I had my i lphone 7 plus screen and lcd replaced at uBreakiFix a few months ago and ended up dropping the phone and breaking it again so I came to Microfix to get a new screen and lcd because I always felt my phone was less responsive to my touch after I had it fixed with uBreakiFix. I walked in on my lunch break and met the owner Mike who greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was genuinely friendly. I told him my situation and how I felt that my screen was less responsive and he explained to me that they typically use aftermarket screens at other places and that they are the reason for the laggy response I was feeling and that when he opens the phone up he will be able to prove if a real apple screen and lcd was used or if it was a fake. Mike then grabbed a chair for me and had me sit right next to him as he dissected the phone in front of me. Come to find out after he opens the phone the screen is and lcd are a replica and the phone had screws missing!!! So Mike has extra screws he installed for me then proved to me that the screen he was installing had the apple logo and the other did not. On top of all the work he was already doing for me he then took the extra step and cleaned out all the dust in the speakers and made the phone look new inside and out. I couldn't be happier! This whole process maybe took 30 mins and my phone is like new again. I don't typically take the time to write reviews but this man deserves it! I wouldn't take my phone anywhere else. Thanks again! read more

My overall experience at Microfix exceeded all my expectations! I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer care I received from Mike at Microfix in Tempe. From the very first phone call, Mike, the owner, immediately put me at ease by offering a clear solution to fix a critical charging issue with my cell phone. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a competitive quote for an efficient repair. Impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the service, I also requested additional repairs to address a cosmetic screen issue and a longstanding data port connectivity problem. Mike quoted me a price for parts and labor that was far lower than his competitors. Thanks to his expertise, my phone now looks and functions like new. Mike also replaced the battery in my Samsung tablet at a very reasonable price! I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience with Mike at Microfix. Without hesitation, I highly recommend anyone in need of fast, professional, and affordable repairs for cell phones, tablets, or laptops to contact Mike at Microfix in Tempe. It's with great pleasure that I give Microfix and the personalized care I received from Mike a well-deserved "Five Star" rating! read more

MicroFix was able to fix both my husband's iPad screen and my son's screen which was first replaced by Ubreakifix. When they returned the iPad a free replacing the screen the home button stopped working and the touch screen wasn't working correctly. It would randomly type numbers and select other apps. We were beyond frustrated when we contacted them and they wanted to charge us again to fix the problem (which they had caused!) While MircoFix couldn't undo the home button issue, they replaced the screen and were able to stop the random selecting and typing. My son can use his iPad again without any problems. My husband screen is perfect and Mustafa installed the tempered glass screen protector we bought from him at no cost. We even got a 20% discount for being first-time customers. It was a great experience. He made me and my son's feel comfortable and confident in his ability to fix our screens. He communicated how long it would take and how he could help us. He was able to fix them both within 24 hours. While there are other phone and tablet repair places closer, we'll definitely be going back with any of our phone, tablet, or PC issues. Totally worth the drive! read more

It's never fun when you break your iPhone X screen, but it happened to me this week. I am new to Scottsdale and had no idea where I could go to get my screen replaced. A friend recommended that I try Microfix. I called the location on E Broadway. Mustafa, gave me options on the repair and costs for both and that he could fix it right then and it would only take 20 minutes. When I arrived, he was ready for me showed me both screen options and gave me prices for both. He was very helpful with making the correct choice for my phone. He made the repair in under 20 minutes, walked me through the functions of the phone to make sure the screen was 100% of my expectations. He gave me the old screen as well. He then offered me the opportunity to put a screen protector on, which I did have him do. Before I left, he gave me some nice free gifts that I found to be very useful. I would recommend the location at 1740 E Broadway to anyone. 2 days later and there has been no issues with the screen and it has a 1 year warranty. Thank you for taking great care of me and my phone. read more

