The design could definitely use some rethinking or maybe a little AI help

The redesign was not needed IMO, but it does feel more open which is nice so you don't feel cramped walking around others. There's usually some good deals if you are patient. On one of my visits earlier in the year I found a newer modem for $60 that was marked down from $150. Amazon had for $160. On my most recent visit, Pillowfort brand items were 25% off. They make really cute decorations for kids' rooms. They also have a line of popular weighted stuffed animals (vary from 2-3lb). Full disclosure, our house has at least 8 different Pillowfort weighted animals sitting around. The kids and our cat loves them...and I enjoy the feeling of them on my legs or chest when relaxing. The grocery area has many of the items you will find at other supermarkets but you can find discounted chicken breasts and butcher items here within a few days of their pull date. As I was browsing through the sections, I noticed a v long line for cutting (about 12 people) and 4 staff working the cutting counter. I found a piece of cut fabric which I really liked but couldn't tell how much it cost. The price signs were inconsistent. There was no help on the floor. I made my way through the line to pay and told the cashier i didn't know how much it was but I wanted the whole thing. I told her I had a tape measure and was told I would have to go wait into the line for cutting to have it measured. The young woman had a whole lot of condescension in her tone and zero amount of helpfulness. It was my first time there and I was embarrassed by the staff with their attitude in front of the long line of customers waiting behind me. I actually heard some laughter. It was almost like she was a bully.
