    Chicken BLT salad

Their burgers are delicious! Made to order, over real firewood grill. They are a little pricer than most but are made with fresh ingredients. And they have a vegetable/salad bar where you can add whatever and as much as you want to your burger.

    The $10.45 "BLT" Lol. pathetic.

Ordered the BLT sandwich. Cost $10.45 They just gave me toast and bacon. Lol No lettuce. No tomato. Just pathetic.

Went in for lunch as I had never been, but seen many times. Very big inside. Large, varied menu. Big salad bar. I had the brisket plate. I wanted burnt or fatty ends, but the lady taking the order didn't know what that was and she asked another and they didn't know. So, I got sliced brisket anyway. For me, it was dry. That's what happens when all the fat is trimmed off or it's cooked too long. Flavor was there. And the portion was large, 4 big pieces. For me, it was ok, probably should have steared clear of the brisket when the ladies didn't know what I was asking for.

Overpriced and mediocre at best. The hamburgers had a good presentation but you could get the same thing at Burger King.

Saint Blaise is a fantastic choice for a more formal brunch, lunch, or dinner in Midland, TX…read more MISSED MARK Getting the cons out of the way... The reason it missed the 5-star mark with me was our waitress was slow to do everything. Even with taking our drink order. Then our food order. The worst was waiting for my final bill. And then she forgot our takeout box for my youngest. I don't know why she didn't have a greater sense of responsiveness with our party of 3, but it was like this the entire duration of our meal on July 25, 2026. It was super frustrating! The other reason I knocked off a star off was because the towel dispenser was depleted in the lone restroom. I had to flag down an employee with drenched hands. THE PROS I called about 20 minutes ahead of time to reserve a table because I knew this brassiere was on the small side. The lady on the phone was courteous and professional. If you have a hot date, I highly recommend reservations particularly in the evening. This seems like that sort of place. When we arrived, I found free street parking a short walk away. We were promptly greeted and seated. To enter the restaurant, you must go inside the Frost Bank tower's lobby, but to exit there is a door just beyond the bar. This place has beautiful, eclectic decor. The bar area was somewhat rounded and has an easygoing, but classy feel to it. THE FOOD The ambiance is what made this a great mother/daughters brunch date. The food sets it apart from the majority of restaurants in this oil industry town. The have East Coast-sourced oysters on the menu! These are far superior to their West Coast counterparts. I would have opted for these for our app if it weren't for my minions, I mean children. Pigs in a Blanket ($15.00) - yet another appetizer my daughters pigged out on that I didn't get to try. And they said they weren't that hungry! Lies all lies. They looked divine with nicely cooked juicy sausage and everything seasoning on the pastries. Avo Toast ($11.50) - my newly-turned teen daughter and I both had our own. I opted for eggs over easy which were cooked nicely. She oddly chose scrambled eggs for her, but she ate pretty much all of it. Smashed Burger ($17) - my youngest had this and said it was excellent. Nice touch with an American flag planted into the top bun. For the umpteenth time she did not share a fry with me. It is what it is. Mocha latte ($5.00) - my youngest's birthday which I will be missing since she'll be visiting her father is coming up so this was a treat for her. I tried it. Quite good after being thoroughly stirred. 1988 Martini ($18) - pricey but oh so good. The olives stuffed with bleu cheese were not bad. I had to try it even though the thought of bleu cheese kind of turned me off. Lol. Will I return? Of course because I have faith it will be 5 stars next time. Look at the other raving reviews!
