I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

We came to the store to return a purse won at my wife's Christmas party only because she uses smaller purses. I don't remember his name but the gentleman manager and the girls were amazing. I don't do a lot of reviews but my wife owns coach, Michael Kors purses and it was an amazing experience at this store. Not only was he attentive and helpful and made an experience since we didn't have the receipt a easy time, but he was attentive, like we were a customer making him commission. Really nice store, unbelieveable customer service and the girl ringing our transaction up a really sweetheart. Thank you and you just took a on the fence coach-Kors customer completely to your side.
