Called them last minute because my car was completely dead and needed it towed to my mechanic. They arrived within their ETA. He was very professional, kind, and fast. Id worth the price i paid, no other company could compare. Would definitely keep his # on speed dial lol read more

Express Towing - Great service! Highly recommend - Towing Near Me

Gary Arrived quickly for a tow and was super nice and professional. Good price and very helpful! Made the experience quick and easy!!

Stop looking for another company and call them. Gary was incredibly fast, professional and patient. Because of his prompt response I was still able to charge and make it to my appointment. He saved my day and has earned my business forever. If you need help with your vehicle, ESPECIALLY a Tesla, these guys know what they're doing! Give them a call! Thanks Gary!! read more

I stupidly locked my keys in my car this week, and Express Towing came to the rescue! He arrived within 30 minutes of my call and got to work. My car has some issues with the locking system, but he persisted and I was reunited with my keys in no time. I would highly recommend Express Towing for any sort of roadside emergency! read more

Great help on the phone, and the driver arrived within 5 minutes of their estimated time. The car and driver safely arrived at home. Thank you! read more

My tire was completely flat. I called so many tow companies. Some never called back and the others never arrived. I called Express Towing and they came to rescue within their ETA! read more

Express Towing was contracted for roadside assistance to jump a dead battery at a home address. Even with the exact address and cross streets, they could not "find" us and when their call was not immediately answered but instead returned, within two minutes of the call- the job was already cancelled. We were told that they had already moved onto the next job and we would have to wait another 45 minutes for help. NICE! read more

Cost my $60 to get my car jumped just so I can start he drive back home. Took the guy over an hr to arrive but was very friendly when he did so. I'd say I would use him again but $60 was pretty steep for what took him only 2 minutes read more

Fast, friendly, efficient! They said it would be 45 minutes for a tow, but I explained we were stuck in the middle of the road. He said he'd to his best to be there sooner, and he was. 30 minutes later he was towing the car. He was nice and quick. And, the price was lower than I expected it would be. Very happy with my experience. read more

Gary has saved my ass twice in one week within a timeframe of 45 minutes or less each time. I can't thank him enough and because of his customer service, I will continue to use him. read more

If I could give Express Towing 10 stars, I would. Gary accommodated our need for a tow service same day within 2 hours after I called. He came on time. Very professional. If you need any towing services, I highly recommend Express Towing's service. The price is reasonable. Easy, no hassle. We were able to finish the whole process in less than an hour, from picking up the car from another apartment to delivering it to our new home. OUR STORY BEFORE WE DECIDE TO USE EXPRESS TOWING: We decided to donate our car. An affiliate towing company of that charity called us and set up the time for pick-up. 2 hours later, they never came. We tried again, on second day we agreed on 5 pm, we waited until 10 pm, they never came. The 3rd day, I started calling them and a woman answered my call, she asked me to call again after an hour for she didn't know what's going on and I was told to talk to another employee or owner. I called after an hour and half, no one answered me. I was always directed to a mail voice that isn't set up, yet. Two of their phone numbers, no one answered me. Maybe they're busy. But I cannot wait for them anymore, I need our car that isn't working to be moved out from our old apartment because today is our last day on the lease. I searched Yelp and found this SUPER AMAZING towing service and by the way I haven't mentioned how reasonable the price is. Thank you so much, Express Towing. You saved our day. read more

Didnt use this service, I call in advance for estimates, and wanted to charge $95 from one side of the Interstate 15 to the other, guy who answer the phone, said I was on the other side of town, it seems to me a not too funny joke, therefore I pass, I recommend calling first to find the prices, lower price includes been on the same side of town and the first 5 miles only, call first! Thanks read more

Good service, polite, and didn't take longer than the time they said. Paid 85.00 bucks. They don't take checks only cash or card. Got my car to where it needed to be in one piece! Lol Good experience overall! read more

My husband and I were in a stalled vehicle in torrential rain today (thanks to the guy driving the other direction who sent a wave of water over my hood and fried the main fuse of my vehicle). We waited for 3 hours for Ewing Towing (supposed to be 60-90 minutes) and all we got was the run around and terrible attitude from employees. Really bad. Don't ever use Ewing even though they are referenced by Metro Police. My husband called Express Towing and the gentleman said where he was located and that it would be 25 minutes. He showed up in about 15. Fast and very nice. He helped my husband push the car into a good position as well. He was Fantastic. Sorry I didn't get his name. If we ever need a tow again, we will definitely call Express. read more

Had a car with a dead battery miles from home, stranded in a Walmart parking lot. It wasn't a huge distance, but I didn't know whether we'd need a tow or just a jump. Called Express and talked to a very friendly fellow who told me they had a $45 flat rate for the jump, or the tow back home would be about twice that, both were very reasonable for the service. The kicker was that they'd try the jump and if it didn't work, they'd just charge us for the tow, which was *amazingly* appreciated. They were prompt in their arrival and got us all squared away, as it turned out the jump got the car home but if we ever need a jump or tow again, we'll know who to call. read more

My car died on Rainbow and Charleston. I needed to get it to Rainbow and Russell. This was a really pleasant company to deal with. The fellow came in the time promised. I used him twice as a matter of fact to tow the car back to my home after they couldn't fix it. Reasonably priced and the fellow I think kind of felt bad for me that my car was dead. :( read more

