I hope you have your own tools. Because these guys will show up with no tools. After five minutes of working with the wrench that comes with the car. He said the screw was stripped. It wasn't. They will tell you that AAA doesn't pay them to keep the power tools that AAA drivers always show up with. This guy actually said that tow truck drivers don't usually change tires in the heat. WTF? Then why take the jobs, sir? This company is trash and they're ruining AAA's name. All he wanted to do was tow. Stay away. They're not bringing up in their response to my post. Their driver showed up complaining about the heat and how tow truck drivers don't usually change tires in the heat. His response is also not saying that the guy showed up looking for the lug wrench that came with the car. He's also not pointing out that although he had some equipment. None of it fit the tire. When asked why he didn't have the electronic wrench. He stated that AAA does not pay them to carry it. But it's cool. The next driver had it. read more

If I could give TEN stars, I would! :) 1 Touch Towing is an asset to stranded motorists here in the Valley and today I was fortunate to have Michael to the rescue! Unfortunately I had recent car problems that required me to call a tow company. Thankfully, I remembered using 1Touch Towing over a year ago. I called twice in one week, and just like before, they came to the rescue...at the time they said they would....Very prompt! Needless to say, I am canceling my current two roadside assistance programs...because time, professionalism and commitment to helping people in need are qualities worth paying for. I highly recommend calling this company for all your towing services. You'll be happy you did.! Thank you, Mr. Russell read more

Great service, even better people. I was stranded in a different state and had to find someone who would be able to tow my car to the nearby auto shop. To my surprise, they were able to get to me within 30 minutes and even looked out for me personally, not just my vehicle. Given that it was the holidays (right after Christmas), a lot of services were unavailable and my situation could've been a disaster. But THANK YOU 1 Touch Towing for coming through. Call them if you ever need help out in this area. read more

There's a first time for everything. This is the first time I had ever had to call a tow truck company. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. My car broke down on the way home. I was about 40 minutes away from home. I called this company they told me that they would be out to me within 35 minutes. They were out to me before 35 minutes. Got the car towed and safely home. The price was great. They made a sucky situation a lot better! I really appreciate them read more

Mike, our driver, was great. The trip was easy and painless. Mike took care of the drop-off, and since we were not there, he dropped it off exactly where we asked. I would highly recommend! read more

Great company! Very friendly owner. I was so worried that my truck was not going to be able to be extracted from my garage due to a dead alternator, flat tire and the angle in which it was sitting, not to mention my garage is so so tiny. The truck driver talked with me a bit and set me at ease. He took his time and really proved his worth by his maneuvering skills. Did not touch a thing! No scratches or anything. Perfect service and transport. Definitely these guys have great customer service! I will use them every time! read more

My car wouldn't start one morning and I searched on Yelp and their were reviews were great. I gave them a call they answered right away and said they would be there within the hour. I've called a few tow companies before and none had answered. I was impressed on how quick and helpful they were towing my car to my dealership, would definitely recommend. My car was broken down just outside of Las Vegas in a place called Apex. I called 4 tow different companies all of whom did not have trucks to send. I was given this company's phone number and the man who answered the phone was very nice and sent me a two within the hour. The driver was also very nice and polite. I was very happy with the service I received from 1 Touch Towing. My car was not starting and I needed it towed to the nearest shop. It was around 8pm so I called all the remaining towing companies that were still open. 1 Touch had the most reasonable pricing, and luckily they were able to pick my car up under 1 hour of my initial phone call! Amazing response AND arrival time. The entire towing process took about 5-10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy, fast, and friendly the service was. Having to tow your car typically comes with a negative experience because you're already stressed out about the situation. 1 Touch Towing made the hardest part flawless, and took a lot of worry off my plate. I recommend them if you need a tow! read more

My family and I where traveling from Reno through Vegas to Phoenix when we had suffered some engine problems, we quickly set up shade counted our waters and made calls but with service limited to 1 bar, maybe, this company understood the assignment and went above and beyond. They where txting back and fourth when calls where unable to be made or if they'd drop. Charles was very fast and honest and fair priced to come over an hour out to get us and bring us into town. His driver was polite and courteous and quick to get the job done. I would recommend 1 touch towing to anyone! Thanks again! read more

