Discount Tire Company, located on Horizon Ridge Parkway and Green Valley Parkway at the south west corner by Walgreens. Had to come into Discount today to get two tires replaced under warranty with their previously purchased tire certificates. Doing a favor for the in-laws who are no longer young and spry and shouldn't be messing with tire changes (can't drive a car with two flat tires.) My mother in law previously purchased 4 new tires for a Toyota Highlander she owns. Mysteriously; yesterday both tires on the passenger side became flat in her driveway. One had a completely shredded sidewall. It's fine, well just pretend we didn't see that. I removed both tires after safely jacking up the vehicle and placing jack stands under it for safety. I removed both tires and immediately transported them in my truck to Discount Tire. I met with the counter person and he did an inspection and stated I was correct that both tires were cooked junk. We rolled the tires into the bay and less than an hour later both tires were changed balanced and mounted and ready to go. Total cost, $119 for new warranty certificates and new tires. You cannot beat that! This is exactly why I ALWAYS buy my tires at Discount and have for over 25 years. Tire had slow leak so I called and was told i could come in no appointment needed. Glad I went there, all staff very friendly and told me wait would be about an hour. Also said if tire can be fixed it would be free. Told tire had nail. They fixed no problem and no charge. Unfortunately had no cash so wasn't able to tip. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TRUNK IF YOU CAME FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT!! I have no complaints with the service reps, they helped me quickly. But once my tire was replaced I doubled check the trunk and they left my trunk a mess. Before I took the picture I cleaned it up a bit but got more irritated as the time went on. The tools were not aligned properly leaving the cover propped up terribly (fixed before picture was taken). I had random trash and debris in my trunk from who knows where. Nathaniel came up to me asking if everything was okay, I'm sure he's not used to seeing anyone double check their work once they're finished, and I let him know what I've seen. He also let me know that it was him and another person named Serling that worked on my car. And gave me a bs excuse on why the cover was propped up. All the books seen in the picture were in the brown bag, before handing my vehicle to them. Also my trunk organizer was all scrunched up and seemed just thrown around after they finished putting the spare tire back. (Mind you I'm a neat individual and could never have my trunk looking like this) I also double checked my tire pressure and it seemed liked they were only interested in putting air in one of the tires (the new tire). I rarely write reviews, but felt it necessary to share what a great job the crew did at this Discount Tire on Horizon Ridge! I had been planning to buy tires at Costco, I even got a membership, because people were saying that's where I should go...but after trying to get in touch with them (calls, online, even stopping in), I realized that whole place is one big cluster f...! Costco had limited options compared to DT, and the tires needed to be shipped in and would take about a week! Chandler at DT had the tires I needed there in 2 hours! I called him in the morning, got there at 4, and had my tires on by 5! I also asked them to do an alignment, which they added to the total, but when the alignment guy came in and said my numbers were within spec, and no alignment was needed, Chandler refunded me the $89 alignment fee! It would have been very easy to just sweep that under the rug, as I've seen other places do it. In closing...these guys were friendly, easy to work with and really cared about my safety and stood behind the tires they sold me. Also, for just $25 a tire, I have the peace of mind knowing that if one ever needs to be replaced for any reason, I can go to any DT and have it done for free! I will go back to Costco in the near future, but only to get this crew at DT a few pizzas to express my gratitude read more

I was in the market for new tires and brought my car in on a Monday morning. The last time I had my tires replaced was I believe five years ago, and I've had my car for almost nine years. I've had my tires replaced at Discount Tire before (different location) and they did a great job. I made an appointment online a few days prior, planning on bringing it in at around 11:15am. I arrived on time and they told me that my car would be ready in about 45 minutes, so I planned to stick around the area and maybe go to a nearby restaurant or do some holiday shopping. While the guy did quote me a 45 minute wait time, it was actually ready in under 10-15 minutes, which was super awesome! They weren't all that busy, but I wasn't expecting it to be this quick. So discount tire has a service for refills and check on your tires. The nice thing is they have a machine that sets the pressure so they don't have to keep stopping and checking to make sure the level is where it needs to be. Everything about this Discount Tire store screams GREAT SERVICE & PEOPLE! I called right when they opened at 8am to see if i needed an appointment because my son had a nail in his tire that needed to be fixed that day so he could make the drive back to CA. Chris answered my call and was professional & friendly. I was able to drive the car in for walk-in service. Aiden checked me in. He was very polite, thorough & knowledgeable. I asked him if it would be a patch or a plug & he explained the repair process to me. He checked the tread on all the tires & explained how that device worked when i asked him about it. He explained that it would be just over an hour wait & I hung out in the store. There are plenty of comfy chairs & the area is clean & tidy. Watching the other employees with customers, I saw that everyone really did a fantastic job taking care of customers - treating them all politely & professionally. Aiden pulled my son's car up after greeting me with the receipt for the new windshield wiper blades he installed. Very reasonably priced & needed as his blades do get worn out quickly living in the heat of the CA desert. And the tire repair was free! Every person I encountered was kind and helpful. The main guy who assisted me gave me useful information to make a well-informed decision. I liked that I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to purchase the most expensive tires but instead, the tires that truly fit my driving needs. I can understand why this location has such high ratings. I ordered my tires Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for install for Friday afternoon. I ended up having free time Thursday, so called the shop Wednesday before they closed and asked if they would have my tires in delivered by Thursday. They said they were able to get my tires in early and changed my appointment for Thursday afternoon. I parked and the front desk guy came out to see me and we did a quick look over. Four guys worked on the car and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely use this shop again if I have any issues. The waiting area and restroom were clean.
