Had to call twice wants to get the information I needed to tow my car after it broke down and immediately someone answered the phone both times without it ringing off the hook like most places . Some idiot driving a Shaun's tow truck pulled out into full speed traffic from the left shoulder (thankful for my husbands lightning quick reflexes) with a car on the flatbed and another car following.
