I have had great experiences with this store on Marks ST, they help with tire pressure when you need to fill up or are running low, and one of the most amazing helpful services they offer is free flat, or patch repair. I just got out of the store from my 2nd patch, they helped me with it under and hour, the waiting chairs are super comfortable, the guys are very professional and helpful, I haven't bought any tires from them yet but the services I have had from them this is my go to place just because I like how they treat their customers, customer service is such a huge part of business, and they do it right, I would highly recommend this store for anyone wondering. read more

I will never go to another Discount Tire ever. This place used scare tactics on my son to try to get him to buy 4 new tires when he went in for a simple flat repair. His tires are only 4 years old. The flat repair was a small nail in the center of the tread and they told him they could not repair it due to where the nail was located in the tire and that if he drove away it was very dangerous! What a bunch of bull! All they care about is selling new tires and making money. I had him leave and meet me down at the local tire shop who repaired the flat for $20 and we will go back to them when he does need new tires. Shame on you Discount Tire, what a joke! read more

Had a flat tire this morning & after AAA replaced it with the spare, I made an appointment with Discount on Marks St. Arron helped us out, doing a great job, explaining the process step-by-step, showing us a selection of tires & prices. Kudos to him. While they worked on replacing the tires, the Mrs & I went to the nearby Walmart, expecting a wait of an hour or so. Boy, was I wrong! In no time at all, Arron called & said the job was done & ready to be picked up. Four new shoes on our car & even replaced the spare. I ordered tires online - prepaid - had my wife take my 2500 Yukon XL over there - tires are great - BUT - I told them you have to check the tire pressure - the factory recommendations are 50 in the front and 80 in the back - I pull a trailer it will be unsafe if you don't get this correct - guess what a complete miss - tires are 50/50 - pay attention!! They told my wife they double checked - please pay attention - safety should be your number one priority!! I don't often drive at highway speeds anymore, but on the few times that I've driven 65-70 mph since having Discount Tire install new Motegi wheels, I've noticed a slight shimmy. I initially thought it might just be the road, but I've since found out that Discount Tire failed to install the required hub centric rings that ensure that the wheels are centered on the hubs. Peter the manager said come on in he would make it happen even though no more appointments were available. During pre inspection with the tech Lukas we notice sidewall failure on a couple of tires. Peter the store manager was able to secure me 4 new tires at a price I could afford and leave the store with on my vehicle an immediately alleviating any concern of a blown tire and vehicle damage. My brother brought his car here to patch a puncture. He didn't get the employee's name but it was an asian gentleman who claimed that the tire was too worn to patch. Discount tire refuses to patch a tire when it's worn to 4/32" of tread depth, but the tire was definitely not at that point (see picture). The employee refused to patch the tire and said the best he could do was to pump air into it and started giving options for buying a new tire. I told my brother to hold off and to go to another Discount Tire a couple miles away, where they said the tread depth was 6/32" and they patched the tire! This location has lost my trust and I would advise whoever comes to this Discount Tire, to be extra cautious and to get a second opinion before falling for these tactics. read more

Came in for a tire rotation that comes free when you purchase tires from them. Angel on of the reps looked up my records see if I was in the system which I was. Right away he told me I can't rotate my tires because it's staggered and no benefit from rotate. I said, I know it's staggered and wanted to rotate it side to side. Gave me attitude and said well you have to wait for an hour. I don't really know whats the fuzz.Tire rotation comes FREE with the purchase. I spent $1500 on tires and what I get is attitude from this guy Angel. I guess next time I need to change my tires I would go somewhere else. I went here to replace my tires. I noticed a lug nut cap missing after the service. The manager said they would order a replacement, and I would receive a follow-up within a week. I called to follow up because I never received an update after 2 weeks. Come to find out, the order eas never placed, and they had to order the part. I had previously dealt with Discount Tire to purchase a warranty on my tires which included road hazard. I ran over a small tool and it stuck in my tire. I called AAA and they came right over and helped with a temp repair to the tire and an air fill so I could go to Discount and get the tire patched. At first the manager tried to deny that I had purchased the warranty. Then he said the tire couldn't be repaired. He quoted me on two new tires that didn't match my existing tires. My tires are fine and all I needed was a patch. Instead the Mgr tried to upsell me and charge over $600 per tire. I now know why the old lady in their ad throws her tire through their window to "return". I will never go to Discount again. They can't be trusted. I went to a competitor that I had no warranty and they patched my tire at no charge. The competitor will get all my future business (4Wheel Parts). They are trustworthy and professional. Bad service. I made an appointment online because there was a nail in my tire. When I first went inside there early for my appointment, they completely ignored me. I had to ask 2-3 employees if they were going to see my car. Their response was "someone would be with you." & no one came. After talking to about 2-3 employees, someone finally served me & told me it would be a 30-45 minute wait when no one was even inside. Then, about 10 minutes later, they started asking me about this wheel lock which is something I never even heard of & I have been getting my tires fixed before at another company at another location. They were able to find it but claimed that they were not able to fix my tire at all because I didn't have a center piece to my wheel lock. They told me that they refused to work on my tire. They would rather me ride around with a nail in my tire risking a tire blow out! Do not come here, they are a bad company to go to. I highly don't recommend this place. read more
