Great store with pretty much everything you would need. Came here to get a picture framed and Dawna was particularly helpful. She told me that custom framing wouldn't have the picture ready by the time we needed it, so she pointed out some other good options. In particular, she also highlighted the buy 1 get 2 sale (!). I actually didn't arrive at the store until about 20 minutes before closing. And in that time I was actually able to browse around a little, find some options, ask some questions, then ask some more questions, do a video call back home to confirm, check out, and still have some time to spare. So overall a very efficient and pleasant experience.

We had know clue on how to create a masterpiece of a Graduation frame. Along came Micheal the Store Manager and he walked us through step by step by choosing and deciding the frame, background, size, boarders. It was awesome He asked questions and made sure that we were satisfied with our decisions. Great Customer Service on his part.

I visited this location on a Thursday evening around 7pm. It wasn't busy that evening. There was one cashier and a few people waiting in mins to make a purchase, including me. There was an Indian customer with a young child who was seeking for help with "foam tap". The cashier kept telling that Indian customer she was having a hard time understanding her despite people in line was translating for the cashier what she wanted help with. Eventually, the Indian customer just said she needed help a couple of times. The cashier then paged another associate to help the Indian customer to locate what she needed. The cashier was very friendly to me but I didn't feel good when I walked out of the store.

Great looking store. Absolutely horrible selection of model paint. Not a single color on my list! None of the colors are organized. Their spray paints are not even for models. Zero model supplies beyond Xacto knives/blades.

Had a great time visiting this card shop while shopping in this Santa Clara plaza! It's a medium…read moresized shop with lots of merchandise from boxes, video games and cards from sports, pokemon, and one piece! It's a clean shop with lots of merchandise protected by glass windows and neatly labeled with the price. It's a bit on the higher side from card shops I've been to. It's fun to see families enjoy pokemon with their kids! It's so cool to interact with other pokemon fans who are passionate about collecting.

When I first walked in, the box was clearly marked at $359.99. I went to the counter, and to be fair, the employee was helpful and gave me a reasonable offer of $365 in store credit, which I agreed to. No issues there. But when we walked over to grab the hobby box, the price had suddenly jumped to $510.99. That's a huge difference, and it happened while I was literally in the store. When I pointed it out, I was told they were "updating prices" and that they could only honor the original price if I had taken a picture of it. That's not how you run a business. Changing prices during store hours--especially while a customer is actively making a purchase--is unprofessional and unfair. Expecting customers to take pictures of price tags just in case they change minutes later is ridiculous. I understand prices fluctuate, especially in collectibles, but updates like that should be handled before opening or after closing--not in the middle of a transaction. This experience left a bad impression, and I'd be cautious about doing business here again.

It can get very busy in the evenings after people get off work and due to playing card events, but looking past that, I think it comes to show that it's a space for community to come together to enjoy and appreciate Pokémon cards, Magic, Yu-gi-oh, etc together! I have asked the staff numerous questions about cards in general because I was coming into the hobby without very much knowledge, but they have been so patient and kind. The card values are also competitive and affordable - great place to visit to get yourself specific single cards for your collection. they also have lots of cute trinkets and knick knacks to peruse through as well. I got a really cute Miffy license plate frame from here as well. Anyway, great space, thank you for being here and being a part of my recent quiet time routine. Can't wait to see the space grow and change in the coming years too.

Came here on a Sunday in the afternoon as I had open some packs the other day and realize I need sleeves and some kind of protector. When I walked in there was a whole group of people playing card games, not sure what but an insane view for me seeing this many people in a store. Anyways, went straight for the Pokemon card area and looked for what I needed. Originally needed a binder but I saw a card holder and some maroon sleeves, so I went with that for now until I find something I like. Wasn't sure where the cashier was as it seemed like I could go up to any of them. But they were also casually talking to customers. So it discouraged me a little bit since I didn't want to disturb them. But as soon as one person looked like they were free I swooped right in. Transaction was effortless and I was on my way, on my way out too I saw a Bulbasaur shrine and thought that was pretty cool. So when does Charmander get one LOL

Feb 01, 2026 I…read morevisited the Bandai Gashapon earlier today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The employee with black hair and glasses came across as rude toward another customer, speaking in a condescending manner and appearing to assume the customer was a scalper. Watching this interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. When other customers tried to ask questions, the same staff member was dismissive and rolled his eyes a few times, which made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. A store like this should feel fun and inviting, especially for collectors and fans who are genuinely excited to be there. That said, I want to be clear that I do like this store overall and have had positive experiences with other staff members in the past, who have always been friendly and helpful. This particular interaction stood out in an unfortunate way and left me feeling disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and addresses the situation, because this type of behavior is not okay and takes away from what should be a positive experience.

It also looks like they play some games or tournaments here which seems really fun!