Took my daughter to get her phone fixed last night and the owner had told me he wouldn't be able to get to it until the morning because he was really busy. Well I think after awhile he could see my daughter would have been traumatized without her phone that long because when I asked for the screen and I'd just fix it myself he wanted to make sure it was done correctly so he set aside his work and fixed her phone himself. As he said to my daughter, "I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing it for your dad" He has a daughter also and knows how us fathers would do anything for them. I have to say, he is the best at what he does and has the best prices. Don't use GroupOn either, he will match that price for anyone. THank you sooo much for helping us last night, my daughter and I truly appreciate you taking the time to get the screen fixed. Most amazing customer service. read more

I found this place on yelp and called them. I got a text back right away from both numbers I called and a phone call. They let me know how long it would be of a wait right away and even text me the address and asked if I was lost because I was running late. When I arrived they where very kind to me and my son and let me know how long it would be about the warranty and tried to see how many discounts I was eligible for. The wait was short even though someone was ahead of me. The guy even gave us both a free little gift and made sure I took a picture of my receipt to not lose the warranty. I spent extra for a case and protector Bc I was so impressed with their service. Highly recommend this place. Local small business like this deserve our support. Tell them you found them on yelp and checked their reviews out. They need to know what's working for them. read more

Incredibly impressed with this place! DISCLAIMER: i break my phone at least once every 3-4 months I'm not even kidding. I found them on yelp and I can't tell you how glad I am I didn't go to the usual place! He actually told me everything that was wrong with my phone and how he was going to fix it. I really appreciate that because the place I usually go never tells me anything.. they want their money and that's it. It turned out I had water damage (which I had no clue about). He told me a new battery and LCD and a screen repair was 170. Which is WAAAAYYY cheaper than the other place.. He was so freaking fast too!! It only took about 1 hour total, dropping my phone off, fixing it, and getting it picked up. Usually I can expect about 2-3 hours. I can't say enough good things honestly! Thank you so much!! read more

My husband and I started coming to Microfix when we were dating a few years ago, and we have always received The best work and best quality out of the services here at Microfix. The price is is honestly the best that you will get! What stands out to me the most about Microfix is the owner, Mustafa. He moved here a few years ago from Istanbul and you can tell he works really hard and really cares about the people he serves and the work he's doing. When he found out that me and my husband had finally gotten married, he gave me a new case as a wedding gift and wished us a happy marriage. From all the tempered glass, new Apple screens, and phone cases, everything works great! I cannot stress enough how great Microfix is,everybody needs to come here for all their phone needs!! Thank you again Mustafa! read more

Great experience at MicroFix!! Replaced my screen (iPhone 6s) within 20minutes! Great deals, Great warranty, Great customer service and super knowledable. I was very nervous to get it replaced as I've heard it's a hit or miss to get it fixed correctly with no issues after but it's been a few days and everything is working perfectly!! He made the entire process less stressful and also reassured me of the replacement and of course the 6month warranty was a BIG plus which most places I've went to only do 30 to 60 Days, honest about his product and he makes sure it's done right! No complaints my phone is working better even, I'll be going back soon for my battery replacement! Thank you so much for your services, I'll be back!! read more

This is my go to place to get all things digital fixed. The owner is one of the nicest people around town. You can drink a cup of coffee while he fixes your device in minutes and his work is impeccable. He'll tell you the truth about whether you have authentic parts within your device or if they are aftermarket, as these things mean alot when it comes to quality and performance. He knows his stuff and you should always chose him to go to if you want quality service and exceptional customer service. He also has a variety of helpful as well as fashionable accessories competitively priced. I won't go to another place for my digital device needs. Check him out, you'll be happy that you did! Best regards :) read more

Great customer service! Thought I needed a new USB port, new battery, and new screen... turns out the USB port just needed to be cleaned which they did free of charge! There was a slight imperfection in the screen... was told to bring it back if it didn't go away.... brought it back and had it replaced again, but the only screen he had had more imperfections... he gave me the phone back and said he'll get new screens by EOD and call me to come back. He did just that and threw in a tempered glass protector for my troubles! Not much he could do about defects in his screens, but he did what he could to make a frustrating situation the best he could! read more

