Not only was the process super fast, but the staff were really nice and made the whole experience a breeze. I purchased an Arcade1Up Ms.Pacman/Galaga Deluxe game cabinet from them for $369.99 and they sent me an email stating it would be delivered in 6-7 days. THEN the next morning I receive an email stating that the sale was for pick-up only (a lie) and that my payment has been canceled and refunded. I did a Google search after I purchased hoping to find a second at that price but their ad no longer appeared. BUT this morning all of a sudden their ad is back up via Google search and now it's $429.99. I suspect they screwed up and priced it at a "pick-up" price and when they realized their mistake they just canceled my purchase and re-listed it. VERY shady, buyer beware.... read more

They advertise they take phones no matter how old. I brought in 4 cell phones. They told they wouldn't buy them because they were too old. They were all in good shape and worked. That's false advertising and against the law. Will never go there again and WILL NOT RECOMMEND to anybody. read more

The staff were very nice, they were very helpful. But everything else was not great, I came in expecting to make a few hundred dollars for the 4 items I brought in. It took about 20 minutes for them to calculate the prices for each. I had no item I was expecting to get at least $150. They told me the item I brought in was in great shape and looked brand new. Then they told me what they were gonna give me. $100 for 4 items. I brought in a quest 2, two 3ds consoles and a switch. The switch wasn't in the best condition but everything else worked and looked great. I thought they were gonna give me $100 for each but no. $100 for everything. I went to the PayMore Bustleton store at 10090 Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19116. I drove 35+ miles to get to the store with all of my electronics I wanted to sell. Particularly 2 laptops that were only 2-3 years old and in perfect condition with Windows 11 OS , charger, mouse with dongal. Along with that, I had 2 printers with ink still in them, and a portable TV. Not only did the store manager treat me disrespectfully, he told me there was no way he would buy unless the products were still in their original boxes and practically new. . He also insisted my HP laptops were similar to chromebooks, which they positively weren't. This to me is false advertising by PayMore, where they promise to buy all devices, even if they are broken. This was by far the biggest waste of my time and gas to drive all that way for a store to treat me like crap and refused to accommodate me with any fair offer. This was my first time coming here. I had a few electronic items I wanted to get rid of and finally let go. To my surprise they had a lot of items for sale and in great condition. I spoke to Scott who took the time to explain the process to me and some of the items they have in stock, what they are likely to take in a trade, etc. Overall he was helpful plus the store was in nice shape. To be honest this place might be the expanded version of gamestop. Instead of just taking games they take electronics they can sell. and we (consumers) get to buy items at a reasonable price. I've used PayMore COUNTLESS times, both to sell and buy. I have NEVER had a bad experience, felt belittled, nor left unsatisfied. At this point I've dealt with most of the guys who work in the store and they all are pleasant and always greet me with a smile. My friend on the shop side has great opinions and always seems to know what he's talking about and is honest if he's not sure on something. Doesn't rush or pressure me to buy something and always willing to answer questions even if I'm just looking. The guys behind the buy counter, have always treated me with respect and fairly. Always fair numbers or a explanation as to why it's not what was excepted. I recommend stopping by here first for any consoles/handhelds/watch/phone/appliance you could need. Alright now I have been going to Gamestop for the past 15+ years buying and selling games. We all know how cheap they are when it comes to selling games and how bad they price they're used items such as games and consoles. So I came to this store to see what I would get for some used items and look at what they have in stock. They have new console games for more than 50% off what GameStop would charge. I wanted battlefield 1 for my Xbox one and at GameStop it would be $50 for a used copy. I came here to pay more and I got it for $25 which is also way less than what Amazon offered as well. Didn't have the best experience here and it was not because they were not interested in some of what I was looking to sell. From the moment I approached the counter the guy working (younger, skinny, dark hair) was smug. I said I was looking to sell some video games to which he a sarcastic comment about which before knowing what I had. They are sitting in a pile in front of you. Just look through them. Isn't that your job? Was not welcomed with any type of friendliness you would expect from a smaller operation. You are better off just going to GameStop. I've been here 3 times. I was told that they would pay higher for any video games I have that are Factory sealed and never been opened. But then they offered me $25 for a factory sealed Halo 5 which retails 60 dollars plus tax. I got it as a gift and its never been opened yet they offered me the same price as if it were played for months, I went and returned it to Walmart for store credit. PayMore might think they Pay More but it's because they're so used to offering lowball prices to people in need of rent money or drug addicts that would've taken the $25 they offered me. So if you're a drug addict then PayMore is the place for you, but if you're a normal person just trying to sell your electronics and you're not desperate for money: take my advice and put it on Craigslist. You'll end up getting twice as much than what they offer. read more
