First clue shoulda been when I asked them to please fill the brake reservoir and steering fluid,…read moreand I was told that would cost 150.00 for each. $300.00 for both!! I declined, and then the gal comes back in and says, " I'm sorry, he wrong. It ain't not gonna cost nuthin'." I jokingly said, "so if it ain't not going cost nothing, how much will it cost?? She didn't understand her use of a double negative indicating it would cost 'something'. As soon as I left the property it was very clear neither brake nor steering fluid had been touched, so I went to an auto parts store to buy both brake and steering fluids. It was THEN I learned Jiffy Lube had broken my brake fluid cap. How do I KNOW it was them? Because 30 mins earlier I'd had a smog test and the mechanic there told me "your steering sounds low on fluid," so whole in his shop I popped the hood and checked em both. That's what inspired me to visit this Jiffy Lube whose work is now very suspect in my mind. I called the Jiffy Lube location and the manager was out, but I was promised a return call that never came. It cost $15.00 to replace the cap they broke, not to mention the time finding one, and then getting under the truck to be sure the oil plug has been properly reinstalled. I won't be returning, obviously, because what "ain't not gonna cost nuthin'" could have been very spendy had I not checked their work.

I had an amazing experience with Sonny's Auto Repair. I brought in my 2014 Ford F-150 due to…read moretransmission issues, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond anything I expected. Not only did they diagnose and fix the transmission problem, but they also discovered other issues I had no idea about. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on with my truck. What really stood out was their communication. They kept me updated the entire time--whether it was parts being ordered, delays in delivery, or progress on the repairs. I was never left wondering what was happening, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They even provided pictures showing the damaged parts side by side with the new ones, which really showed their transparency and attention to detail. On top of that, they made sure to test drive the truck to confirm everything was running smoothly before handing it back to me. They also stepped in and corrected a mistake made by my warranty parts vendor, which could have easily turned into a much bigger headache. That level of honesty and dedication is hard to find. Overall, Sonny's Auto Repair is professional, thorough, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work, and clear communication.

I recently purchased a truck from Towbin Ram in Henderson and I'm pleased to report that the…read moreexperience was first class in every possible way. Although they didn't have the exact vehicle with the options and in the color I wanted on the lot, they located one at another Ram dealership in Las Vegas, executed a dealer trade, and had the vehicle delivered the dealership that same day. I worked with Coco on my test drive, ALI BAGHBADARANI and JEREMY BOWLEN on the price negotiation, and MANNY HERRERA on the transaction. They all treated me with respect, there were no high pressure tactics, and the entire transaction flowed quite wonderfully from beginning to end. I consider myself to be a very tough negotiator and have no problems playing hardball to get what I want at a price I want, but I never had a need to play hardball with the Towbin team because they went beyond expectations to meet my purchase requirements. A special shoutout to Jeremy who I spent the most time with, for a nice conversation about many other things unrelated to our transaction, Ali for his kind and respectful treatment of me and my wife (and we love the British accent), and to Manny who got me through Financing in the shortest amount of time possible (I think it was 25 minutes). Thanks Towbin Ram. We'll be doing more business in the future.

I always try to be fair when leaving…read morereviews because I understand that every business can have an off day, and I don't believe one experience necessarily represents the entire dealership. That being said, I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout the purchasing process. I often felt like I was the one having to reach out for updates, and there were times when I was expecting a call back but did not receive one. I also felt that my salesperson could have been more knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, especially when making such a significant purchase. I do want to recognize Amy in finance. She was the person I felt I had the most communication with throughout the process, and I truly appreciated her assistance. I never expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect good communication and to feel valued as a customer. I'm leaving this review respectfully and constructively in hopes that my feedback is taken into consideration and helps improve the experience for future customers. I genuinely wish the dealership and its staff the best.