As other reviews have correctly pointed out, Mustafa is very nice and friendly. I went there to get the screen on my tablet replaced. Once the screen was replaced I found an area on the screen not responding to touch. I got in touch with Mustafa again and although he was not sure if the screen was a problem, he offered to order and try a new screen, which eventually worked. Writing the review from the same device. I am very impressed by the service I received at this place, that too at a price that can't be beat. I strongly recommend Microfix... God forbid, but if something happens to any of my devices from now on, this will be my go to place. read more

Great place, experienced staff. Your mobile phones are safe here. Prices are very competitive, I can say the best in the market. You don't even have to go to the place, they accept deliveries by mail. You can just send them your broken mobile phones or tablets by mail and receive them back repaired. This is so great, isn't it? Or if you live nearby and just want to visit the store you will enjoy how these guys are really caring and kind I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in Arizona who have issues with their phones and tablets and have them taken good care of read more

My iPhone 6 needed a full glass & LCD replacement, while trying to find the best price in Tempe I stumbled upon Microfix who had an offer for a 30% discount for your first repair. Being the cheapest choice I went on my lunch break to get it fixed. The owner was the most helpful guy I've met, he had me out of there in 30 minutes! He also gave me a discount on a glass screen protector as well as a new phone case. I've never broken a phone and had it fixed so soon, it was a refreshing experience. I recommend Microfix to anyone looking for an affordable price and good quality! read more

I came here with a same day appointment for a shattered screen on my iPad Air. It also had a bowed screen from the crack. Not only was I'm done in a couple hours but Mike fixed the bowed screen at no additional cost!! He was friendly, quick and VERY well priced. He even put a new screen protector on the iPad! I would recommend Microfix to ANYONE! I am very happy with the choice to come here! They also do a pick up and drop off service for a small fee! Can't beat that! Thank you Mike and Microfix I will definitely be back for any other services I may need in the future! read more

Mustafa is the best! I just went in last nite for the second time. He did an awesome job the first time, and that's why I came back when my screen needed replacement just recently. I hit the screen full on w a pool motor bearing and as you can imagine it wasn't doing too well. Thanks to Mustafa I was in and out at a fabulous price. He has a gift for greeting his customers w a warm smile and making them feel welcome and appreciated. I'm even rocking the kickstand/hand-holder button he gave me and my wife. I'm telling anyone I see w a messed up screen to go to Microfix. read more

My IPad had a massive crack across the screen that caused pixels to go black which made half the screen unusable. Many people quoted me to fix the display screen with 400+ but Mustafa had it done for me for $200, half the price. He stayed true to the quote amount and even gave me a 20% off discount which was a great treat. From the moment I walked into the store, he also treated me with the upmost respect and kindness that made the service all the better. Would definitely recommend this place! Make the trip its well worth compared to other vendors in the AZ area. read more

I had two iPhone screens repaired at Microfix and will definitely keep coming back here in the future for all my electronic needs! The screen replacements were reasonably quick and you won't find a better price anywhere in the Valley. (Students get a discount!) Unlike other repair shops that feel as though they just want to take you money, the people at Microfix genuinely want to help you out and fix your electronics. Mustafa, the owner, helped me out both times and was kind enough to explain the process of the repair and the quality of the screen replacement. read more

Had a great experience here! Clear they have a well stocked inventory available to handle most issues and also noted that they will source the parts for delivery if needed for the repair. Clean and well kept store; extremely friendly, attentive staff with well versed technical expertise. Very efficient and offered some advice on what to be on the lookout for with my aging (but now working!) phone screen, but didnt push anything or press for a fix, just provided helpful advice. All in all, would recommend and had a genuine good experience. read more
