Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. Female employee did a great job on cleaning walk in shower Both of employees went over 2 hours by 30 minutes to finish. My amended invoice was $340.41 with tax.

After receiving an employment opportunity on the mainland, I knew I'd need to hop on Yelp to inquire about cleaning services available for move out on the island of Oahu. I wanted to ensure I could hire a reputable cleaning service that would make my move a bit easier. After searching for "move out cleaning", Yelp had an assessment form for me to fill out in a bit more detail. Being able to put how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and the actual square footage of the space in question was helpful so that an accurate quote could be given by potential businesses. Asking questions such as if there's carpet to be cleaned, or indicating the type of flooring, was handy to the over all price quote. I got several automated responses from Big Box accounts pretty quickly. Standing out, KR Services, a locally owned and operated business reached out to my inquiry and gave a straight forward quote based on the size of the space, bed and bathroom count. Carpet had an additional cost, which was very, very suitable given how much carpet there was. After several exchanges of messages, I spoke to KR, who confirmed availability for the date I needed. Conveniently, I didn't even need to be on island when the cleaning service actually happened. KR service accepts multiple forms of payment and I had a dear friend drop by to facilitate the rest of the transaction. After further checking so was my gate remote. I do not know if they planned on coming back later to rob my place but at great expense I had the codes redone. They also dumped, I mean dumped a whole lot of stuff that they didn't put away on the counter so it was not usable. Terrible. They came next day and tried to remedy the situation, too late. Arguing with the Boss did no good, so we settled on a refund of $100.00 to me. I would not hire this company at all nor trust them alone in my home. He offered to have someone come within 2 hours and a partial refund and he would give me a call after he spoke to someone that could come out....2 hours go by...nothing no phone call or anything. So I ended up cleaning myself. I emailed he said he would call me back. NOTHING so, a few days go by, I email again- he says send address for partial refund-I did. Still nothing. Emailed 2 more times asking for receipt of service and refund and get an email back saying I'm threatening them?!?! It is now June 10th How long does it take to mail something in Hawaii FROM Hawaii. It's been 2 weeks! Take care of your customers and send me my refund.
