Great customer service and response to needing a tow. Thank you so much. I would so recommend this company.

Had to call twice wants to get the information I needed to tow my car after it broke down and immediately someone answered the phone both times without it ringing off the hook like most places . He set the tow up and I was thinking because of the time of evening it was that he would tell me tomorrow or up charge me out the booty but he was fair, kind and even funny about my situation and sent someone right away! the driver that towed my car from where it broke down back to my home took the time to ask me what happened and gave me ideas to help me out and even helped me figure out the best place to park my car til o could get it back in my garage (as I had someone coming to work on my water heater the next day ) I'm not nice when I'm stressed out and he lightened the mood and that's not even in their job description so I appreciate you guys! read more

Outstanding service from Shaun's Towing! I couldn't believe how easy, fast and efficient the entire process was, from coordination through loading and unloading. Both times I called during the week and Shaun answered on the first ring, and my situation was coordinated simply over the course of about a minute. His driver, Ryan, arrived at my location in about 15 minutes, and was a total professional at his trade. Shaun and Ryan were both a pleasure to do business with. Next time I need a tow, I won't even shop around or look up reviews; I've got Shaun's Towing saved to my phone now and will gladly be calling them first. I would easily and absolutely recommend to anyone. read more

We need the option of 0 stars. Some idiot driving a Shaun's tow truck pulled out into full speed traffic from the left shoulder (thankful for my husbands lightning quick reflexes) with a car on the flatbed and another car following. Poor planning and decision making. Maybe they are trying to cause accidents to create business? I would never trust them with my vehicles. read more

Very unprofessional company. Tell you to call them back, then they'll call you back and never know what or when they'll show up. Got a call 4 hours later asking if we still need a tow. There's a lot better companies out there, more reliable and cheaper. A basic tow with them they want $100 CASH. When you can go somewhere else for a little less and pay cash or card read more
