Called this company and told them that I had a Tesla three that needed to be towed to discount tire 3 miles away from my house. She gave me the quote of 116 and then asked for my name etc when entering everything she said oh it's it's gonna be 220 because it needs a special hook for a Tesla. Hook for a flat bed that doubled the price? I needed a flat bed because both drivers side tires and wheels were damaged .I had two other quotes for 125 and found a very nice company by the name of pitbull that did it very easily for 125 and was there in less than 30 minutes thanks Elias from pitbull .I will call them again. We bought a motor home and it was stored on a lot.We had ALV to come out and help us get the RV off the lot. Our RV WAS in pristine condition before they arrived. The driver cracked the front of our R.V. and pulled our front end apart from the body of the RV. Company OWNER ERIC is saying that there was no damage and they ARE refusing to fix it. We are not from here, but we do NOT want to leave with an RV. that's not fixed. All we asked this company to do was fix it back to the condition it was when they got there. And they will not. Now I'm going to be out legal fees and repairs on my R. V. Until this situation comes to a resolution. I am so glad that I had 6 witnesses. Including the property owner and video footage of this damage And the negligence of the company owning their part. read more

Fastest tow I've ever had literally took an hour and Hugo was really professional definitely recommending you guys to everyone!

Called this company when my car broke down, they said it will take 30-40mins. Waited an hour, tow truck still wasn't there, called them again and they said that the driver wasn't answering his phone but he was close by, waited another 30mins, still didn't arrive. Waited another 15mins, called them again and they still had no idea where their driver was. Gave them multiple chances, waited 1hr 45mins and I just canceled. Very UNRELIABLE. I called another company and got to my location in less than 10mins. Do not call this company if needed in an emergency, they'll leave you hanging. read more

Requested tow around 6-630 pm. We were told that it would be around 45 minutes for it to come. hour and half later we call back and they went to look us up and then informed us that the driver that was suppose to come to actually got off work 2 hours ago. They didn't bother to call us to let us know and when we called it seemed as if they completely forgot about us. Then they informed us we'll have to wait another 30 min until a new driver starts shift at 8:30 And then he'll arrive by 9:00 at the latest. Driver didn't show so we called again at 9:03 for an eta. The company informed us that he was filling up his tires and should be there in 15 minutes. No one showed up so we called again and they informed us that it might be another 20 minutes before the driver arrived. At this point we cancelled the tow due to the likelihood of no one show up again. Call center/dispatch wasn't rude but seemed like they could care less. If they knew it was going to be drawn out especially after waiting over 3 hours they could of just told us to call another company. read more

I was driving from Las Vegas to Saint George Utah at 6:30pm. In the middle of the desert, 25 miles north of Las Vegas, my left rear tire blew out. It took allstate insurance more an hour to get back to me with towing info. I rec'd a notification that AVL would be there in 30 min. Jimmy called to confirm and was there ahead of schedule. I accidentally drove over a parking lot median,I called for a tow took about 40 minutes. Which was a little inconvenient because I was blocking traffic. Once the guy got to me he look a little confused how he was going move my car. Eventually he lifts my car. Once my cars lifted the tow truck guy goes to open his door and he locked his keys in his truck. After 15 of him struggling to get in I offer help and have to open the door by shoving my hand through his window. After that we finally start to move my car but not before he did more damage to it. I took photos before and after as well as video footage of him scraping my rims additionally to what I've already done. And was still charged $300.
