After repairs, my car developed a new air leak and multiple misfires--they admitted they messed up a gasket and held my car over spring break. They claimed the air leak was gone and it was just bad spark plugs and coils (attempted to charge me an additional 700+). After finally picking my car back up today to get a second opinion it's shaking even worse and my check engine light is now blinking. The Air leak code is still there and now they are stating another hose could be damaged-- they didn't check to see if this is what's causing the misfires. All that they are confirming is that their repairs somehow didn't do this. I'm now out $2,000, have to miss school, and don't have a functioning car. Extremely disappointed and there's no way to contact the owner (who was the one working on my car)--would not recommend. Would give 0 stars but I don't think that's possible.

I took the car to my regular mechanic and the front rotors were warped. New pads and rotors and they work amazingly well again. Horizon Dr. My car was misdiagnosed and for some reason they replaced a wheel bearing for $697.83 (including $30.90 for five lug nuts and a random $31.66 'shop supply fee'). After replacing the bearing, the car still ran as poorly as before. To his credit, the manager admitted that he didn't notice the snapped stabilizer bar, but informed me that along with that, i'd have to replace a couple other parts and the total would be an ADDITIONAL $1000+. He said he'd call me Monday with the prices and to set up an appointment. So i left with my car in the exact same shape, but with $697.83 less than when i arrived. The manager DID NOT call me back on Monday, so i got it assessed at another shop. It turned out the only problem was the stabilizer bar, which was replaced and all in the cost was $246.10. The wheel bearing had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. Nobody from this Tire Choice location or the corporate office ever returned my calls. In addition, on that Saturday while they were working on my car, a Tire Choice employee was talking about how a manager from a different store was transferred to this location and would lock his office door, turn off the lights and sleep during business hours. And apparently that manager still has a job at another location. This company is a joke and there is no way they would ever touch my car again. They also, through a letter to my credit card company, refused to reimburse me for anything. Again, they never contacted me directly. There are plenty of tire/repair places out there, I suggest you choose a different one.

Now this was not my first time having work done I have had service here before when GENO was manager there and he was awesome, honest and customer service friendly I trusted him in the direction he took me in but this new manager Daniel is the complete opposite of GENO I truly don't see this establishment last with him being in charge lying to customers to make the shop money they always seem to not have customers as when GENO was there they were always busy now I know why I would not recommend this place as a honest shop to fix what needs to be repaired BEWARE of Daniel!
