When I came in for my appointment, I was paired with Mark S., and his customer service was truly exceptional. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best option. Not only did he secure a deal that beat all major competitors, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. Although I haven't committed to services yet, I felt compelled to share my experience because it exceeded my expectations. I went to this location 5070…read moreSunrise Hwy in massapequa. to resolve an issue with my phone being on SOS due to SIM card issue and the gentleman that helped me paid more attention to his cellphone than to the issue I was having. i had to repeat multiple times what my issue was He had me dial my phone number and follow steps to connect to a customer service using the stores phone and be walked away into the back room. there must have been a connection issue with Verizon line because the system continued to ask me to enter my phone number over and over again until if finally disconnected. I had to ask some one else to call the guy that was helping me from the. ack room. when he came out i told him what happened and after a few attempts to get me connected to a rep he finally was able to do so. I asked him to stay around because I would most likely need him again but he was still paying more attention to his text messages and walked away...surely enough the customer representative on the phone asked me questions that I wasn't able to answer and asked me to remove the SIM card something I could not do because I had nothing small enough to help me get it out. By this time I asked for someone else to help me because the person that was supposed to be helping me was in the back room hiding and probably still texting. I had a very disappointing experience at this location, there was no care for customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

My nightmare started in March 2025 when I went to this Massapequa store on Sunrise Hwy and brought 5 lines from Tmobile. The salesman and the manager promised to best my grandfather Tmobile plan of $250 after tax. Shameless salesman guaranteed their first line responder plan: for around $198 before tax, 5 free phones with unlimited data & text. Complete scam artist; turnout the phones were not free; data were not unlimited etc and my fist bill was $758, second $580, third $365. Two managers at different Att stores in Manhattan were disgusted for the deceitful treatment that I received in Massapequa because no current plan can beat what I had with Tmobile. They couldn't remedy the situation and advised me to continue reaching out to Customer Care. After 90 days of fighting, managers at Massapequa are nevrr around, same for the disgraceful salesman. Customer care was no different, even worst. This nightmare with At&t cost me for only 3 months nearly $7,000 total including 5 phones. The salesman took my 5 Tmobile phones which he was not supposed to since the plan did not require. Customer Care @ At&t can't find where the phones are since he, the salesman said he sent them to Corporate. I went back to Tmobile after 90 days, and since the Att salesman kept my tmobile phones; I had to buy 5 new phones; but the Customer care from Tmobile was unbelievable and helps me during the transfer back with discounts to compensate for the lost from At&t, since I was a Tmobile customer for over 15 years. I had to acquire an attorney for help. Unbelievable.

I had popped in to discuss getting a new phone and was paired up with Wilson. He brought me through every step effortlessly, including finding the $500 that T-Mobile was giving me off of a new phone (from the "original" cost of $800 down to $300). When the time came, he transferred everything from my old phone to my new one, discussed all the fees (including those silly activation fees) and then he did a factory reset on my old phone so I knew everything was cleared from it. He told me what was going to happen every step of the way - no funny business. Most importantly my bill reflects exactly what we had discussed, including the discounts. Not sure if it's still active but I called this store about a Magenta Max promotion, and spoke to Steven T. who by phone was able to answer all of my questions about pricing, benefits and the process of opening accounts with T-Mobile. He respected my time as well, actually coming into the store during the time that I could make it, to get me set up. I got 3 lines moved over from AT&T and setup with T-Mo, this process took less than hour.

    So first off this company is offering a 5% discount for " good reviews and mentioning the techs…read morename" If that isnt manipulating their yelp reviews nothing is Second off, I brought my phone in for a repair that was supposed to be covered under the extended warranty from Google. The manager hid in the back like a coward and made the counter person tell me that they aren't accepting the warranty because of these deep scratches in the screen but otherwise the warranty would have been covered because they don't think Google would accept it. This manager is an absolute loser. Happy when these stores close down. Stay away from these scum.

Then, after another week and a half, I called again and was told the parts had finally arrived and that I could come in to get my laptop fixed. So I show up, ready to finally get this issue resolved--only to be told the parts were never delivered and that someone had called me to let me know. That was a straight-up lie. No one ever called me. No updates, no communication--nothing. Every single step of the way, I had to chase them down for answers. This place wasted an entire month of my time, and for what? Nothing. I could have gone somewhere else and had my laptop fixed weeks ago. Instead, I got lied to, strung along, and ignored. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and downright shady businesses I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else--unless you enjoy getting scammed, lied to, and having your time completely wasted.
