He had every right to be upset and not want to clean my property. However, he remained so pleasant and professional. I also had to move my cleaning dates around and he was able to accommodate that for me. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't expecting much because the red dirt at our home is a huge challenge in itself. But to my surprise they were able to make the place look cleaner than I've ever seen it before. Thank you for your hard work.

They did an excellent job and really got down to small details like cleaning the bathroom fan, moving all furniture to vacuum/mop, and did an awesome job on our windows/screens. Our apt gets super dusty for some reason and we have a small chi-mix who sheds constantly. We're happy w/the job and price. They charged $295 flat rate which was on par w/other estimates. We also tipped each worker $10 bc tipping is good karma:) Will likely reach out to them in the future for a random cleaning here and there.

They even cleaned my toilet that had a water ring from calcium build up. I didn't ask them to do that , they just did it!!! The team lead by Dharwin were professional, extremely careful and aimed to please! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely hire them again for other cleaning services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! The picture attached is of the finished work. Just know the soap scum was very bad. First of all, do not hire this company. They are not prompt, and may not even show up like they did…read morewith me. I had a time slot, confirmed by the owner, Brad Young for a Sunday morning at 9. I waited and waited.....so about 9:30 I text the owner and after back and forth texts, two workers showed up about 1 p.m. Four hours after the schedule start time. They did an okay work, but nothing spectacular. Forgot to do several places so they returned the next day. What I was concerned about it the array of canned goods that went missing. I recall them asking me if I'd like them to throw it out, I also said to leave it on the side. When I checked my cupboards later on, a lot of food was missing. After further checking so was my gate remote. I do not know if they planned on coming back later to rob my place but at great expense I had the codes redone. They also dumped, I mean dumped a whole lot of stuff that they didn't put away on the counter so it was not usable. Terrible. They came next day and tried to remedy the situation, too late. Arguing with the Boss did no good, so we settled on a refund of $100.00 to me. I would not hire this company at all nor trust them alone in my home. I am now getting texts from the owner threatening to sue me for slander. This guy Brad is a bit too much if you write a bad review on his company. I've had about 7 texts in the last few minutes and two phone calls. If you hire them be prepared to deal with the wrath of his anger in the aftermath. I am not sabotaging the company nor trying to, I am simply stating my opinion of what transpired. Both of the items mentioned in their response was done on the second day so the matter that she references is MOOT. I understand that they are upset but so am I, numerous texts after this review was posted and two phone calls.

He offered to have someone come within 2 hours and a partial refund and he would give me a call after he spoke to someone that could come out....2 hours go by...nothing no phone call or anything. So I ended up cleaning myself. I emailed he said he would call me back. NOTHING so, a few days go by, I email again- he says send address for partial refund-I did. Still nothing. I was told only one person would be available, but that should not have affected the standard of cleaning. They charged $400 for a subpar job. They did not take out the trash or clean the floors. I came home with my kids after a long day of work and still had to throw out the garbage and deal with dirty floors. When I contacted the company and sent photos, they blamed the issues on the fact that I hadn't done a walkthrough, and they did not offer to correct the problems. I do not recommend this cleaning service.
