Not only did they perform a free inspection, but they also provided a quote detailing out exactly what gaps and issues they found with clear photos. The price was fair and slightly higher than compared to other companies I was talking to, but I decided to move forward with them because of their quick and transparent responses. I felt like I could really trust them with my home. I scheduled them about a week out and his team was fast and efficient. The best part is Jonathan came by himself after his team left to inspect their work and ensure everything looked good. He also provided a report with photos after the tune-up was done. I highly recommend working with them, and they will be my go-to when it's time for a new roof!

Johnathan was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, especially while we gathered multiple bids from other contractors. He never pressured us and always took the time to answer our questions, explain options, and make sure we felt confident in every step. During the project, we had two emergency situations where homeowners experienced roof leaks. Both times, Johnathan responded quickly and personally came out to address the issues. He and his team handled the repairs efficiently and professionally, giving our homeowners peace of mind during very stressful moments. The quality of work on both individual units and the overall HOA roof was excellent. Our homeowners and board members couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship, communication, and reliability were above and beyond what we expected. We are truly grateful we chose Johnathan as our roofing contractor, and we highly recommend him and his crew to any community or homeowner looking for trustworthy, skilled, and responsive roofing professionals.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL ROOFING…read more I had roof leak after a rain storm and it was going to rain again in 3 days. Very stressful situation. Every roofer came with worse case scenarios and wanted me to replace the underlining for an entire side of my lower roof. Augustin was the only one who quoted me for just the area where the leak was. Since the worse scenario stuck in my head, I asked Augustin to replace the entire side for peace of mind. He tried to talk me out of it and said I don't need to, save your money. Who tries to make less money? Moreover, he included the repair of broken tiles (Spanish-style concrete tiles) and reseal of all the air vents on the upper roof at no extra cost. Needless to say he saved the day. Finished the job in one day, right before the next rain storm. No more water leak. BTW I did replace the entire side because his price and warranty was so good. He is honest, fair, and doesn't nickel & dime you. He looks after your best interests. The quality of work is superb. He is now my guy for all roof matters.

I selected…read moreKing Roofing based on their long-standing reputation, competitive pricing, and strong sense of ownership during our discussions. Ferdinand did an excellent job walking us through the scope of work and our underlayment options. We had the pleasure of having Reynaldo, the founder, as our foreman. Everyone I interacted with, both onsite and in the office, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I only wish they gave more advance notice on when my roofing project would start. I was contacted Friday and informed my project would start Monday morning. Perhaps that's standard practice in the roofing industry, but it felt like short notice for a project of this size. Fortunately, I didn't have any plans that week or any family or friends staying with us. Overall, we had a positive experience and are happy with our decision to work with King Roofing.

I found King Roofing through Yelp. Ray contacted me promptly after my estimate request online…read more We met Ray who was thorough and climbed on the roof to do the actual inspection as opposed to using drones like some of the other companies we met. The estimate was reasonable compared to the other companies but we proceeded with King Roofing since Ray seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after we signed the estimate it started to feel like a bait and switch. We were contacted by a lady from the company who asked us to make a deposit. We made the payment as requested but I found it odd that the account they asked me to send the deposit to was registered to a woman instead of the business name. They said once a deposit was made, another person from the company will contact me to schedule the repairs. But no one called me for a week after I made the deposit so I had to call the company back to follow up. When they finally showed up it was small team of people whom I've never met before. They worked on the area and left without saying a word. No one notified me that they had completed the work even though I stayed home that whole day in case they needed me or had any questions. I didn't know the work was completed until they called me to ask for the rest of the money the next week. Then I had to ask them to send me photos of their completed work. They barely took any photos of the work they did so they had to send someone out again to retake more photos to send to me. Overall I'm very disappointed in the service I received and I cannot recommend their services to anyone else.

I used Rational Roofing as the buyer's agent on a recent transaction for a roof inspection and…read morerepairs. The repairs got done, but the experience afterward fell short in a couple of ways. First, the cleanup. The sellers had just had the fountain and front landscape cleaned, and after the roofing work was finished there was another mess left behind. They were not happy about it, and as the agent in the middle, that's not the position you want your clients or the other party put in. Second, the follow-through. Once the work was finished, I spoke with Richard by phone and he said he'd send over proof of the completed repairs so we could keep it on file for my clients. That never came. I followed up once by phone and twice by text, and got no response. I ended up having to get the repair report from the sellers' side instead. I understand roofers get busy, but cleanup and documentation are part of the job, especially in a real estate transaction where both sides are relying on the work being done right and on record. Better communication and more care on site would have made a big difference here. I'll be hiring a different roofing company for my next Dove Canyon sale.
