All I gotta say about Olmstead Towing is, "You guys are awesome." Thanks so much. Called the main number and they were very patient with my explaining to them what has happened to my car. They were upfront with their prices. No scams. No hidden fees. I was told that a driver would be at my house within the hour and they will contact my phone to let me know they're on the way. They were at my house in less than an hour. Darnell in truck 002 came and tried to begin the jump but the relay wasn't sending power through the jumper cables so he got on the horn to the office and they said that another truck is on the way. Perris arrived in truck 007 and he was successful in jump starting my car. They are the sweetest guys you'll ever meet and forgive me for being unable to remember the dispatcher's name, but he was very patient and understanding. Definitely a keeper in my Emergency Book. THANKS SO MUCH, OLMSTEAD! I highly recommend your business. read more

Need a tow, HERE YOU GO! They weren't on my insurance list but they were the Called a couple times, had to go back and forth with rescheduling my pickup (completely my doing) and they were super patient with me! Picked my Jeep up and got her where she needed to go! Gave him my keys and he dropped it off with my keys, I had absolutely no issues! read more

Olmstead Towing Went above and beyond to provide me with excellent towing service. I had to move my beloved 1961 Cadillac to a Public Storage facility with very narrow access, and into a storage space with only a foot and a half clearance on either side. They took their time and care to get my big old boat of a Cadillac into the unit safe and sound, which was not an easy feat. It took master maneuvering, and expertise to get my Cadillac into the unit without a scratch. A great owned family, operated business, I personally would not take my Towing needs anywhere else! read more

My Tesla had a nail and razor and Olmstead was assigned to help swap out my wheel/tire for a loaner. They sent out Robert, who is a very friendly guy and did the job with ease and quickness. Minor hiccup with the right wheel size on the loaner, but Robert went back to retrieve the correct wheel size and came back asap to right the situation. Glad Tesla is contracted with Olmstead and sending out guys like Robert to help out in scenarios like this. read more

Had a problem with our SUV and they were able to determine all we needed was a jump and not a tow to a repair garage. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to friends. read more

Better think before you make that call. It would very likely to break your rim if you want to repair it. No one ever calls you to fix it, don't look for this company again. Called them before, they were just saying they were working on it but no one ever told you the results. read more

Called to get my sons Xterra towed down from Lee Canyon ski resort after his starter gave out. I spoke to a lady and explained the situation and she told me she would contact me back with a price, or if they would even go up there. No call back... I get it, but they're a business, no common courtesy?? read more

Was very surprised by the rude response from these guys. Inquiry on yelp ignored, so a day later I called. Question was if there would be able to assist my elderly mother loading an inoperable vehicle onto a dolly from uhaul. The dude that answered the phone laughed and said "well how do you expect us to do that if we can't get in front of it" Well sport, I expected your company to be knowledgeable enough to know how to work your flat bed to make an easy 75 bucks *shrugs* You were the only tow company I called to respond in such a way. Truly disappointing. read more

Better prices than anybody in the city, awesome drivers as well..this guys are the best there is in towing field.

My car was broken down just outside Las Vegas in a place called Apex. I had previously called 3 different tow companies who all told me they could not send a tow. I called this place and a nice man answered who also told me he didn't have a tow to send me. Past the point of tears at this time, the man gave me a phone number for another tow company he said should be able to help me, which they did. I want to just say this was great customer service to give me another company's phone number. The man was also kind and sympathetic to my being stranded. read more

Wow..amazing company...I called them first thing in the morning and a couple hours later Dave came to The rescue and jumpstarted my car...was in and out of here and gave me some great advice on how to follow up with my battery.... thank you Dave:)))) Price is very very reasonable considering it was an emergency so for your emergency jumpstart matters or even your towing matters, I would definitely call these guys because these guys are honest with integrity and will expedite with efficiency.... I appreciate you so keep up the good work....:) read more

My vehicle needed to be towed to a repair shop. I called them the morning of. Their pricing was upfront and transparent. The dispatcher was courtesy and polite. I was told a driver would call me in 30 min. They called in 15 and were there in 10. I had tried jumping my vehicle before the truck came but I was unsuccessful. When the driver arrived he tried himself to avoid towing it to save me money. It didn't work either. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tow. read more

Great experience with Olmsted towing! My husband's car was having turbo issues and we needed it to be towed from North Las Vegas down to South Rainbow to the Ford dealership. He called Olmstead towing and got a quote right away. The quote was $100 which was very reasonable for how far of a drive it was considering it's on the opposite side of Vegas. We scheduled the tow the very next morning at 8 and they arrived on time and were very helpful. Overall great experience and we will always remember them for any towing needs! read more

My boss had them delivered my tool box less than a mile from the shop and they dropped my box during delivery. They are refusing to pay for the damages and are dodging me. Outstanding service provided. Dispatcher was extremely nice and helpful. The driver arrived faster than quoted time and was exceptionally skilled, efficient and friendly. Flawless job by Paris. Great Company, great drivers, and great price. Best in Vegas in my opinion, I would highly recommend.

I called around to find a tow service for since my car broke down. This was the first company out of 5 that had great customer service right from answering the phone. The lady was polite and spoke well. I was able to fix my car luckily and had to cancel the service. But even when I called to cancel she was very polite. If I ever need a tow I will be using them. read more

Súper communicative and precise, Greg was amazing he towed my vehicle to the location with no problems.

On a Sunday afternoon in north Las Vegas with a buddy who owns controlled pair munitions needs to take his motorcycle and his 1000 pound tool box from one home to another. Distraught he was that he can't find a trailer and Ahern told him it be until 7pm maybe.... And Ha! Secret Asian Man has a plan! I called Olmstead towing, Marine Veteran owned and flat fees with cheap rates. The lady dispatcher was sweet like I just instantly clicked to her vibe so she told me that she can shoehorn me with a truck with a ramp in forty minutes or an hour and forty minutes. I chose the latter since we have to clear a path for the tool box and bike. Clayton, the tow truck driver on duty called me and said that he received the dispatch and will be headed to me in an hour and a half or so. Clayton was like Jesus in a cold winter day like seriously haha. I asked him if he can be would mind if I can put him on my new review. "Hold up! Let me take my sweater and represent my company! He loaded it up both carefully and off we went to my friend's new home. The drop off was smooth as the pick up. Sgt. Olmstead you did it again! Nice new truck with ramp, excellent female dispatcher and Clayton the tow truck driver. read more