Express Towing - Towing Near Me

-5 stars. They were contacted by my roadside aid and didn't even show up. Me and my friend were stuck waiting for 3 hours. When both us or the roadside assist tried to call and see where the driver was no one answered. Why are you even in business?! I ended up having another service called for me and they got there in less than 30 minutes. This company is unacceptable and I will make it a point to never give them any business. read more

Great service! My car had to be towed today. I called AAA and was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait so I called Express Towing and was told an hour or so wait. I got a call back shortly after letting me know there was a cancellation so he could be there in 20 mins. Very prompt! I don't think I even waited 20 mins. He loaded my car up and even helped my husband push my car into the garage. So thankful for Express Towing! Definitely recommended! Also, price was very fair! read more

Buyer beware, I built a welding table to be transported to my house from a friends workshop that was about 1000 pounds and when I called this company they were very short with me on the phone and wanted $200. I hung up and called my friend that owns a local automotive shop and got the same exact deal for $80. These smart guys are obviously gouging people I wouldn't waste your money or time on them. read more

I had to call these guys when our car broke down way out by Willow Beach on our way to Arizona. The car was almost 60 miles from our home so I was concerned about what it would cost. The gentleman gave me a price over the phone that was extremely reasonable for that distance. He didn't know where Willow Beach was but relied on my estimate of distance from Google. He went and got it and had it back to us within about 3 hours of our call. I was SO IMPRESSED with their honesty and service that I gave a bunch of his business cards to our insurance agent so they could refer people. I have had a few experiences with towing companies in the past and was never very impressed but these guys are AWESOME! If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, this is who to call. read more

So I got a flat tire. The person with me tried to change my tire, but my jack wouldn't go up high enough. So I had to call a company to change my tire. I called several places, I couldn't believe that some of these places wouldn't come and change my tire. So as I went down the yelp towing companies and finally found Express Towing. It didn't take him too long to get to me. So I was pretty happy about that. He came and changed it. My only gripe is after he changed my tire, he took his time putting all his stuff away! When he could have swiped my card so I could be on my way. But he seemed to be OCD the way he put all his items in there right places on his truck. I would say it took him at least 5 to 8 min. I'm just standing there waiting for him to take my payment. Finally he took my payment $50.00 minimum. Yes, I would use this company again, unless I find someone that cost less! lol read more

Gary took a painful moment and turned it completely around. I will be forever grateful to him. He is a busy man but worth the wait! I figured I had the time to write this since I'm currently sitting in the passenger seat of their tow truck. My car crapped out on me on the highway. I tried to call several places but must they all must have been busy. This place was the only one to call me back and when I was starting to lose all hope too less then half an hour later and they came to pick me and my car up. The guy was super nice too. Hopefully this'll be the last time my car breaks down, but if it does I know who I'm calling read more

By far the best prices for towing on this side of the valley. I called 6 different tow companies and not one even came close to the express towing prices. Very professional over the phone. I setup my tow for a few hours after the phone call and the driver showed up 10 minutes before. Driver was very knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. I've used a few other tow companies in the past but will make sure express towing is in my phone anytime I need a tow! Yall were great and make a stressful situation smooth and easy. You definitely never want to have to call a tow truck for your four wheeled baby.. but I did this Sunday. My car was stuck in the Sam's club parking lot and with nothing to hook it up to, I had to call for a flat bed. I was skeptical at first because they didn't ask for any information from me, just said they would be there in 40 minutes. The gentleman who showed up (I can't remember his name... I suck!) was right on time and was very helpful. Got my car to the shop about 12 miles away with not a single issue, even though it was in the middle of a hail/rain downpour. A+ service and affordable. Will definitely recommend. read more

I called for a tow and the gentlemen on the phone was very nice and and quoted me a fair price far below what my insurance company did. Efren showed up within 15 minutes and was so incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable which was important to me being a single girl in a vulnerable situation of having no control in a situation I had never been in stranded in a parking lot. Thank you so much to him and instant towing for helping turn such an annoying morning around for the better =) read more

Our car was broken into and left undriveable in the Harrah's parking garage. These guys saved the day and charged way less than I expected to pay for a tow! What a total pro!! Gary picked up and delivered on time, as promised. Most impressed was HOW he pulled my car onto the flatbed using the tow hook and NOT the points underneath to avoid any undercarriage damage. He's intelligent, nice, and professional. I'll never use anyone else...he's in my contacts list now to call if I ever need a tow again. Highly recommended! read more

Gary did an amazing job today! My car wouldn't shift gears because the transmission shift cable came undone. I told him that I was on a strict schedule today and he ended up fixing the cable problem himself! Talk about customer service! Express Towing truly gets towing done on a timely bases and with an affordable price. Friendly driver and even stopped for me to buy water.

After dealing with my truck being stuck in the soft shoulder off of Kyle Canyon Road for 2 hours dealing with other tow companies who refused to come I had no cell phone service but the man Bill who answered my call after being patched through to them by 911, he knew exactly where I was and sent Leon out. Leon showed up and took good care of me. Got my truck out and freed within minutes of arrival. He was fast and super friendly I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Great Tow company! I had to call them after the first place I called blew me off and asked for a credit card to send out a truck. They gave a cash price over the phone, and got to me in a few mins. Gary towed my car across town and was so kind throughout the process. He offered the lowest price in town for a tow (especially going 13 miles!), met me at the time agreed upon, was very no-nonsense and expertly maneuvered my car into my covered parking space at my apartment. I appreciate his helpfulness and will definitely use him again, should the need arise. Thank you! read more
