If I could get this place shut down I would. Horrible experience. I took my car for a diagnostics test. Parked my car on other side of building. They call me 2 hours later to come get my car. I get handed my keys by lady named Patricia. I go outside to my car on other side of building and my car doesn't start. I go inside and she begins telling me that they pushed started my car 2 times to get from where I parked my car to the shop and then again when they got it out!!!!!! Hold up........ did you really just tell me you pushed started my car?????? You didn't bother to call me before you even touch my car? Patricia's reply "oh, I forgot to tell you that." Then you didn't tell me till I went to start my car personally? I asked for manager as I am getting dirty stares from every other employee. Manager named David comes up to talk to me. He takes my keys comes back 15 min later and said it started 5 time. My response is for corporate phone number. While on the phone with district manager the store manager David is telling the other customer about why I'm mad. Excuse me don't talk about me with other customers. Very mad I walked out and went to my car again to find my door panel in my car is now broke along wi g the rivets that hold it in the door. I'm seeing red. I left and made a corporate complaint. This place is rude disrespectful and does not follow protocol. read more

I very highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE and TRANSPARENT repair shop to bring their vehicles to. My niece was experiencing an overheating issue and we took her car to shop after shop and none of them were able to figure out the issue. We brought her car here and was immediately greeted by Kj. He paid close attention to what she was describing and quickly got the car into the garage to diagnose the problem. Not even a half hour later, Kj comes back inside with a FULL inspection and amazingly had found the issue for the overheating. He went into detail with us the other items on her vehicle that he noticed were about ready to need attention and never once pressured us into buying anything. He answered every question we had with the most amazing professionalism and his knowledge on repairing vehicles really showed! I ended up having all of the other items he mentioned on the car replaced and he did the repairs himself and had the car back to us at the time he promised. My nieces car runs much better than it did when we brought it in and i no longer have to worry if her car is going to break down. SUPERB JOB GUYS!!! Chris was awesome to work with! He was willing to listen to my concerns for my daughters vehicle, she drives from Sandpoint North Idaho, to Phoenix Az multiple times a year and stops by to visit us in Henderson. Her tires need to deal with Desert summer heat as well as North West freezing winters. Chris took the time to identify good tire options explaining the differences and was ultimately able to help me select great tires for her vehicle. What Chris did not know was that I had spoken to two competitors earlier in the week but found them to be to pushy and instantly recommending the most expensive tires without explaining the differences and not giving me options. As it is, I bought the most expensive tires from Chris but only because he was so honest and patient and willing to educate me on the differences so I could make an informed decision that I could feel good about. By the way, one of the other places was Cost&$, the big box wholesaler. They had the tire of the month on sale and what I paid at BigO ended up being about the same price for a better tire! I had tires that were suffering from dry rot. finally one gave out. I pulled out the spare and found it looked worse than the one I pulled off. it was nearly 3:00pm on a Saturday and I needed a solution. I called various tire store and no one had the tires or the time to do the work. I reached out to Big O Tires on Boulder HWY and was told that my tire size was out of stock as well. I was feeling very defeated and was very close to throwing in the towel when they said "we do have tires that will fit and they are a similar size, and we can do them today". I hurried over to their shop expecting to be price gouged because I was in need and had exhausted all of my options. That was not the case. They listened, heard and understood what my need were and provided a solution. I got four brand new white wall tires that look fantastic on my ride. The service was top notch! No unexpected fees, no run around. They didn't try to up sell any products. They simply solved my problem at a fair and honest price. The other day my wife and I took her car to Big O Tires after finding a nail sticking out of one of her tires. I explained to Josh, the young man behind the counter, that my wife was running late for work and we needed the tire fixed as soon as possible. Josh was friendly and courteous, and he immediately had the car bought into the shop and the tire was repaired. I was getting ready to pay the bill when I was pleasantly surprised when Josh informed me that there was no cost for fixing flat tires at Big O. The tires on my wife's car were not purchased at Big O Tires yet they fixed our flat tire at no cost. Service like this, along with a free repair, is almost unheard of today. To be perfectly honest I have never purchased tires at Big O before, but my wife and I were so impressed by the free repair and the professional and friendly service that from now on our tires will be purchased at Big O Tires. My wife's tire was flat at the dollar store in the same shopping center which was about block a way, big parking lot. I went over to Big O and told them if I had too, I will call AAA they told me to forget it, it would take 45 min or so for them to show up. They came over put the spare on brought their jack in a pick up truck to do it. I was surprised on how friendly everybody at the shop was trying to help me with my problem. They replaced the tire within 15 minutes or less great service. I also had to replace a battery on my other car same thing quick friendly service and also great prices. I use to have things like this done at walmart, which is right up the street, it took forever and price wise they are the same as Big O with much better service plus if there is a problem I can have it serviced at any Big O Tire store. I travel to L.A on a regular basis so this is a real plus. The new owners are the best! Thank you Big O for being human and not dictate store policy to me!!!!!! read more

