Cant say enough about this guy! Was getting hustled around by another tow company all morning while waiting on the other side of town for a pick up. After the other company stopped picking up the phone I found minuteman on Google. He gave me a very fair price for all the way across the valley( one company wanted 3x the price) and I was told he would be there in a half hour. 20 min later he rolls up and has us out of there in less that 15. Got a flat with wheel locks and a lost key . Spent nearly 6 hours waiting on other tow guys, all while they priced upwards of $250!!! (To go one 1 mile) Finally got in touch with these lifesavers! Not only did they save me money from being gouged by the other guys, but he recommended a tire shop that actually was able to get the job done after several others were not. He recommended a shop we could stop at en route to another shop I picked to see if they could take the car in for cheaper rate and appropriate repair. Also, mask required so that was a plus. This was the second place I had called for the day when I needed service. The first place I had used before but, this time they never called back. Saw the good reviews for this place and gave them a shot. They answered right away and were at my car exactly when they said they would be (only 30 minutes). They offered a flat rate over the phone and when they arrived, they actually charged me LESS than they quoted (even after giving the driver a tip). Very quick service, very nice as well. And good conversation. Gave the wife and I a ride to the mechanic and to our home. I used this company once before and he was ok but I had to use him again and gave him specific directions and instead went to where he'd towed my car several months before (he said he remembered who I was) when my car wasn't even there! Long story short he calls to ask where I'm at and I tell him the address AGAIN and he flips! I called him back and all he says is F***! I even offered to pay extra! Very unprofessional! The owner of this towing company is really a great man! My car was overheated, and it stopped working about 35 miles away from Las Vegas in the evening. What made it worse was that it was a Sunday! I tried to call other towing companies, no one responded to my call. I found Minuteman Towing through my sister's relatives, who recommended it to me. I called and the owner (sorry I forgot his name) immediately picked up my call and once he knew that i was stucked in the desert, he quickly assured me that he would come immediately to help me out. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. He arrived quickly and he helped us to tow our car to the nearest Auto Zone and even helped us to changed the cooling fluid. As a towing company, he was not responsible to help us "fix" our car. But he totally did!! He was our SAVIOR! I have never seen such a great man! He even said that he is doing his job because he doesn't like to leave people hanging in the desert! If you ever need a towing company, this place is the BEST!! You won't regret it!!
