Minuteman went above and beyond to help me in a time of need! Quick response and very friendly service team. I highly recommend! Not only did they tow my car, they also recommended somewhere to get it fixed. read more

Literally the best experience I have ever had with a towing company! Called, was quoted half what every other company was charging. Arrived within 20 minutes, and was greeted by the kindest lady. I never use towing companies but I literally saved them in my contacts in case I or anyone I know needs a tow. read more

Anthony is an absolute gem. He was quick, kind and honest. This is the kind of person you want to be giving your money to. He's saved in my contacts now and will be my "go to" for any services. read more

These guys could not tow my car, but recommended a great company and he even told me to give him a call if I had any trouble and he'd try to help. Grady customer service and I wasn't even a customer! read more

Driver was on time and very friendly. He even offered to give me a ride home from the repair shop so I wouldn't have to pay for an Uber. Great experience, would highly recommend. read more

Very happy and lucky I've found this towing company! Anthony answered on the first ring and came to help move my car within the same hour. On top of that, he was very kind and showed me things I didn't know about my vehicle... This is the first place I'm calling for future car troubles, I recommend you do too. read more

Anthony was great! Responded quickly and arrived fast. After jumping my car, he followed me to the shop and made sure they tested my battery, sold me the correct one and installed it. Highly recommended! read more

Got a flat with wheel locks and a lost key . Spent nearly 6 hours waiting on other tow guys, all while they priced upwards of $250!!! (To go one 1 mile) Finally got in touch with these lifesavers! Not only did they save me money from being gouged by the other guys, but he recommended a tire shop that actually was able to get the job done after several others were not. My husband and I are so grateful! There was no need for the other guys to take advantage of people when it's 106 and stuck on the side of the road. THANK YOU MINUTEMAN FOR BEING HUMAN!! read more

My car was disabled at a shop and I needed a tow during the day in August 2021. I called Anthony who was available within half hour. He recommended a shop we could stop at en route to another shop I picked to see if they could take the car in for cheaper rate and appropriate repair. Also, mask required so that was a plus. My rate was $75 a for the mile I wanted. I felt it was a fair deal. read more

Cant say enough about this guy! Was getting hustled around by another tow company all morning while waiting on the other side of town for a pick up. After the other company stopped picking up the phone I found minuteman on Google. He gave me a very fair price for all the way across the valley( one company wanted 3x the price) and I was told he would be there in a half hour. 20 min later he rolls up and has us out of there in less that 15. On a Saturday non the less. After being hacked around all morning I'm glad I found this place. Save the number, it's the last call you will need to make. read more

This was the second place I had called for the day when I needed service. The first place I had used before but, this time they never called back. Saw the good reviews for this place and gave them a shot. They answered right away and were at my car exactly when they said they would be (only 30 minutes). They offered a flat rate over the phone and when they arrived, they actually charged me LESS than they quoted (even after giving the driver a tip). The driver was friendly and courteous and professional. They provided fast and most of all HONEST service that I had to write a review. I will definitely call them again next time. read more

Nice older gentleman who does his job well at a good price. Good customer service and no attitude like other towing companies. Very reliable and honest. read more

I have to say this is truly the best towing company here in Vegas. I've used different towing companies and Minute Man towing goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend using this towing company over all others. read more

Very quick service, very nice as well. And good conversation. Gave the wife and I a ride to the mechanic and to our home. We forgot our house key but he was nice enough to take us back to the mechanic to get key and then back home again! Highly recommended. Just lucky it was a slower night for him and he had the time to do all that! Thanks again!! read more

I used this company once before and he was ok but I had to use him again and gave him specific directions and instead went to where he'd towed my car several months before (he said he remembered who I was) when my car wasn't even there! Long story short he calls to ask where I'm at and I tell him the address AGAIN and he flips! I called him back and all he says is F***! I even offered to pay extra! Very unprofessional! Wouldn't recommend him! read more

The owner of this towing company is really a great man! My car was overheated, and it stopped working about 35 miles away from Las Vegas in the evening. What made it worse was that it was a Sunday! I tried to call other towing companies, no one responded to my call. I found Minuteman Towing through my sister's relatives, who recommended it to me. I called and the owner (sorry I forgot his name) immediately picked up my call and once he knew that i was stucked in the desert, he quickly assured me that he would come immediately to help me out. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. He arrived quickly and he helped us to tow our car to the nearest Auto Zone and even helped us to changed the cooling fluid. As a towing company, he was not responsible to help us "fix" our car. But he totally did!! He was our SAVIOR! I have never seen such a great man! He even said that he is doing his job because he doesn't like to leave people hanging in the desert! If you ever need a towing company, this place is the BEST!! You won't regret it!! Thank you so much for your help!!! read more
