I told the gentleman that I wanted to make a return but wanted to see if they have what I needed in the electronics section. The associate was very professional. I mean he did an outstanding job engaging with me. I didn't get his name but he sets the standard for customer interaction. They put the right person in the right place on July 4th @12:42 pm. Everyone was cordial and engaging and I appreciate Jaylen for going above and beyond assisting me with my return, regardless of getting the wrong controller. It's hard to tell because the box is sealed. I've always had excellent customer service here.