I wanted to say that Dustin at this Big O location on boulder highway was extremely knowledgeable about tires, oil and fluids n stuff for my car. I stopped by and needed to get pricing for items I needed done for my upcoming trip. He never once made me feel bad for all the many questions I asked as I don't know much about car tires. I left his shop knowing what I needed and how to keep myself safe as well as why it's so important to have good tires. Dustin was very patient and never talked down to me he made me feel very comfortable. I will be back to buy my tires and add on the flushes we talked about for the longevity of my car. Needed a replacement tire for my spare on my Ford dually pickup. Big O's price was about $40 higher than Discount but I went for it because they were convenient. They had to order the tire. When I went down to get it installed, which was going to run about $60 all included, they told me they didn't have a crank to lower the spare. I expressed my surprise that a tire store would not have a few on hand. The lady invited me to "calm down". I was hardly raving. I would have had to unload all the camping stuff out of the back seat and de-install my spare gear from under the seat so they could work. I would then have had to reload. I had them throw the tire in the bed, drove to Discount, and they had the spare dropped (with one of the many cranks they had) in 10 minutes. I'll go back later this afternoon for install. $43 for install, balance, disposal, etc. No wonder there's no crowd at Big O. read more

I had an issue with tires I purchased from the Henderson Tire and Auto Shop that was open before Big O took over. I had 4 Kelly Edge AT tires that were weathering and cracking, these tires were only 2 years old with a good amount of rubber still on them. So, I called Big O to see if they would honor tire purchases from the previous owner, I spoke to the Manager Mike he said sure bring the truck down and let me take a look. I brought the receipt, warranty info, he looked the tires over made some phone calls, I received 4 new tires before 8:30am. The new tires are Big O Big Foot AT E-rated, Mike prorated these according to the amount of tread left on the tires and got me out of there for less then half what I paid for the Kelly's. If you tell someone an hour and it takes over 2 hours and shit still isn't done and you have the audacity to give attitude when people ask how much longer then you sure don't need to be working with the general public. It's pretty clear by these other reviews that this is a terrible location so maybe management should weed out the assholes that work here. On top of that, if my car is parked in the parking lot then I'm going to assume all my stuff is returned back to me. These douche bags forgot to give me my rim back and when I went back to get it they tried blaming me for not asking for it when they drove my car out to the lot. I blew a tire on my trailer at 5:15 pm about 20 miles from the Henderson Big O tire. I called them and they said that they would help me and stay later and after they all had clocked out at 6pm. I was in a bind but I was able to limp the trailer in from out in the desert at over a 100 degrees. They stayed on their own time to help me and my dog get back on the road to reno Nevada. I couldn't say more about the customer service, it's pretty rare for a corporate company to bend the rules a little bit to help someone out who truly needed it. I call the Boulder Highway location the rage team. I went in three times and left twice. The first time was a good experience, but the second time I went some lady with a full face of makeup had bad customer service. She basically told her customers and staff off. The third time I went I saw the same lady who got upset again and I just decided to leave. For some reason everyone looked scared and I knew I was not going to handle that if she were to have an attitude the time I talked to her. We have bad days but she was raging out. Best price I've found! Excellent customer service! I needed 2 new tires a couple months ago. I had no choice. Pulled out of my driveway & noticed I had a flat. They offered to see if they could repair my tire first so that I wouldn't have to buy new tires but I knew my tires needed to be replaced. I appreciated the fact that they didn't just try to sell me a tire. The girl that runs the counter is amazing! They replaced 2 tires for me in about an hour, it didn't break the bank & I was able to go about my day. They were so wonderful that I went back for the other 2 tires. They did not disappoint!
