I have a business account, and after I moved to a new location about six months ago, I didn't even use my Verizon internet once -- simply because I hadn't set up service at my new address yet. About five months ago, I called Verizon to close my account, but their representative convinced me to keep paying for my phone line, saying it would be easier since my equipment was already paid off. I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. Now, after six months of paying for a service I never used, I decided to finally close everything. But when I called, instead of helping me, Verizon forced me to pay for another month -- even though I clearly explained that I haven't been using the service at all. Their customer service is unbelievably slow and unhelpful, their website and mobile app constantly malfunction, and their billing practices are beyond unfair. Verizon only cares about money, not their customers. I'm done with them, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about this experience. Stay far away from Verizon -- especially if you value honesty and fair treatment

Right as I walked in, I was greeted at the door by a friendly staff member who asked what I was looking for. When I explained that I needed an external hard drive, they quickly pointed me in the right direction, which made finding what I needed super easy. That small gesture already set a positive tone for the visit. Once I got to the section, the associate there was just awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the different external hard drives and explained which one would work best for storing all my photos and videos to help free up space on my phone. He broke everything down in a clear and simple way, which made me feel confident about the purchase. I could tell he really knew his stuff, and that made the experience not just helpful, but actually enjoyable. The best part was how smooth the whole trip was--I was in and out within minutes, which is something I really appreciated. Considering I haven't had the best experiences at Best Buy in the past, this visit completely changed my perspective. If I can continue to get excellent service like this, I'll definitely be making Best Buy one of my go-to spots again. This really felt like the kind of customer service experience that stands out.

The last one did try hard but recommended going to Apple. The first " genius server" was able to get into my phone, which was a relief and we didn't have to wait for service either. Next we worked with ED, who was a team leader I think. Anyway, ED was amazing! He was calm, patient, knowledgeable , not rushed. He ran us through what to do with the phone. We were however more interested in getting an upgrade on the phone and getting s new one , which we did. They don't work on commission, which is nice also. Not pushy . They also have a better selection of phones than the authorized Verizon or T-Mobile stores. Anyway, Ed is amazing as are most of their other servers.

I was given quite the hefty quote so I left and inquired with Zagg, which was directly in front. I was given a quote for 1/2th the price and needless to say, I was a happy camper. Not only did they give me a good deal but the gentleman fixed the screen right in front of me, in less than15 minutes! I also purchased a black Zagg brand case ($10 cheaper than similar competitor cases) and a screen protector. The back do the case is matte so it really provides good grip, minimizing chances of slippage. My phone feels and operates as good as new- thanks Zagg!

After my first one broke I went back and they over charged me for the a new phone. I just wanted a cheap phone to hold me over until I could get a good one. They charged me a 100.00 dollars and when I got home the same cheap phone was on amazon for 55.00 bucks. Less then 2 weeks later my wife's phone went. Once again I went back to this store to see if they could fix and they said it was not worth to fix it and I should just buy a new phone. I could not take myself to buy another phone from here and went to the att store about 2 miles away and got a phone from them. When I showed them my wife's phone the first thing they asked was if I dropped it in water. I said no why. They stated that the water labels were removed from the phone and also from the battery. We fix phones sold me both of the phones as new but as you can see this is not the case. BEWARE to all don't buy phones from this store or the one about a mile south on route 110 across from the mall.
