This was the best experience with a tow company I have ever had. I called for a tow and they said it would be about an hour. They showed up prior to the promised time. Efren hooked up the car with ease and dropped it at its final destination. Efren really went above and beyond. Both my son and I have saved their number in our phones in case another tow is needed in the future! The price could not have been beat! read more

Our tire popped on the 15 a little outside the strip and a instant Towing was able to get us in under 20 mins! This was early in the morning and everywhere else was closed. Efran was so kind and accommodating. He was able to fit me my husband, mother in law, dog, and baby in the back of the truck and drove us to the nearest place we found to get our tire fixed but charged us way too much. Efran gave us good advice for another spot and drove us there. Price was really reasonable!!! Recommend if you're in a pinch. read more

My husband and I were driving down I15 towards Cali and had a blowout out. We called numerous places who quoted us close to $500 and told us it would be a 3 hour wait. LUCKILY I found instant towing. They arrived in less than an hour and it was $350 to tow us back to Vegas to get a new tire. The driver was very kind and courteous!! read more

Like a scene straight out of a movie, my car died as I rolled onto my street and stopped at the foot of my driveway; completely kaput. After fussing with my rig in the hot ass heat, I gave up and needed to get a tow in short order to the service station before they closed. Instant Towing returned my call super fast, dispatched a truck to my house in short order, and got my rig on the ramp even though I couldn't put it in neutral (car was locked and key was at service center). The tow driver was extremely professional, courteous, and sympathetic to my situation in needing to get the car to the service center before they closed. Tows aren't cheap but that's what insurance is for . Even so, the price was extremely fair for how quick the service was and for hitting the delivery. Highly recommend. read more

After speaking to my insurance company for three hours and having them notify me they have to reschedule with a new vendor, I decided to look for a new towing service. Instant towing was very responsive. They indicated how much it would be , the timeframe and delivered sooner . I did get a follow up call 10 minutes later stating that their driver Efron was going to pick me up. I appreciate the information of the driver for safety reasons . Efron also drove me to the final destination. Pricing is also reasonable. Go use instant towing for your next towing needs! read more

Just called this place and KINDLY asked a question and the man shouted "we don't do that" and HUNG up on me. I know working for a towing company--there's probably not a lot of happy energy going around but you chose to be in this business--and that's not how you speak to other humans. We're all just here living so maybe try to not to make peoples bad days worse and try LIFTING other humans up with even an ounce of kindness and see how your own life changes positively. FYI- the car got towed because our father died and it was left there. So maybe speak kindly to other just IN CASE. read more

Excellent service!!! Very responsive. Definitely recommend and will use again if ever needed. Unfortunately they were the 3rd towing company we called. One said they were coming and never showed. The other kept giving us the run around. And the last one showed up but instead of showing up with a tow bed (as we requested) they had a regular tow truck. When I called Instant Towing they answered the phone right away. Said they would be to me in 30-40 mins and actually arrived a little early which was much appreciated. And they had the tow bed that we requested. Effren (pardon the spelling) was amazing!!! Cordial and he did what he said they would do. Keep up the great work!! read more

I needed to have my car towed this week to a repair shop and I was a little worried because every tow truck company I've used in the past felt like a major scam. When I called the gentleman on the phone was polite and asked for my information. He then said someone would be here in 45 minutes, which is really fast compared to other places I've previously used. The tow truck got here in exactly 45 min and the fee wasn't too bad. read more

Found myself in need of towing service after my daughter's car broke down one night. She was able to get her car pushed out of traffic and into the nearest parking area by a gas station. It wasn't in an actual designated parking spot so hubby felt we should get it towed to a shop before someone else decides to have it towed to an impound. I know at an impound we would've had to pay at least $200 to get it out, then pay for towing on top of that, so I was happy with the $85 quote I got from Efren at Instant Towing. He was prompt and courteous and handled our vehicle carefully as if it belonged to his family member. We followed him to the Toyota shop where he unloaded our car. He did took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and smoothly, wrote up my invoice and handed me back my keys. I believe this company accepts credit cards, but I picked up cash before meeting up with him anyway and when he wrote up my invoice it was for exactly the amount he quoted me - no extras, no hidden fees, no tricks. This company is legit and the service is outstanding! read more

The guy was super nice and helpful and it wasn't a bad price at all and he got to my moms car with in less then 20 mins of calling him we were on the side of the freeway and he came and helped us out I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quick tow for a great rate. read more

Just had THE BEST towing experience with Instant Towing!!!!! It was a hot summer night with 3 dogs in the car and the starter went out on our SUV.
