Micro fix is the best tech store ever. Fixed my phone screen in under 20 minutes and cheapest option. Guy was super reliable and friendly and I definitely recommend this store to anyone. read more

I dropped my Galaxy Note 9 phone and cracked the screen glass. When I picked it up I also noticed that the battery was swollen. I found Microfix through Yelp. They were one of the few companies in my area that does Samsung repairs. The price was surprisingly low, because he didn't charge extra labor to install the battery, since the phone was already open for the glass repair. The parts were in stock and the whole process took only 3 hours. I came back in a few hours and the phone was finished. I do highly recommend Microfix for your phone repairs. read more

Quick and efficient with honest prices. Three hour turnaround to fix an iPad screen. Will definitely be back!

My MacBook Pro stopped working and Apple was not willing to upgrade the hard drive to a 2TB from my 1TB SSD. So I went to Microfix. I am giving 1 star (not zero stars) because the owner did not skip a beat and immediately agreed to refund the whole amount I paid for the repair. But, he lied and held onto the tax for a job he failed to do. I lost almost $40 bucks!! What was the issue? The new SSD hard drive failed in less than 24 hours. During the inspection and estimate process, I repeatedly had to correct Moustafa on what we agreed upon originally and he was way behind schedule the whole time. I almost decided to terminate the repair. We agreed on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and I had Apple inspect the laptop before returning it to Microfix. Apple informed me that the SSD hard drive was NOT OEM. Microfix substituted an inferior part and that part failed in less than 24 hours. I got to see the pics of the "Fledgling Feather" SSD. The components on the board were not applied professionally. They were crooked and the laminate was peeling! I am unsure if Moustafa, the owner, knew that the guy he outsourced the laptop job to did this. I confronted Moustafa and he admitted that he does cell phone repairs, not laptop repairs, even though he advertises he does laptop repairs. Don't take your laptop here! The reviews are fake!! I watched Moustafa give 20% discount flyers to customers who had repairs done as long as that customer gave him a good review! SCAM!! I like independent business owners, but Moustafa/Microfix gives them a bad name. AVOID THIS SCAMMER! read more

My daughter screen broke on New Years Eve and they were open New Year's Day! They offered such great customer service and the repair was fast and easy! The price was great better than a few places I called! I recommend for fast and easy, quality work! read more

Great service. Mustafa came to my house within half an hour when I called him. He replaced the cracked screens of two phones in no time. He used original Apple glass unlike many other businesses that I contacted. Also, his prices are very reasonable. read more

I found this place through Groupon, and decided to go in rather than purchase it through Groupon. The owner matched the Groupon price and threw in some freebies for coming in person. He was very informative on explaining and showing the difference between the after market screen and the original apple screen. I liked having the ability to chose which screen would be best for me. I've gotten my screen fixed before and they never explained which screen they used. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Hopefully, my screen doesn't shatter again but I would absolutely come back! read more

Mike is awesome!! Done in under 30 minutes and gave me an amazing deal. Can't beat the customer service anywhere. Thank you Microfix!!

Mustafa replaced the screen on my Surface Pro 4 while I was in town visiting family. He was very helpful getting the appointment set up ahead of time so I could capitalize on my time in town. He is very friendly and takes pride in his work. He explained the repair to me clearly, including the risks given the damage to the encasement, not just the screen. He completed the work on time and was transparent with his pricing. I would definitely recommend Mustafa for your repair needs. read more

The guy who fixed my mother in laws phone, sorry don't remember the name but i'm sure it was the owner, was super friendly and knew what he was doing. He fixed the back of the broken iphone 8 plus and it looked like new again. He finished same day before the time he estimated. I would def recommend for anything you need repaired. Very good price, honest, fast and friendly. read more

Microfix had the best price of everywhere in the area I called to fix my iPhone 11. When I arrived I was greeted by Mike who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He conducted tests before and after to make sure that my phone was working the way it's supposed to. The service was fast (under 20 min) and he even gave me a free screen protector and charger. read more

Wow! What a great business and owner. I had 2 emergencies come up during the holidays and got them both dealt with expeditiously. Mustafa was so kind and very accomodating to get a Iphone and Ipad repaired and back to me as quickly as possible. He even came to my house to drop off the ipad. Now that is service you won't get anywhere. Pricing was very fair and the time to get the work done as I already said was FAST! Use this business without any hesitation. They rock! read more

Technician was wonderful and EXTREMELY helpful. He throughly explained the differences in the prices of both screens available and then offered to test both on the phone to ensure we got the one we wanted. He was very quick with the repair and made sure that each and every fixture on the phone worked after replacing the screen. He then gave us a free gift after the repair was completed perfectly! 10/10 recommended this place over any other third party screen repair. read more

Mike was great! I was planning to get the aftermarket screen replacement via Groupon but he gave me a bunch of discounts for the Apple screen replacement which is way better in quality! I've had the repair done 3wks ago and everything is still working great (no blue tinting that cheaper screen replacements have been known to have). He also applied my personal screen protector and gave me some freebies too. Repair done in 20 min after walking in. Overall great experience and highly recommend this place! Thx mike for the great customer service and awesome deal! They price match and have 6mo warranty too! read more

Highly recommended! Owner is super nice and professional. Not only did he finish the super complicated laptop repair, but also take the time to communicate with me beforehand and help me understand the different options and risk factors. The repair job was completed in a timely fashion. The owner also cleaned the interior of the laptop free of charge. Will definitely come back! read more