1 Touch Towing - My big truck getting loaded on another truck - Towing Near Me

Sad day. Granted, getting towed just means money, but finding the right company to take care of your baby while she's down can be a total mission. Here's the gamble. You need a tow. Someone that can do it right without creating more damage. Someone who can care for your vehicle like it was their vehicle. And someone who can do it in a timely manner. AAA is my roadside insurance and one look at the ride hieght of my baby, and she was turned down. Theres no way anyone can get that on a bed to get towed. So using good ol Yelp, I sent out a request. Not 5 minutes later, Mike sends out his quote, and 25 minutes later Sebastion shows up. I was expecting a 1 hour wait. +1 there. With all confidence and professionalism, he get SnowWhite on the bed with no problems, and importantly, not a scratch. I sit about 2.5 inches from the ground, and he was able to clear it just barely kissing the asphalt. See pictures. +2 points. He gets to my house and looks at the destination drop, says "We'll see what I can do" and like that, drops her in my garage with ease. Anyone with a low profile, AWD vehicle, and needs any kind of special hook up, get a hold of one touch. Definitely the best gamble I've taken on Yelp considering they only had 5 reviews when I looked them up. Thank you. Do not want to see you guys again, but if I have to, first on my list. read more

Our box truck wasn't starting and we needed to get it towed to the dealership. Called Ford roadside assistance only to get sent the wrong size tow truck. 1 Touch Towing is by far the best towing company I have ever dealt with. Landed back from vacation in 115 degree heat on a Sunday night and had a sidewall blowout a couple miles from home. Went through my credit card company originally, which quoted me a two-hour pickup from a competitor who I won't name. When the pickup was due, the competitor tried to push it back to the next morning; when I complained that was too long, they "accelerated" it to after midnight, i.e. a 5-hour wait from the first call. Tried to call a couple other places. Two hours wait minimum, and even then they couldn't guarantee it. Wised up and went to Yelp to read reviews. I called 1 Touch, and Mike gave me an estimated 30-minute pickup time. And he showed up EARLY. I've never had a towing company deliver well beyond their promised pick up time. He quickly loaded my SUV, smooth ride to my drop off point, & priced better than every competitor I spoke with as well. No one ever hopes they have to use a towing company, but if I do, 1Touch will be the first call. And I'll be recommending them to everyone I work with as well. read more

Wednesday July 18th 2018 1 PM I guess my thermostat went in the car and I was 12 minutes from our house. My boyfriend works at a quality auto part store and recommended we get a tow truck from 1 Touch towing. He called the tow truck for me said it'd be 35-40 minute wait, shop inside the grocery store and wait for the driver to call me. I was thrilled it was a flatbed truck. Cliff was so professional and a totally down to earth guy. He called me, picked me up and told me to wait in the A/C. I could tell he was a professional just by the way he was calm, cool and nailed chaining down the car properly. We watch a lot of tow truck shows and I know when I see a good driver. He mentioned he has an older car too so we're both car enthusiasts. My tow was reasonably priced compared to other companies! I was shocked when I heard the total. I grabbed Cliff a ice cold water and tipped him what I had. I wish I could of paid more. I can't thank these guys at 1 Touch towing enough for making it out to the west side of town in this summer heat with humidity. Great company and I'd recommend them to to my closest friends and family. They are life savers in this heat. read more

In response to Michael R. Yes, let's keep it honest, Michael. Do not conflate the issue with claims of "other damages" when we're talking about one thing: a broken headlight. I have video documentation from Lexus of Henderson that the headlight was not damaged when your driver picked up the vehicle. It took from Jan 28 to Feb 3 to get that report from Lexus. I have the kind of relationship with my mechanic that gives me 100% confidence in his word that the vehicle arrived at his shop with the broken headlight. So determining the source of the damage is not rocket science, Michael. Finally, your "Customer's Vehicle Damage Report" has no oversight but your own so what actually is that piece of paper worth? read more

