I Brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee here due to the thermostat going out, I called and got a quote from chadd and told him I'd call back as I wanted to check all the prices around the area, he told me that if I found it cheaper else where he would beat anyone's price, I called around and the area and Midas was already the lowest quote I received, I called back to set my appointment for 10am on a Friday, when I came in at 9am and walked in he knew who I was and what I needed to get done, he got my car in earlier then my appointment time which is great and was able to get the price even lower then he told me over the phone, this place is really good and would recommend anyone to come here for any of your car needs, chadd has been really great and easy to deal with if anything else needs work I'll be back for sure!! read more

Worst service ever in my life!!! Cost me 800 bucks was quoted 460 also took 7 hrs was told originally 3 then on my drive home my brakes didn't even work had to call them and go back and leave my car another 2 hrs! This is my 2nd trip to this specific Midas and it's always excellent service. They were able to quote me on repairs for my Versa and give me a timeframe on them too. Bait and switch, you buy a Groupon, and then they ALWAYS charge you more because your vehicle needs more oil than what they include. I don't think there is any vehicle that doesn't "need" more oil than what is included and to top that off...they charge $15/ per quart. Ridiculous read more

Worst place to get your oil changed. Save your money and learn how to do it yourself. I had taken my car to get its oil changed here before, and it was fine at first. The second time, my father had taken it and surprisingly was charged less. This last time, i purchase the filter and oil for my car, because i was informed that it would be cheaper if i did. Made an appointment to be the first one, showed up on time and waited almost 2 hours, which seemed way too long but i was told that they wanted to finish up yesterday's work that they had.?. I waited then was told that the cost for the change was going to be 98$.... 98$! Lol. "You may not know much about cars, i assume, but yes it'll be 98$" to top this off, i changed my oil at home this time, and by the looks of it, my filter was never changed nor was my oil. The filter i replaced was not the one i had purchased and given to them. So where did the stuff go? Waste of money, waste of time. Horrible customer service. Don't go here. read more

Chico helped get my car in right away to recharge my air conditioning, especially important with these hot temperatures already here! I was greeted with friendly and professional personnel. When I waited in the office, there were comfortable seats, a tv, complementary drinks and even thoughtful snacks and drinks for kids. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I went in to have my front brakes done, there was no grinding. I was told I had plenty of brake pad left, and the rotors were ok. This was the first time replacing the brakes in my vehicle. It took over 3 hours to have them replaced. When I picked up my car it made a horrible sound and thumped when I pressed on my brakes. There was no way in hell these brakes were test driven. I also noticed that they did not even close the hood of my car. When I called, the manager told me to drive it and see if it goes away. Well it did not, so I brought it back in. They turned the rotors, when I left it was STILL going on. I was quite upset at this point, and went back in. After calling the regional manager and arguing, I finally got my brakes done properly, they replaced the rotors at no cost. As I was driving home with my one year old granddaughter (who they saw me with the entire time). My car completely stopped. I called a tow truck and had it delivered to my dad, who is a mechanic. He calls me and asks if I put bad gas in my car. I told him, no it is the same gas I use for 2 years now. So he looks at my gas tank and realized someone there was water in my gas tank! I then told him about the brake job I had done at midas. We were all shocked!!! Hopefully someone is getting fired. I'm not happy at all!! This is the absolute worst place ever!!! read more

I have been here a couple of times for an oil change and tire change, and I have felt very comfortable both times. They were very friendly, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. The very friendly lady up front even recommended another shop for a fix on my car because they did not have the proper device to read my car's engine service light. The most telling incident was when I had a bumper accident, they lifted my car and fixed it without a charge! I will definitely be returning for any future car issues! read more

UPDATE: I called Ally Financial today and they do not have a phone call in the system from Jabar at all. Not only was I lied to, I was also charged $380 more than I should've been. I am from the Midwest where all of my repairs were done by Midas when I was in college. I never had a problem so I thought they'd be a good choice for car repairs in Henderson. There were a couple of issues with my car - one being a grinding noise from the driver side tire when turning and the second one was a clunking noise coming from the rear of the car when driving over bumps. The tech replaced the driver's side control arm and $480 later it was ready to go. I picked up the car and as soon as I went to drive off the lot I heard the clunking noise from underneath the vehicle. I went back in and had the tech take a ride. He stated he hadn't heard the noise before and made me drive up and down the parking lot so he could hear it mutilptile times. He put it back in the garage and checked underneath stating there were no issues. He also said it was probably just some metal parts rubbing together so he sprayed WD40 on whatever he could and assured me there was nothing wrong. I ended up having to take the vehicle back a week later because a loud popping noise was coming from the driver's side. I took a video in to show the manager Jabar and he said he couldn't hear anything wrong. The tech took another ride with me and agreed it was an issue with the control arm he had replaced so he tightened everything up and said it was good to go. I took my car to the dealership today for the same clunking noise and they replaced the rear trailing arm. The advisor took my receipt from Midas and ran it through Ally Financial and found that the control arm repair was covered under my extended warranty (Jabar said it wasn't covered and charged me full price) and that I should have only paid $100 for my deductible. I took proof of the control arm authorization back to Midas with my bill and Jabar basically said it wasn't his problem and he would not issue a refund. He said it is now my responsibility to contact Ally Financial to get a refund because I've already paid for the repairs and it's not their issue. In regards to the rear trailing arm, Jabar said "Midas doesn't work on Chevy's all day long so his techs dont always find a problem." I asked for a copy of the original paperwork where Jabar wrote down the extended warranty info. Jabar said it was in a file upstairs and he was too busy to get me a copy but if I waited an hour and a half until close he would go find it afterwards. I should've known there would be issues when I first walked in and waited behind a customer who had gotten an oil change done and brought her vehicle back because she now had a leak and the fluids weren't topped off. If I could give 0 stars for this shop I would. Find another shop - your car and your wallet will thank you. read more

I got my oil changed here. Found a coupon on the midas website and figured I would give them a try. My car has always gone to the dealer for service but lately they are going downhill. I was pleasantly surprised by this location. They are very courteous and checked a few things on my car. Didnt try to upsell me, just stated the facts. It did take a while for my oil change to be done thats the reason for four and not five stars but overall a good experience. I will be visiting them again. read more
