If I could give them a 0 I would horrible customer service. Showed up to get my car towed they told me my insurance only covered 15 miles said it was over by 10 miles looked it up it was only 5 miles. They cancelled automatically not professional at all :( read more

Thieves!!! I called for a towing service and paid the initial deposit with Zelle over the phone ($300, total $600). 5 minutes after that initial phone call I called again to cancel because they were away about an hour from my location, they refused to refund my initial deposit even though it was just 5 minutes later and never they mentioned it's an non-refundable deposit. Never use Zelle, always pay with a credit card so you can dispute the bogus charge and get a full refund. Avoid this towing business at all cost!! read more

I googled for a towing company when my two passenger tires blown out on me 2.5 miles away from my home, I called Anthony's Towing at 7:25 pm and asked the lady who answered if she had a tow truck available and she said yes but it would take an hour, I said ok let's do it. I sent the nearest address and within 9 minutes from the first call the tow truck driver called and said he was 10 to 15 minutes away that was great news! The tow truck arrived at 7:45 it took 20 minutes from calling the office and the tow truck arriving, which we were very happy that the tow truck came quick. Loading and unloading was great. We needed to Zelle the payment for our tow it was a $150 it was high for us during this situation but worth it from Anthony's towing coming right away and getting my car safely home. They were the second company I called that night but overall it was a great experience for our tow! Will save their number for the future but hopefully we shouldn't get into a situation again for a tow! read more

Giving them one star is a compliment. Use another company! Unprofessional and they're thieves! They helped themselves to a $50 tip, which I am currently disputing with the bank because it was NOT authorized. Other reviews also state that these crooks took funds from them as well. They took 4+ hours to get to my vehicle, and they lied about distance. I dropped a pin of where my car was left and it was only 12 miles away from home, but tow truck driver insisted it was over 20 miles away. Also, see pic of how he "parked" my car. Dissapointed with the service. Called at 1:30, Zara said driver will meet me at 3:00pm which was fine. I am waiting with my vehicle since 2:45. The driver does not show up until 4:05pm. No communication at all, every time I had to call Zara myself she says 'honey, he'll be there in 10 mins'. Terrible service waiting outside in the cold for over an hour. Could have called another company! In the end she only offered small discount. I am only giving 2 stars because I used this same company for a tow 3 days prior and there were no issues. George hooked up my car and came on time. I had no problems so i guess it depends on when you call what kind of service you will get. He came by and talked me out of towing my truck saying I had left the lights on, I told him my charger indicated that the battery was bad, he said I left the lights on and a tow was unnecessary. Scammy. One star is too much. Guy was extremely rude picking up my car. Snatched the keys out of my hands. I tried to tell him you couldn't unlock the car with the keypad he still tried to and ignored me then gave me attitude when I tried to help him unlock the car. And said "I GOT IT!" The whole interaction with him was AWFUL. Second I went through my insurance for this tow, paid my insurance (who in return pays the company). The driver tried to tell me it was $100 and that I can pay him directly and that he only accepted Zelle or cash. He started trying to load my car up and I told him that's not right I paid my insurance already and I wasn't paying another $100 let me call them. He then gave me attitude, said "so are we towing it or not," walked off and got in his vehicle. My insurance ended up having to call this company to figure out why they were trying to charge me anything. After that the driver then gets out doesn't say a word to us, loads the car up, and just drives off without saying anything. Clearly mad he didn't get to scam us. Proceeds to drive 85+ miles an hour on the freeway swerving in and out of traffic with my car on the back!! I don't leave reviews but I'm dumbfounded at how this driver acted.