I called six places before another tow service answered the phone and said it would be more than two hours for towing, and quoted me $20 higher than these guys. These guys answered the phone on the second ring, and quoted me a great price, and reached me in 17 minutes. If I need towing again, I'll be calling them. Very super nice, helpful, and kind. I noticed he stuck around in the parking lot after dropping my car, to make sure I got in safely, too. I appreciate it. There were a couple of strange guys in the parking lot. read more

I can always depend on Mike for my towing needs rather than my own roadside assistance. 1 Touch Towing is now my #1 go-to when I'm in need of towing service. I needed my disabled vehicle towed from my home to the dealership for repair. Their response was fast, arrived ahead of when they said they would, called to let me know the ETA and the service was excellent. Sean is awesome. The car was front end first in the garage and would not go into gear to push it back into the driveway. Sean met the challenge as if it was not a problem, with a great "we got this" attitude. He is friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I was comfortable and had every confidence in him. He's a star employee in my view and you and he will come highly recommended to friends, family, and readers of reviews on yelp. You definitely met your commitment to exceeding expectations in customer service read more

Mike & Sherwood went above and beyond for me today. A feral cat had become stuck under my car hood at work, after jumping out from the hood of another car. Dee from Animal Control came & tried for a long time to get the cat out, but she couldn't reach the cat, and the cat just would not come out. She was called away to help Metro, so she suggested that AAA jack up the front of the car to make it easier to get the cat out, if it didn't come out by itself. Which it never did. However, Animal Control couldn't come back out when 1 Touch Towing was there. So Sherwood pulled my car out of the parking spot in neutral, and then raised the car up to try to get to the cat, even though he isn't Animal Control. It took him a long time to get to the cat, who was stuck up in an area that was really hard to reach. But Sherwood was persistent, and finally got the cat out. He was also graciously going to drive the cat to an animal hospital, but when he called Animal Control, they told him to let it go, because it's a feral cat. So Sherwood graciously drove the cat to another area, before letting it go. And even though Mike had to charge me, because Sherwood was there for so long, he gave me a discount. I really appreciate both of their assistance so much, for an issue that was not of my making, but that was also completely out of the realm of what they do. Thank you again! read more

I've experienced tow companies that left me paying a lot of money for horrible service and being treated with rude attitudes. NOT the case with this company. I was stranded at my grocery store parking lot. I called one company and the guy was extremely condescending to me, so I kicked him to the curb. Luckily, the next one I called was "1 Touch Towing", and the man answered with such a warm and compassionate attitude. He was there in no time. His name is Michael, and his vehicles are all state of the art. He towed me into my garage because it was getting late. He charged me a fraction of what these other companies wanted to charge me. The next morning I used "1 Touch Towing" again to tow me to my dealership. His son Michael Jr came with a state of the art vehicle and just as nice as his dad. These people charged me $50.00 less than other companies.. Seriously so affordable and the absolute sweetest people. This is a family owned business and they treat their customers with such compassion. They take pride in their work and their vehicles. They came within 30 minutes of me calling them. I never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for a tow company, but these people deserve more than 5 stars. I will be recommending this company to EVERYONE. 1 Touch Towing is the BEST!! Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. read more

Been going to Mike for a few cars now including my own personal flatbed. Very communicative, reliable, and priced well. You call they'll be there in a very reasonable time. Seriously the best in the business. My girlfriends car died in a not so great neighborhood in North East. We called a tow company and they quoted us a price. We waited around for over an hour and they hadn't shown. I called the company and they said it might be another hour which was very inconvenient. I went on Google and looked for another company and found 1 touch towing. They were absolutely amazing. Not only did they arrive in about 20 minutes. They were half the price of the other company. I'm so grateful to have found them and they will be my go to shop for all my towing. read more

Legit company and services. The office and dispatch was not only professional but friendly. The tow truck driver contacted me right after I hung up with the office to let me know when he would arrive & was at my house within 20mins of the initial contact. Sean was also friendly, had great communication, knew what he was doing and took great care with my specialty vehicle. (He did a great walk around & documenting before hooking it up to the flatbed, which I truly appreciate for more than one reason and is great for the company as well!) He had my vehicle to the shop within 20mins or so as well! I really appreciate great customer service and care; as it can be hard to find nowadays, so I had to say something....Thank you Sean for taking care of my vehicle like a boss!
