Honestly, the food was exceptional and truly reminded me of my grandmother's home cooking. The meat was incredibly tender, and their salsa was absolutely outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly balanced. Their staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be back again soon.

This review is for the DineLA menu for summer 2025. We came by a few days back on a Friday night. Apparently, Friday night are live music nights which was cool. The whole restaurant was full and poppin' the moment we got in. We were seated quickly and near the DJ booth for the night. The service wasn't bad for a busy night. The DineLA menu is $35 per person with one appetizer and one main entree. We ordered the Guacamole and Nachos appetizers. For the main course we ordered the Chicken Fajitas and the Torta Chingona. Once the appetizers came out, all we could say was WOW!. The portions were generous and also we already given complimentary chips and salsa beforehand too. Then came the main course and WOW again!. Everything looked so delicious. The Torta was huge. A hefty and hearty sandwich for sure. It was cheesy and delicious. My wife's chicken fajitas were presented sizzling on a plate and with a side of rice and beans! We had so much food we were already full from the appetizers. We ended up taking the rest home. Overall, a good first visit with a special DineLA menu. I recommended popping in before DineLA ends to give it a try.

I was searching through Yelp and the DineLA website for participating restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. This promotion is available through August 8, 2025. I did locate and bookmark a few on Yelp. Mi Sabor offers a Prix Fixe menu for lunch ($15), choose a taco or mini burrito combo. This deal includes a soft drink. The dinner menu is $35 for a two-course meal. Choose one Appetizer and Entree: Guacamole with Chips & Salsa, Nachos, Queso Fundido, or Street Corn (my selection). The Entrees are Tacos (Filet Mignon), Fajitas (Steak, Shrimp or Chicken), Torta Chingona (Steak and Chili Relleno), or Shrimp and Fish Al Ajo (my selection). The food was delicious, and a great value for the price. The service was excellent, with several employees checking to see if I needed anything. As a bonus, I came on a Friday evening when a music duet was performing. Per their website, live music is planned every Friday, some customers were dancing and singing along! The decor was beautiful with several art pieces on display. The booths and high-top tables had candles or mini lamps throughout the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will return on a regular basis. They are located on the infamous Route 66, close to the 210 and 57 freeways. There is plenty of free parking in the shared lot. Check them out, sincerely, Rosemary.

I did a review back in 2022 and back then everything was great, the service, food, portions, drinks. I feel like service has been I don't want to say getting worse but I think maybe it's because they don't have enough staff. The wait time is short now compared to before but I've been having to ask for chips and salsa and the waiters take a while to come back to check on you. The food is still tasting amazing but the alcoholic drinks don't have enough alcohol in them. I really love this place and I want to keep supporting them. My running group is due to meet up here next week so I'm hoping for the best.

Came here after a funeral. The family reserved the entire place. They treated everyone with great kindness, very respectful to the family and guest. The service was very good. Ambiance is nice plenty of parking, inside Resturant is clean and definitely a Mexican touch for sure with a Mexican icon wall. , the food tastes pretty darn good. Definitely will be bk.

Made a reservation for a Friday night out with friends. The place is well decorated with Grinchmas theme and it is so cute for a photo op. Ordered the fajita trio and it was delicious. They also have a great selection of signature drinks. It's a pretty small resto bar so it fills up quickly as the night goes by. Highly suggested to make a reservation. The entertainment/ live music every Friday night completes a great dining experience.

We sought out this restaurant specifically for their mole based on a review I read. "Sweet & spicy, reminded them of home cooking". Well...sad to say it missed the mark. The mole was on the watery side, lacking the traditional flavor. It was perhaps their recipe of putting their own twist on the dish, however it was also disappointing that the chicken they used was strips of fajita chicken :/ Wet burrito was decent...would give it a 7/10. On a positive note, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and although I didn't try any cocktails, they seem to offer an extensive variety of their own mixed drinks. I will return one more time to try something else..but I hope management sees this review and gives their mole sauce another look.

Food is authentic and delicious , ambiance is neatly decorated with loteria decor. I had the sopes, they were very tasty, the only thing i would prefer is not having lettuce on my sopes, other than that I'd say delicious. I'd definitely return to try other plates.

Are there Happy Hour specials and, if so, what days/times?

Do they take reservations? Father's Day?

They might just give them a call

Still, $14 for a burrito and $19 for a chile verde plate is pricey. Is it really worth it?

I'll give my candid answer. I paid $18 for enchiladas con mole for my wife. However, I ordered the Chicken Mole Sabina style. The sauce tasted different from my wife's enchiladas. The chicken was thigh meat. For $18, they should use breast meat. No.

The food looks really good but can anyone tell me why this place is so EXPENSIVE? $18 for a burrito and $22 for chile verde?

It’s less than that, where did you get this pricing, maybe look at their online menu.

If you plan on visiting, I definitely recommend taking a peek at their large menu online before you get there so you have an idea of what you want. The inside is a bit small with only a few tables and a little area to order, but the outdoor space really makes up for it. The staff was amazing in guiding my family and me toward the best food options for what we were craving. I ended up ordering the B.T.S.A. sandwich, which was a lovely combination of toasted bread, mayo, avocado, spinach, bacon, and tomato. It was a well-balanced comfort meal that really filled me up. For the side, I chose the cucumber over the fruit and sprinkled a little salt on top, making it a perfect pairing. I enjoyed the whole meal with an iced tea and really look forward to trying it again. I would love to come back on the weekend if I can manage to find a parking spot!

Hash browns were ok. To be honest the food itself will get four stars but because of the staff snd ambience I will give a total 3. Oh and one more thing.. phone reception is not good! As soon as you enter the restaurant, all their baked good items on the display case is so mouth watering and enticing. My favorite baked good items are their coffee cakes, danishes, muffins, sourdough bread, and all the cookies. NOTE: Their in house sourdough bread is not only to die for, but sells out what feels like within minutes of them opening up on the weekends. That's how delicious their bread is. Another baked good that I consider to die for is their lemon pistachio olive oil cake that's placed by the register. The cake is moist and there's a good lemon flavor with a crunch of pistachio with every bite. Every time I'm in downtown Glendora whether it's for a stroll or an errand, Crust & Crumble is always my pit stop. The breakfast & lunch menu is also excellent and they use their in house sourdough for all the sandwiches. The Crusty, Jalapeno Honey, Italian, and BLTA are my favorites. I'm looking forward to trying all the sandwiches and breakfast offerings in my future trips. I've only tried the cold brew here and I can say they use some good quality beans. The restaurant is long and small and can only fit about 2 people width wise as there are 3-4 tables that can seat 2 people per table inside. They do have outdoor seating available. Restaurant is clean and I believe there isn't a bathroom for the public. During the weekdays, you would be able to order and get your food pretty quick. However, on the weekends, expect the line to be out the door due to it being small plus the weekend crowd. Most of the items on the breakfast & lunch menu will take a minimum of 20 minutes during the weekends. I've always had excellent customer service with the staff on every visit. They are personable, friendly, and will take their time to answer all the questions. Parking is never an issue with plenty of street parking and multiple parking lots.
