Once I gave him my locations, the eta was 20-30 minutes and the price was reasonable compared to others. I appreciate humble and authentic people, as myself, and Tik was just that. He offered to drop off my daughter to the daycare first before I had my car towed to the shop. He saw that we waited outside in the road in the heat and offered us an ice cold bottled water to drink. Tik is very friendly and such a professional. I left everything up to him including driving the car in the exact spot where the shop would fix my auto issue. The price was very reasonable too as he charged me a fixed amount and not X amount plus X amount per additional mileage like the other tow companies. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. On 12/24/2020 I was going west bound on Carey from Nellis when this yellow tow truck pulls out of Marion from the stop sign. I thought he saw me and was going to pull into the center lane like you should do. No he pulls all the way across all 3 lanes I had to slam on my brakes pull off the road to avoid from hitting him. Keep in mind it's Christmas Eve so my truck cab was full of gifts, food and flowers. So I caught up with him and asked him, did you not see me. At that time he commenced to curse me out calling me all kinds of names. So then I got the number from the side of the truck was gonna call the the office to complain the driver answered the phone and when he realized it was me he started with the profanities again cursing me and name calling. I called Tik at 4:00pm, what I would consider almost prime time for accidents and towing. He said he would be there in 20 minutes and was exactly on time. I was greeted by a big smile and a will to actually help us out. Within 5 minutes he had our truck on his flatbed and we were off to our destination. I followed him and he is a very safe driver. Once we arrived he placed the truck exactly where we wanted. Two minutes later we payed by card, had a receipt in hand and he was off. He is my go to driver.
