail technician I've ever encountered. I'm truly amazed that she was able to take care of my mangled cuticles and nails without any pain. And they look great. What a gem this place is! I usually get the Dazzle Dry which is extra but dries very quickly, so I'm less likely to ruin my nails walking home. I've never had an infection.
