I was driving home from a long day of work at the convention center. It was a 7:30am to 7pm day and my car decided to overheat, pop a hose, smoke from the engine, and finally died on me in a parking lot that I pulled over to What a fucking day. I yelped and called several towing services, only to get a rep from Around The Clock Towing. Romero showed up within 20 minutes, despite having been quoted up to a 45 minute wait. It's never a good sign when you have to use a towing service and when you then get gauged on prices it doesn't make it any better of an experience. Be sure to ask for prices beforehand as they gauged us on our towing service (came down to $180 for a 50 mile tow, said they "usually charge $220" which is just a rip off. It also took them forever to pick us up (over 1 hour). I definitely wouldn't recommend them. The only pros were that they had a flat bed truck and the driver was nice. Lesson of the day: Be sure you ask for the price during your initial call or you'll be gauged for sure. read more

I needed to tow a vehicle about 10 miles from one residential area to another. I called a few places, and Around the Clock Towing was significantly cheaper than the other places. Towing is expensive, but this place didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. While all of the other places I called were within about $10 range in pricing, Around the Clock was about 25% cheaper than all of them. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone told me a truck would arrive for pickup in about 25-30 minutes, and they were right on time. The service was very polite and efficient. I paid in cash and gave the driver a tip - he wasn't expecting one and made sure to come back to let me know I had given him extra. Talk about honest!! Hopefully I won't need a towing service again, but it I do I will definitely go with Around the Clock Towing. Great prices and service! read more

Who really likes tow companies? Well these guys get good props from me because they were very polite (even though I had a hard time hearing the guy on the phone) and pretty quick to come out to me. Won't use ABC towing ever again even through AAA membership. ABC was going to charge me $85 after they dropped my car off in a bad location when I clearly needed it on my property, while Around the Clock towing put it into my garage!! On top of that they charged me $65! I was just overall happy with these guys vs the other tow companies so far. If I ever need a tow or anyone I know needs one, they'll be the first ones I would call. read more

I didn't think calling a tow truck would be a pleasant experience. But, I had to because my car was stuck and my mechanic was far away. Reasonable rates were discussed, and I didn't have to wait long in the Las Vegas heat for the driver to arrive. The driver was Jose J**, and he was very friendly. He cared about me and my car problems, showing concern about me in the heat. He must work in the heat all day, but he was worried about me waiting for twenty minutes. I felt like he treated me how he would treat his father. He hooked me up with no surprises, and took care of everything at the price I agreed to. I feel like he knew I worked hard for my money. First towing company that pulled up when i googled towing companys. So i gave them a call, Oscar said it should take 45 minutes. He needed to warm up his car and blah blah blah. So i said cool and i sent over all my information, where i was going and where i was currently at. I waited an hour and text if they were close, they said yes. Then maybe 30-45 min after i get a call and he couldnt find me. I gave them the address that was the business right behind me. He couldnt even find me. Then they come hook my car up and i needed to ride with him. No AC!! Which isnt his fault i get it. So then we get close to the place and hes asking me where the place is. I said i gave you the address lol. So anyways we get to the destination, he unhooks my car and then i ask for a receipt. He said he can send me a phone receipt but i will have to call the office to get an actual receipt. I said okay cool. But it was such a headache getting a receipt. I called maybe 15 times. I got the run around, i got a ill call you back, i dont have receipt paper, im not at the office, im busy, whats your information and i also got blocked! But i finally got so tired of the runaround. I called from a different number because they blocked the two i was calling from. i stayed on the phone this time and wasnt going to hang up until i got my receipt. They were suppose to charge $70 but charged $75 so make sure you see the amount before you give them your card. They are unreliable. read more

Around The Clock Towing Service did nothing but exceed my expectations. As a single female in Las Vegas, it is very hard to find decent people to do business with specifically regarding your vehicle. I spent a full hour after my car broke down to find an honest tow truck business whose prices weren't horrible. During that time I was either quoted horrible prices (upwards of $300) or was being hit on by the men answering the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone was nothing but professional and empathetic, and he quoted me at $140. He also allowed me to schedule a time for the tow truck to get my car the following morning at 9:00am. The next morning, both the gentleman who answered the phone as well as the tow truck driver were very communicative and showed up at 9:00am as promised. The tow truck driver was very friendly unlike other tow truck drivers I had experiences with. He also called me when he was stuck in traffic stating he was a little behind on time getting my car towed to the destination. He ensured my car got to the dealership and even executed communicating to the specific individual I needed him to ask for at the dealership. Once the car was dropped off, the tow truck driver called me for payment and it was the same price I was quoted the night before. He also sent me a receipt via text message. The customer service between all individuals I spoke to at this company was nothing short of excellent. I will recommend them to everyone and their number is saved in my phone for future car problems! I am so appreciative over these guys. They gave me a peace of mind. read more

They saved my life. (tears) I will never forget Around the Clock Towing for being so skilled, reliable, caring, & Professional!!! My car broke down (dead) while waiting for a stop light. I have a Prius so the hazard lights didn't work nor would the trunk open... I called my insurance (Progressive) who dispatched triple 777 towing. MIND YOU I'M STANDING IN 108 DEGREES VEGAS HEAT. The first quote was an hour. Which they ultimately extended for another 25min, then another 30 min... In the meantine I called Ewing Brother's (because my car had warranty with the dealership- and they said they would be an hour too)... Finally I called AAA in tears saying if they could send me a tow I'd give my business to them. Unfortnately, I could not get a AAA tow because the process of memebership takes 72 hours. But AAA was nice enough to get me a commercial company. I asked if she can get an honest answer from tow service, because everyone was saying an hour, but extending and extending... and that I was really hot and dehydrated by this point having waited 2 plus hours in the 108 vegas heat. Around the Clock Towing quote 25 minutes MAX. They got there, towed my car to the dealership. Even charged what's left of the car so that I could put up my windows (I was leaving the car overnight- since the dealership had closed already) Excellent customer service. They met and exceed my expectations.... I will never forget Around the Clock Towing for being so skilled, reliable, caring, & Professional!!! Excellent price. Excellent costumer service. I needed a tow from work to my house, I began to search all around Las Vegas and the prices weren't doing it for me. I came across Around the Clock and quickly messaged them for a quote, they gave me a quick response, I waited about 5-10 mins. The owner Antonio asked for all the info needed and stated that it would be an hour-hour an a half wait time. I didn't have a problem with that because this is the cheapest I could find. I called the company and scheduled with the dispatcher Josh, very respectful and pulled up my info from Yelp message to fill it in instead of having to repeat the information. He again stated it was going to be around an hour-hour an a half because they were busy and again I didn't have a problem with that. By the time I closed up shop at work (around 30 mins from when I got off the phone) a towing truck pulled up. I was shocked that it was so quick because instead of waiting a long time, I rarely had to wait at all. The driver was named Reuben and he quickly hooked up my car and we were on the way to my house. He was very respectful and we ended up talking the entire ride to my house instead of having one of those awkward and silent car rides. When we got to my house he quickly unhooked my car, made sure my car was in a perfect spot, and then we went our separate ways. Hopefully I wont need to tow again, but if I do I'm going here again. This was an amazing Tow truck experience if you can say that any tow experience is Amazing this was it! I phoned in and they said they couldn't be at my location for an hour so I mentioned that we weren't in a very good part of town, he said he could see what he could do! The Tow truck arrived in 15 minutes! Praise the Baby Moses!! They also arrived with a flat bed which was exactly what we needed! Loaded my truck up in less than 10 minutes! We were back home in 15!