I've had my IPhone screen replaced here twice now and it's always a good experience! They will match other companies prices and are super friendly! They don't try to sell you products you don't need and are always looking in your best interest. They fixed my screen in about 20 min! read more

Just go to Apple, spend a little more and save yourself the stress. I had Apple replace the battery on my phone and everything was fine after that. Then I cracked my screen and had this place replace the screen. After that I started to see hot spots and dark areas. The guy at Microfix blamed Apple for putting my battery in incorrectly causing pressure points. Again my phone was absolutely fine from the time my battery was replace until the new screen was put in. However, to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I took my phone back to Apple to see what they had to say. They told me the glass used here is NOT Apple and is thicker than the glass they use, which is why I have pressure points now. Both this place and Apple seemed to have valid points, but at the end of the day, my phone was fine for months after I had my new battery and only started to have issues once I came here. So again, just suck it up, make the appt., with Apple and pay the extra $20-$40 depending on what you need. You'll be much happier. read more

Microfix - Pressure points with new glass - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I would highly recommend going to Microfix to anyone I know! Mike was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The reason I picked this establishment to fix my cracked screen is because their pricing was way better than any other place that I had called, and I loved the fact that they only fix what's broken. The other places were trying to tell me they needed to replace aspects of my phone that weren't! I will definitely go back for any phone/laptop repairs as I was very happy with the quality of work. My phone is as good as new! Thank you, Mike! read more

Absolutely the place to go to get anything electronic fixed ! Awesome down to earth owner . He has you taken care of within 20 minutes . Couldn't be more happy going here will be coming here for future repairs . read more

I just moved to the area and had to fix my cracked screen. I had no LCD issue and it was just my glass. The owner told me parts were not available and he had to order a black glass replacement for my black iphone 7. I still went to the shop and he called telling me he suddenly had one while I was on my way. On yelp and his website the advertised price for iphone 7 glass is 125. And yelp offers 20% off for check in. He said no to those and charged me 135. When I picked up my phone the touch screen was not working and I was not able to do anything with my phone. He then told me go to an Apple store and they will re-calibrate it for me. So driving around through town for 40 minutes the Apple store said they cannot do anything because its a 3rd party repair. So I came back to the shop and he said he will just issue a refund. He then made me wait 3 hours to put my old screen on and issue the refund. Basically there are two types of glass replacement parts. Apple original and unauthentic knock off overseas manufactured. Most unauthentic do not work with newer iphones. He never told me this. This is why when apple does their screen replacement for 140$ btw theres no problems. They dont magically hook it up for calibration when replacing screens like he was telling me. I found another shop really close by who was honest and told me he has unauthentic and also apple original which I ended up going through. Im not sure how this company works with older phones but for iPhone 7 I would not recommend especially because the integrity of them to not be honest with a customer who chose their business over the 15 in the area. read more

Definitely the best customer service I've had from a phone repair place. He answered all my questions and explained the pricing and types of screen replacements they offered so I made the right choice, not just trying to upsell me like most places. He got me an appointment just a couple hours after my original message and fixed my screen in no time. I wasn't charged until after the replacement and he went through a checklist before and after to ensure my phone worked (Face ID, WiFi, Speakers, all that) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a screen replacement! :) read more

Went in to get my screen replaced. Paid $250 because the bald guy told me the factory screens were so much better. Picked up the phone and realized their was a pixel bubble the size of a quarter dime in the corner. Showed the tech and he said that it was something I did and that he can replace it for free with the aftermarket screen, which was now mysteriously just as good as the factory. He also fixed my screen and handed it back to me with both my cameras not working. So when I took it back in he wanted to charge me an additional $60 in labor to take my phone back apart and fix my cameras. Which he had the parts for when he repaired it the first time. Typical scams. Go to the repair place on Apache and McClintock. I'd have gone there but they were closed and it was an emergency. At least you'll get an honest business experience there because this place was garbage. read more

He stands behind his work and products.. I had to come back a couple times as the screen started to malfunction after it was installed. He was happy to make it right and replaced the screen without hesitation. Also had my camera lens replaced and seems to work as new so far! read more

This place is so great! The owner of the store was so helpful and fixed my crack screen right in front of me, and also tested other aspects of my phone to make sure everything was working the way it should be working. You can tell he absolutely knows what he's doing and what he's talking about, which is something that is really hard to find these days. He's very reasonable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional about his work. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family instead of going to the Apple Store or any other place that would charge an arm and a leg. Thank you so much! read more

I came here to get my iPhone 6s screen replaced after I completely shattered it at the gym and expected to wait about an hour. That's how long it took when I replaced an iPhone screen somewhere else a few years ago. It only took about 8 minutes here. The prices are reasonable, the customer service is fantastic, and the screen replacement is perfect! He even threw in a pop socket and a car mount. I don't want to shatter another screen, but if I do, I'm going here to get it replaced :) read more

Today (12/29/17) I went in to get my cracked screen on my phone fixed. The owner was there and repaired my phone in about 10 minutes just as promised. I've never gotten a screen replaced but chose this establishment because they use genuine Apple screens and not the cheap knockoffs. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He even tested my phones battery life and condition of my phone. I feel very confident saying that hands down, best and quickest place to get your phone fixed. read more

I've had my first review about this place almost 9 months ago and I'm so thrilled to see that he is still at his A-game on treating his loyal customers.
