    Happy Planner stickers on sale
    Rachel E.

I've been coming to this Michaels for years, mainly for planner craft supplies. Their planner section has slowly dwindled and they got rid of their in-house planners, which I really liked. They usually have coupons, although their coupons have been less than in the past. If you want a deal on planner supplies, either wait for a 40% or 50% coupon, OR wait until the start of the year when they begin to heavily discount stock. Unfortunately, if you don't like Happy Planner, you don't have too many options anymore. Their store is clean enough. Employees can be helpful when needed. Not a fan of the big new self checkout kiosks they put it at the front of the store. Now there's only one actual employee checking out a time, which means it's more of a wait if you actually want to be helped by someone. The kiosks are better for folks who just want to go in and out, I suppose.

Got both of items framed with the help of Melissa (blue frame), and Spencer (longer industrial frame). Love both of them, Master Acrylic is the way to go for those that don't know. Really makes it lightweight and moveable without the weight of glass. Thanks for both of them!

I went to Michael's for a picture frame. Upon searching for the right size and frame color, I decided it was not meant to be as nothing fit. I stopped at the framing counter and spoke to a lovely lady named Michelle. Although she was working on another project, she put it away and helped me. She found the perfect frame and created a mat that would fit the print. 30 minutes of problem solving and she just asked for a "smile" in return. Kudos to Michaels for hiring such a gracious and helpful employee. Thank you Michelle! You are the best.

I have zero complaints about shopping at this store! We were looking for a new Christmas tree and Black Friday seems to be the day to do it. And at 60% off I think we got a deal. While we were looking at the trees a nice young lady came over and asked if we needed any help, once we found the tree we wanted of course there weren't any on the floor. She called the back and the tree we wanted was wheeled right up on a cart. Then of course I had to take advantage of the 60% off Christmas sale and buy some cute little gifts. Check out was quick and easy and we spent very little money on great stuff and we are ready to kick off the holidays!

Triple matting picture came out incredible.

Great customer service always needs to be applauded. Especially on a website like Yelp. If you don't know there use to be a store called Aaron Brothers Art Mart that did incredible custom framing jobs. I may sound a little biased, because I used to be a picture framer for Aaron Brothers, years and years ago in Southern California. Now Aaron Brothers is in with Michael's supply stores. When I took my picture in the framing department manager, Melissa was there to help me with all my needs. Originally my picture was supposed to be ready the day before Thanksgiving, but some of the matting got pushed back to being delivered until Black Friday. When I called on my original day, I had talked with Melissa and she said somebody would call me when it was done. I'm gonna give them the benefit of the doubt because this really is a busy time of the year with that being said, I did not get a call and I ended up calling them to see when it would be ready. To my surprise it was ready and I went to pick it up. Melissa herself was there and I told her that I never got a call and she gave me a partial refund for my inconvenience without even asking for anything. That is A-1 customer service. Secondly, the picture was set up for hooks on each end, and I wanted the wire that runs across the back and she immediately broke out her framing spool of wire and threaded it completely professional in a matter of minutes. I did let her know my unhappiness about it, but Melissa is a very nice person and a very experienced framer and they did an incredible job. During this hectic time of the year, remember that people working in customer service jobs sometimes might let something slip but when something like this happens in return, you can't do anything but be grateful for there still being great customer service out there. The picture is of a save from the Golden Knights goalie in game one of the Stanley Cup. See the attached picture for the wonderful job they did.

It's been locally owned since the 1950's and their inventory and services respond to us locals which is really a switch from nationally or franchised owned companies/businesses. You actually are offered what you want and need. They also have an online catalog, art classes, and picture and photo framing and more. My parents really appreciated them and made good use of their supplies since they moved to Las Vegas in the 1970's. I have known the owner since I started needing architectural and art supplies, while attending UNLV in the 2000's. They have been a constant and reliable resource for me and anyone I direct to them. Support this great business as it gives back in spades.

I brought in a complex three-part piece that measured a total of 82" x 42", and they matched and framed each section with incredible precision. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I dropped it off, but CJ went above and beyond. The only thing worth mentioning is that it took a little longer than other places would have to complete. That said, it makes sense when the quality is this high. If you're looking for top-notch framing, this is the place. Just plan to give them a bit of extra time to work their magic.

I came from hawaii & hawaii people know that the closet thing to a Hobby Lobby is Ben Franklin crafts store. Selection it's a lot and with all different seasons. Really excited for fall and xmas again. Anyways , we came here to buy graduation things for a lei to make and they were all out. It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. He went to look up their inventory and kindly told us that he's awaiting a new batch that would come in wednesday which is today and he said to just call first thing in the morning and have the staff out some on hold with Jeff's request. I never called in the morning because i was too busy BUT at 5pm ish i called, they still had some in stock and they kept it for me til closing (8pm). It's creepy if you're not ready for all the jesus stuff staring down at you. This place is the worst money grab of crafts stores, if you ask me. Went in June 26th, summer began June 21st. The spring stuff is on some clearance at the front doorway, there are a couple rows of Independence Day things at the front of the store, but the rest of it has been overtaken by the pumpkins, leaves and "It's fall, y'all" signs already. Kind of a shame for hobbyists because don't a lot of people have hobbies so they can relax and enjoy their time? Not speed through and leave the year behind, getting ready for fall the same week that summer began. Yuck. And if Christian values or whatever are added, their employees sure arent indicative of it as they scurry around trying to avoid customers and/ or roll their eyes and brush them off if they so happen to be caught by one. Anyways, some cute things here and there, nothing original. Mostly a bunch of stuff made in another country (you know) on display, marked up so they can put "Everything with red yellow orange tags 30 50 90% off!!"-signs in front of them. Obviously, buy what you have/ want to, but don't fall for their "buy it now or it might not be on sale later!"- game. If you shop for your home decor here, you will surely find a duplicate painting or dish or pillow at a friend's house too. Save the planet, buy secondhand! ;)

There's a wide variety of slimes to choose from, and everything is well-presented. The atmosphere of the store is also fantastic--bright, fun, and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to browse and shop. That said, there was one thing that stood out to me in a not-so-great way. I noticed employees cleaning the floors on their hands and knees, scrubbing manually. While I appreciate the effort to keep the store clean, it felt a bit unusual and outdated--especially in 2026 when there are more efficient and ergonomic cleaning tools available, like mops or other equipment. It also made me think about employee comfort and working conditions. I noticed this while walking by during closing time, and it still felt a bit strange to see that level of manual scrubbing instead of more standard cleaning methods. Overall, I would still recommend this shop for its awesome products and positive vibe. I just hope management considers updating their cleaning practices to something more practical and employee-friendly.
